Claims (14)

1. Sammensætning, der omfatter a) mindst én silanfunktionel polyurethanpolymer P2, der er opnåelig ved at omsætte et isocyanatsilan IS med en polymer, som har funktionelle slutgrupper, der er reaktive over for isocyanatgrupper, hvor isocyanatsilanet IS er valgt blandt isocyanatmethyltrimethoxysilan, isocyanatmethyldimethoxymethylsilan, 3-isocyanatpropyltrimethoxysilan, 3-isocyanatpropyldimethoxymethylsilan og analoger deraf med ethoxy- eller isopropoxygrupper i stedet for methoxygrupper på siliciummet, og b) 20 til 60 vægtprocent aluminiumhydroxid eller magnesiumhydroxid eller en blanding deraf, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen har en viskositet på fra 500 til 20.000 mPa-s målt ifølge DIN 53018 ved en temperatur på 20° C.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at isocyanatsilanet IS er valgt blandt isocyanatmethyltrimethoxysilan, isocyanatmethyldimethoxymethylsilan, 3-isocyanatpropyltrimethoxysilan og 3-isocyanatpropyldimethoxymethylsilan.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de funktionelle slutgrupper, der er reaktive over for isocyanatgrupper, er hydroxylgrupper.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren, der har hydroxylgrupper som funktionelle slutgrupper, som er reaktive over for isocyanatgrupper, er en polyoxypropylendiol med en umættethedsgrad, der er lavere end 0,02 mEq/g, og en molekylvægt i området fra 4.000 til 30.000 g/mol.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere indeholder organiske silaner som reaktivt fortyndingsmiddel, som ved sammensætningens udhærdning integreres i pol3miermatrixen gennem reaktion med silangrupperne, hvor organiske silaner betegner forbindelser, som på den ene side har mindst én alkoxygruppe eller acyloxygruppe, der er bundet direkte til siliciumatomet via en Si-O-binding, og mindst ét organisk radikal, som er bundet direkte til siliciumatomet via en Si-C-binding.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen yderligere indeholder mindst én phosphorforbindelse med formlen (I)
(I) hvor enten radikalet står for et radikal med formlen -OR^^, radikalet R*^ står for et lineært eller forgrenet, monovalent carbonhydridradikal med 1 til 18 C-atomer, der eventuelt har et eller flere heteroatomer og eventuelt en eller flere C-C-multiple bindinger og/eller eventuelt cykloalifatiske og/eller aromatiske andele, radikalet R*^ står for et hydrogenatom eller for et R^'^-radikal, radikalet R*"* står for et radikal med formlen -OR^^, radikalet R*^ står for et hydrogenatom eller et lineært eller forgrenet, mono valent carbonhydridradikal med 1 til 18 C-atomer, der eventuelt har et eller flere heteroatomer og eventuelt en eller flere C-C-multiple bindinger og/eller eventuelt cykloalifatiske og/eller aromatiske andele, og indekset m står for en værdi på 0, 1 eller 2, eller hvor alle radikaler og R^"* står for radikaler med formlen -0'NH4·^, og indekset m står for en værdi på 0 til 1.000.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen har en viskositet på fra 2.000 til 15.000 mPa-s, fortrinsvis fra 4.000 til 10.000 mPa-s, målt ifølge DIN 53018 ved en temperatur på 20° C.
8. Anvendelse af en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7 som folie, der kan påføres i flydende form.
9. Anvendelse ifølge krav 8 med henblik på tætning af konstruktioner.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af folie til tætning af et substrat, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene i) tilvejebringelse af en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, ii) påføring af sammensætningen i flydende tilstand på substratet, der skal tætnes, iii) udhærdning af den påførte sammensætning ved hjælp af fugtighed med henblik på dannelse af en folie.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen påføres på substratet ved hjælp af en rulle, pensel, spartel, valse, spredekniv, gummispartel eller ved hjælp af et sprøjteapparat, især et airless-sprøjteapparat.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen påføres i flere lag.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10-12, kendetegnet ved, at der ved påføring i flere lag yderligere anvendes et fladt materiale, især et fibermateriale, fortrinsvis et uvævet materiale, på og/eller under et lag af sammensætningen og/eller mellem lag af sammensætningen.
14. Folie, der er opnåelig ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 13.
