Abstract
В заявке описан способ получения олефинового продукта из включающего кислородсодержащее вещество исходного материала, включающий: а) контактирование этого исходного материала в реакционной зоне с каталитическими частицами, включающими молекулярное сито, содержащее кислотные участки и обладающее средним содержанием кокса от 1 до 10 углеродных атомов на кислотный участок упомянутого молекулярного сита, в условиях, эффективных для превращения исходного материала в поток олефинового продукта и получения нерегенерированных каталитических частиц, б) удаление части упомянутых каталитических частиц из реакционной зоны и контактирование этой части с регенерационной средой в регенерационной зоне в условиях, эффективных для получения регенерированных каталитических частиц, которые обладают средним содержанием кокса не больше 10 углеродных атомов на кислотный участок упомянутого молекулярного сита, и в) введение указанных регенерированных каталитических частиц в реакционную зону с получением каталитической смеси нерегенерированных каталитических частиц и регенерированных каталитических частиц в количестве, достаточном для достижения среднего содержания кокса в этой каталитической смеси в интервале от 1 до 10 углеродных атомов на кислотный участок упомянутого молекулярного сита.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
