Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается новой бактерии Rhodococcus и способа гидролиза цианогруппы нитрильного соединения с использованием новой бактерии Rhodococcus с целью получения соответствующей карбоновой кислоты. Также настоящее изобретение касается получения карбоновых кислот, в частности цианкарбоновых кислот, с использованием трансформанта, трансформированного плазмидой, включающей ген нитрилазы, ген нитрилгидратазы и ген амидазы, происходящие от бактерии Rhodococcus, способного проявлять конкретную превосходную селективность по положению цианогруппы в ароматических полинитрильных соединениях, а также такого трансформанта, такой плазмиды, таких генов, такого способа получения фермента с использованием трансформанта и ферментов, полученных с помощью данного способа. Карбоновые кислоты, в частности цианкарбоновые кислоты, полученные в настоящем изобретении, применимы в качестве исходных материалов для синтеза лекарственных средств, агрохимических препаратов, красителей и других химических соединений.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
