Abstract

Предложен сплав на основе меди, стойкий к или не поддающийся науглероживанию, пылению металлов и образованию углеродистых отложений, стойкий к окислению и имеющий следующий состав (мас.%): Al >0-15, Si ≥0-6, Mg ≥0-6, один или более элементов из группы редкоземельных металлов (РЗМ), таких как иттрий, гафний, цирконий, лантан, церий - вплоть до 0,3 мас.% каждого, Cu - остальное, и обычно присутствующие легирующие добавки и примеси, а также применение указанного сплава в качестве компонента конструкций в CO-содержащих атмосферах и/или углеводородсодержащих атмосферах, либо в процессах с использованием твердого углерода, таких как, к примеру, газификация твердых углеродсодержащих материалов, термическое разложение углеводородов и каталитический риформинг, в частности, каталитический риформинг в условиях низкого содержания серы, а также низкого содержания серы и низкого содержания воды, при температурах вплоть до 1049°C, по меньшей мере - вплоть до 1020°C, самое меньшее - вплоть до 1000°C.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
