Abstract

Способ получения полимерных конъюгатов N-(2-гидроксипропил)метакриламида и метакрилоиламиноацилгидразона доксорубицина с контролируемым рН высвобождением лекарственного средства, включающий следующие три стадии синтеза: (а) получение мономерного метакрилоиламиноацилгидразина, где аминоацил происходит из аминокислоты или олигопептида, путем реакции метакрилоилгалида с соответствующим пептидом, аминокислотой или производным указанных веществ, и последующий гидразинолиз; (б) синтез полимерного предшественника путем прямой сополимеризации N-(2-гидроксипропил)метакриламида и метакрилоиламиноацилгидразина; (в) связывание доксорубицина и полимерного предшественника путем реакции последнего с гидрохлоридом доксорубицина.
