Description
a)少なくとも1つのシラン官能性ポリマーP、および、
b)20重量%〜60重量%の水酸化アルミニウムもしくは水酸化マグネシウム、またはそれらの混合物、
を含有する組成物であり、当該組成物は、DIN53018にしたがって20℃で測定した場合、500mPa・s〜20000mPa・sの粘度を有する。
基R15は、炭素数1〜18の、直鎖状または分岐状の、1価炭化水素基であり、当該基は、場合によって1つ以上のヘテロ原子と、場合によって1つ以上のC‐C多重結合と、および/または、場合によって脂環式および/または芳香族部分を有しており、
基R13は、水素原子または基R14であり、
基R14は、式‐OR16の基であり、
基R16は、水素原子または炭素数1〜18の、直鎖状または分岐状の、1価炭化水素基であり、当該基は、場合によって1つ以上のヘテロ原子と、場合によって1つ以上のC‐C多重結合と、および/または、場合によって脂環式および/または芳香族部分を有しており、
指数mは0、1、または2であるか、あるいは、
式中、全ての基R12、R13、R14は式‐O−NH4 +の基であり、指数mは0〜1000、特に100〜1000である。
i)ここまでの説明に基づいて組成物を準備するステップと、
ii)密閉されるべき基板上に当該組成物を液体の状態で塗布するステップと、
iii)膜を形成するために、塗布された組成物を湿気によって硬化するステップと、
を有する。
ネガティブ(−):試験片は2サイクルの後燃え続けるか、または、試験片は自然に消火しない、すなわち燃え尽きない。
ポジティブ(+):試験片は最も早くて3サイクルの後に燃焼し、かつ、試験片は自然に消火する。
非常にポジティブ(++):試験片は燃焼しないか、または5サイクルの後にようやく燃焼し、試験片は自然に消火する。
窒素雰囲気下において、1000gのポリオールAcclaim(登録商標)12200(ドイツのBayer MaterialScience社;低モノルポリオキシプロピレンジオール;OH数11.0mgKOH/g;水含有量約0.02重量%)と、45.88gのイソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI;ドイツのEvonik Degussa GmbH社のVestanat(登録商標)IPDI)と、122gの2,2,4‐トリメチル‐1,3‐ペンタンジオールジイソブチレート(アメリカのEastman Chemical CompanyのEastman TXIB)と、0.14gのジ‐n‐ブチル‐スズジラウレート(スイスのAcima AG社のMetatin(登録商標)K712)とを、つねに攪拌しながら、90℃にまで加熱し、当該温度で放置した。1時間の反応時間の後、滴定を用いて、遊離のイソシアネート基の含有量が、0.7重量%に達した。続いて、66.27gのN‐(3‐トリメトキシシリル‐プロピル)‐アミノ‐コハク酸‐ジエチルエステルを反応混合物に添加し、さらに2時間から3時間、90℃において、赤外分光法(2275−2230cm−1)ではもはや遊離のイソシアネートが認められなくなるまで攪拌を続けた。当該生成物は、室温(23℃)にまで冷却され、湿気を排除して保管された(理論上のポリマー含有量=90.0%)。
表1に記載された重量割合にしたがって、シラン官能性ポリウレタンポリマーP1、リン酸トリス‐(2‐エチルヘキシル)(Disflamoll(登録商標)TOF)、2,2,4‐トリメチル‐1,3‐ペンタンジオールジイソブチレート、およびトリメトキシビニルシラン(アメリカのMomentive Performance Materials Inc.のSilquest(登録商標)A‐171)を攪拌し、1リットルの金属製容器に投入した。次に、温度が50℃に上昇するまで、水酸化アルミニウム(ATH;ドイツのNabaltec AG社のApyral(登録商標)16)を分散させた。続いて、3‐(2‐アミノ‐エチル)アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(アメリカのMomentive Performance Materials Inc.のSilquest(登録商標)A‐1120)と、ジ‐n‐ブチル‐スズジラウレート(DBTL、スイスのAcima AG社のMetatin(登録商標)K712)とが添加された。続いて、当該混合物が真空下で5分間攪拌された。完成した生成物は、湿気を排除して保管された。
23cm×30cmの大きさの型にそれぞれコーティング組成物を100g注入し、23℃かつ相対空気湿度50%において7日間硬化した。
コーティング組成物4および参照5〜参照8は、表2に記載された重量割合にしたがって、すでに記載したコーティング組成物と類似の方法で生成された。
事前にエタノールで脱脂した、表2に記載された様々な基板の上に、それぞれコーティング組成物が1kg/m2の量において塗布され、均一に広げられた。続いて、フリース(Sika Deutschland GmbH社で得られるSikalastic(登録商標)120布地(100%ポリエステルクロス;120g/cm2))がコーティング内に埋め込まれ、再度それぞれ、1kg/m2の量のコーティング組成物で覆われた。当該基板は、23℃かつ相対空気湿度50%において、7日間硬化した。
Claims (13)
- a)少なくとも1つのシラン官能性ポリマーPと、
b)水酸化アルミニウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムまたはそれらの混合物と、
を含有する組成物において、
前記水酸化アルミニウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムまたはそれらの混合物が、組成物全体の20重量%〜60重量%を占め、
前記組成物がDIN53018にしたがって20℃で測定した場合、500mPa・s〜20000mPa・sの粘度を有し、
付加的に少なくとも1つの式(I):
基R 15 は、炭素数1〜18の、直鎖状または分岐状の、1価炭化水素基であり、前記基は、1つ以上のヘテロ原子、1つ以上のC‐C多重結合、および/または、脂環式および/または芳香族部分を有しており、
基R 13 は、水素原子または基R 14 であり、
基R 14 は、式‐OR 16 の基であり、
基R 16 は、水素原子または炭素数1〜18の、直鎖状または分岐状の、1価炭化水素基であり、前記基は、1つ以上のヘテロ原子、1つ以上のC‐C多重結合、および/または、脂環式および/または芳香族部分を有しており、
指数mは0、1または2であるか、あるいは、
式中、全ての基R 12 、R 13 、R 14 は式‐O − NH 4 + の基であり、指数mは0〜1000である)
のリン化合物を含有し、さらに、
組成物全体の1重量%〜15重量%の付加的な充填剤を含む、組成物。 - 基R12、R13、R14はそれぞれ、炭素数1〜18の、直鎖状または分岐状の、1価炭化水素基であり、mは0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 式(I)のリン化合物の割合は、前記組成物全体の5重量%〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は付加的に、その有機基が少なくとも1つの官能基を有する、少なくとも1つのオルガノシランを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、DIN53018にしたがって20℃で測定した場合、2000mPa・s〜15000mPa・sの粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の、液体で塗布可能な膜としての使用。
- 構造物を密閉するための請求項7に記載の使用。
- 基板を密閉するための膜を生成するための方法であって、
i)請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を準備するステップと、
ii)密閉されるべき基板上に前記組成物を液体の状態で塗布するステップと、
iii)膜を形成するために、塗布された前記組成物を湿気によって硬化するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記組成物は、ロール、ブラシ、へら、ローラ、ドクターブレード、ゴム製滑動部を用いて、または噴霧装置を用いて前記基板上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物は多層で塗布されることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 多層で塗布する場合、前記組成物の層の上および/または下、および/または前記組成物の層の間に、付加的にシート状の材料が用いられることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法から得られる膜。
