Abstract
В заявке описаны связывающие молекулы на основе фибронектина и способы и методы включения донорских CDR в связывающие молекулы на основе фибронектина прежде всего на основе домена Fn3. Связывающие молекулы на основе фибронектина по изобретению можно также конъюгировать с другими частицами, например, ПЭГ, для повышения периода полураспада и стабильности. В изобретении также предлагаются способы тестирования таких связывающих молекул по связыванию с антигеном-мишенью, а также способы получения и очистки перспективных связывающих молекул.
