Abstract

Para realizar una preforma fibrosa, se utiliza unicamente una estructura fibrosa de base deformable que se presente en forma de una placa plana constituida por estratos fibrosos bidimensionales sobrepuestos e interconectados mediante aplicacion de agujas. Unos recorte y/o hendeduras se practican en la estructura fibrosa de base y se elabora la preforma a partir de la estructura fibrosa de base recortada y/o hendida utilizando la deformabilidad de la misma. La pieza estructural se obtiene mediante densificacion de la preforma con un material que constituye la matriz del material compuesto. Se puede utilizar una placaunica de estructura fibrosa la cual es deformada gracias a las hendeduras o recortes para obtener así la preforma deseada en la cual se conserva la continuidad de la estructura fibrosa de base, o también se pueden utilizar varias placas de estructura fibrosa de base que son ensambladas y así quedan imbricadas mutuamente gracias a las hendiduras o recortes por deformacion de al menos una de ellas.
