Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу непрерывной газофазной полимеризации олефина(ов) в реакторе с псевдоожиженным и/или механически перемешиваемым слоем, который включает стадию удаления полимера из реактора. На этой стадии часть слоя перемещают в воронку-затвор и затем изолируют в воронке-затворе от реактора на период 5-120 с, в результате чего значительное количество олефина(ов) в этой части полимеризуется до выгрузки из воронки-затвора изолированного таким образом в указанной части полимера. Способ позволяет уменьшить количество удаляемого с полимером газа, который необходимо вернуть в реактор, и улучшить дегазацию полимера за счет теплоты реакции полимеризации в течение периода изоляции в воронке-затворе.
