Claims (3)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af frosne spejleæg, startende med friske æg, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter: - at udslå æggene i tilsvarende forme, som er imprægnerede med olie; - indsætning af formene med æggene i en konvektionsovn ved en temperatur på imellem 232 og 252°C i en periode på 130 til 150 sekunder med henblik på at stege æggene; - indsætning af formene med spejleæggene i en blæsekøler ved en temperatur på imellem -23 og -13°C i en periode på 15 til 25 minutter med henblik på at fryse spejleæggene; og - individuelt at emballere formene med de frosne spejleæg.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af frosne spejleæg ifølge krav 1, hvor: - formene med æggene indsættes i konvektionsovnen ved en temperatur på imellem 238 og 246°C i en periode på 136 til 144 sekunder; og - formene med spejleæggene indsættes i blæsekøleren ved en temperatur på imellem -20 og -16°C i en periode på 18 til 22 minutter.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af frosne spejleæg ifølge krav 1, hvor: - formene med æggene indsættes i konvektionsovnen ved temperaturen på 242°C i perioden på 140 sekunder; og - formene med de frosne æg indsættes i blæsekøleren ved temperaturen på -22°C i 20 minutter. 1
