Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу биохимического синтеза 1,4-бутандиамина в микроорганизме, имеющем повышенный уровень активности ортининдекарбоксилазы (повышенная активность ODC) по сравнению с нативным уровнем орнитиндекарбоксилазы, где у микроорганизма представлена также увеличенная активность образования N-ацетилглутамата по сравнению с исходным уровнем активности образования N-ацетилглутамата в микроорганизме, где производимый в микроорганизме 1,4-бутандиамин секретируется в среду ферментации и выделяется из среды ферментации. Изобретение также относится к векторам, плазмидам и хозяевам, несущим соответствующую увеличенную активность орнитиндекарбоксилазы и увеличенную активность образования N-ацетилглутамата.
