Abstract

Предложены аппарат и способ для уменьшения содержания NOв топочных газах. Pв водной жидкость/жидкость эмульсии впрыскивается в топочные газы, стимулируя фосфорно ускоренное окисление NO. NOи окислы фосфора, в свою очередь, удаляются из потока топочных газов на достаточном расстоянии после места впрыскивания, так что окисление NO в топочных газах в значительной степени завершено до удаления NO. Извлечение NOзначительно увеличено при настоящих системе и методе по сравнению с предыдущими установками. Система может быть установлена в потоке выбрасываемых газов любого стационарного источника сгорания, независимо от вида используемого топлива. Система выгодно используется в сочетании с мокрой очисткой для удаления NOи других растворимых в воде компонентов топочных газов. Впрыскивание эмульсии приводит к образованию озона посредством контролируемого окисления белого фосфора. Озон реагирует с окисью азота (NO), которая обычно составляет 90% NOв топочных газах, производя при этом двуокись азота (NO). Продукты реакции (NOи PO) могут быть удалены из топочных газов вместе с SOи частицами в мокром скруббере, в котором они эффективно переносятся из газообразной фазы в скрубберную жидкость, содержащую буфер. Предпочтительно, чтобы температурный градиент в скруббере проходил через точку росы. Это позволяет восстановить как латентную, так и физическую тепловую энергию из топочных газов.
