Abstract
Buluş, dondurulmuş sahanda yumurta çözdürüldükten sonra, taze bir biçimde hazırlanmış sahanda yumurtayla aynı organoleptik karakteristiklere, yani aynı kıvam, koku, renk ve tada sahip olan bir sahanda yumurtanın elde edileceği şekilde dondurulmuş sahanda yumurtalar hazırlamak için bir yöntemle ilgilidir. Ayrıca buluş, sahanda yumurtaların dondurulması bunların kirlenen mutfak aletlerinin ve normalde duman oluşturan ve etrafın kirlenmesine neden olan bir işlem kullanılmasını açık bir biçimde gerektirecek şekilde tekrar pişirilmesini önler, diğer yandan dondurulmuş sahanda yumurtaların çözdürülmesi yöntemi, hem endüstriyel düzeyde hem de evde tüketim düzeyinde, etrafın kirlenmesine yol açmadan sahanda yumurtaların yenmesine olanak verecek şekilde temiz ve basit şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
