В заявке описаны замещенные производные пиперазина общей формулы (I)в которой R-R, Y, Y, X и n имеют указанные в п.1 формулы изобретения значения, их изомеры и их соли, прежде всего их физиологически приемлемые соли, которые являются эффективными ингибиторами микросомального протеина-переносчика триглецирида (МТР-протеина), а также описаны содержащие эти соединения лекарственные средства и применение этих соединений, а также способ их получения.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
