Claims (6)
1. Råmateriale til fremstilling af polyuretan fra affaldspolyuretan bestående af reaktionsproduktet af affaldspolyuretan, hvilket affaldspolyuretan er et produkt af reaktionen af polyisocyanater med en polyether- eller polydienpolyol, og en bioreagens, som er en vegetabilsk olie eller et vegetabilsk fedtstof eller et derivat af vegetabilsk eller animalsk olie eller fedtstof med funktionelle hydroxygrupper eller blandinger heraf, idet reaktionsproduktet af polyuretanaffald med en bioreagens indeholder mindst 80 vægtprocent af en polyolkomponentbestående af mindst 25 vægtprocent alifatisk polyol (i) med en molekylvægt på mindst 400 og højst 10.000 og højst 75 vægtprocent carbamatpolyol (ii) med en molekylvægt på mindst 300 og højst 5.000, idet carbamatpolyoleme (ii) indeholder triglycerid- (a), diglycerid- (b) eller monoglyceridstrukturenheder (c) af naturlige olier eller fedtstoffer eller blandinger heraf indeholdende esterificerede fedtsyrer med mindst 10 og højst 22 carbonatomer i deres kæder, idet strukturenhedeme (a), (b) og (c) er bundet med en uretanbinding til carbamatderivatet af et isocyanat af det oprindelige polyuretan.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af råmaterialet til fremstilling af polyuretaner fra affaldspolyuretaner ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at affaldspolyuretanet blandes med bioreagens (I) i vægtforholdet mindst 10:1 og højst 1:10, og polyuretan nedbrydningen forløber ved en temperatur på 150-300 °C og ved et tryk på mindst 100 kPa og højst 1.000 kPa.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af råmaterialet til fremstilling af polyuretaner fra affaldspolyuretaner ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at affaldspolyuretan er produktet af reaktionen mellem aromatisk polyisocyanat og polyester- eller polyether- eller polydienpolyol.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af råmaterialet til fremstilling af polyuretaner fra affaldspolyuretaner ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at bioreagens (I) er ricinusolie eller oliepolyoler fremstillet af ricinusolie eller af rapsolie eller af fiskeolie eller af sojaolie eller af deres blanding.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af råmaterialet til fremstilling af polyuretaner fra affaldspolyuretaner ifølge krav 2 eller 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at polyuretannedbrydningen katalyseres ved tilsætning af monoethanolamin eller diethanolamin eller triethanolamin eller natriumhydroxid eller kaliumhydroxid eller natriumethanolat eller kaliumethanolat eller titan(IV)-butoxid eller titan(IV)-isopropoxid eller titan(IV)-propoxid, idet katalysator/polyuretan-vægtforholdet er mellem 1:500 og 1:10.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af råmaterialet til fremstilling af polyuretaner fra affaldspolyuretaner ifølge krav 2 eller 3 eller 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at temperaturen 150-300 °C tilvejebringes ved elektromagnetisk bestråling med frekvenser mellem 1 MHz og 10 GHz.
