Claims (19)
1. Uvævet elektretbane, der omfatter fibre fremstillet ud fra et termoplastisk polymermateriale, der omfatter en polymer, et første tilsætningsstof (a) og et andet tilsætningsstof (b), hvor det første tilsætningsstof (a) omfatter en hindret amin, og det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af organiske diaminer, der omsættes med to carboxylsyrer.
2. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 1, hvor hver af det første tilsætningsstof (a) og andet tilsætningsstof (b) forekommer i en mængde på 0,5-3 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede fibervægt.
3. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af alifatiske diaminer og en alifatisk mono- eller dicarboxylsyre.
4. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 3, hvor det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af alifatiske diaminer og to mættede carboxylsyrer.
5. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 1-4, hvor det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter ethylen-bis-stearamid.
6. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 1-5, hvor den uvævede bane har en fibertæthedsstruktur med gradienter.
7. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor den uvævede bane omfatter grove fibre med en diameter på mellem 3 og 10 pm og fine fibre med en diameter på mellem 1 og 3 pm.
8. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge krav 7, hvor andelen af grove fibre er mellem 50 og 80 %, og andelen af fine fibre er mellem 20 og 50 %, baseret på samlet antal fibre.
9. Uvævet elektretbane ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor polymeren omfatteren polypropylen eller en kombination af forskellige polypropylener.
10. Flerlagsbane, der omfatter mindst ét lag af en uvævet elektretbane som beskrevet i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en uvævet elektretbane som beskrevet i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) tilvejebringelse af et termoplastisk polymermateriale, der omfatter en polymer, et første tilsætningsstof (a) og et andet tilsætningsstof (b), hvor det første tilsætningsstof (a) omfatter en hindret amin, og det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af en organisk diamin og to carboxylsyrer; ii) dannelse af fibre ud fra det termoplastiske polymermateriale; iii) dannelse af en uvævet bane ud fra fibrene som dannet i trin (ii) af en uvævet bane; og iv) behandling af fibrene som dannet i trin (ii) og/eller den uvævede bane som dannet i trin (iii) med en polær væske til opnåelse af en uvævet bane med en elektretladning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor fibrene som dannet i trin (ii) behandles med den polære væske, inden fibrene underkastes banedannelse i trin (iii).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor den polære væske er vand i form af dråber, der omfatter fraktioner med forskellig dråbediameter.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-13, hvor den polære væske påsprøjtes fibrene, umiddelbart efter at de har forladt spindedysen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-14, hvor den polære væske påsprøjtes fibrene som dannet i trin (ii) og/eller den uvævede bane som dannet i trin (iii) ved et tryk på mellem 30 og 120 bar.
16. Fiber fremstillet ud fra et termoplastisk polymermateriale, som omfatter en polymer, et første tilsætningsstof (a) og et andet tilsætningsstof (b), hvor det første tilsætningsstof (a) omfatter en hindret amin, og det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af en organisk diamin og to carboxylsyrer.
17. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fiber, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) tilvejebringelse af et termoplastisk polymermateriale, der omfatter en polymer, et første tilsætningsstof (a) og et andet tilsætningsstof (b), hvor det første tilsætningsstof (a) omfatter en hindret amin, og det andet tilsætningsstof (b) omfatter et organisk bisamid, som er afledt af en organisk diamin og to carboxylsyrer; ii) dannelse af fibre ud fra det termoplastiske polymermateriale; og iii) behandling af fibrene som dannet i trin (ii) med en polær væske.
18. Anvendelse af den uvævede elektretbane ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9 eller flerlagsbanen ifølge krav 10 som filtermateriale eller som støvfjernende stoftil rengøringsformål.
19. Genstand, der omfatter en uvævet elektretbane som beskrevet i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, en flerlagsbane ifølge krav 10 eller en fiber ifølge krav 16.
