Abstract
Способ производства Ti посредством восстановления кальцием, включающий в себя обеспечение устройства, содержащего реакционную емкость для содержания в ней солевого расплава, содержащего CaClи растворенный в нем Са, электролизную ванну для содержания солевого расплава, содержащего CaCl, и непрерывное средство, способное перемещаться в то время, как его части погружаются в солевые расплавы реакционной емкости и электролизной ванны; проведение электролиза солевого расплава в электролизной ванне с образованием тем самым Са на стороне отрицательного электрода, причем образовавшийся Са осаждается на непрерывном средстве и прикрепляется к нему; транспортировку этого Са в реакционную емкость; и подачу TiClв реакционную емкость с образованием тем самым Ti. Этот способ является экономически выгодным, поскольку может быть увеличена скорость подачи TiClв качестве исходного материала, поскольку может осуществляться непрерывное производство и поскольку Са, израсходованный при реакции восстановления TiCl, может восполняться посредством электролиза CaCl. Таким образом, данный способ может быть эффективно использован в качестве средства эффективного и экономически выгодного производства металлического Ti высокой чистоты и может найти широкое применение.
