Abstract

В изобретении предложен способ оценки способности достижения одним или более эмбрионами человека стадии бластоцисты, включающий культивирование одного или более эмбрионов человека в условиях, подходящих для развития эмбриона; цейтраферную съемку у одного или более эмбрионов длительности по меньшей мере одного явления цитокинеза или клеточного цикла; измерение по меньшей мере одного клеточного параметра, включающего (а) длительность первого цитокинеза; или (б) время между первым и вторым митозом; или (в) время между вторым и третьим митозом; и идентификацию эмбриона, который обладает способностью достижения стадии бластоцисты, когда указанный по меньшей мере один клеточный параметр для указанного эмбриона соответствует (i) длительности первого цитокинеза, составляющей до 33 мин; или (ii) времени между первым и вторым митозом, составляющим от около 7,8 до 14,3 ч; или (iii) времени между вторым и третьим митозом, составляющим до 5,8 ч.
