Abstract

Способ выделения прионного белка из биологического материала, например, животной ткани или продукта. В специфическом примере аномальный прионный белок экстрагируют из гомогенизированного мозга овцы с помощью гексафтор-2-пропанола. Гексафтор-2-пропанол сепарируют от водного препарата мозга путем увеличения ионной силы водного раствора. Прионный белок в органическом экстракте могут дополнительно очистить или экстракт могут подвергнуть испытанию, например иммуноанализу, на наличие прионного белка, точнее аномального прионного белка. Процесс экстракции позволяет производить испытание на наличие аномального прионного белка, например для диагностики инфекционных губчатых энцефалопатий (ИГЭ). Рисунок изображает хроматограмму, полученную методом HILIC прионного белка. Детекцию белка осуществляли по радиоактивности, которая представлена окружностями, и по абсорбции при 280 нм, представленной непрерывной линией на графике.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
