Abstract

Инновационная пищевая добавка, основанная на биологическом ликопине, который является нефасованным готовым продуктом, то есть полным экстрактом, полученным в ходе обработки соответствующей матрицы экстракта, состоящей из 50% биологических ягод томата и 50% биологических сухих фруктов (миндаль, орехи и подобное) и/или других компонентов, двуокисью углерода в жидкой фазе в ходе технологии соэкстракции. Ягоды томата достаточно дегидрированы, перемолоты и просеяны. Полученный экстракт непосредственно используется для приготовления пищевой добавки на основе ликопина без каких-либо модификаций или добавлений. По сравнению с уже коммерчески известными пищевыми добавками на основе ликопина такой биологический ликопин имеет уникальные характеристики: общий экстракт является 100% натуральным; отсутствуют химические растворители; ликопин концентрирован в окончательной естественной формуле (не искусственной); отсутствуют проблемы с дозировкой и противопоказания. В окончательном продукте ликопин смешан с другими природными антиоксидантами, полученными в ходе соэкстракции из использованных овощей. Расфасовка продукта (общий экстракт) выполняется в мягкие или жесткие капсулы разной формы и цвета, или в таблетки, или иным способом (например, жидкость и т.д.).
