Claims (13)

1. Polypeptid med cellobiohydrolase l-aktivitet, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, som består af: (a) et polypeptid, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens, hvilken aminosyresekvens har mindst 80 % identitet med aminosyrerne 1 til 532 af SEQ ID NO: 56, (b) et polypeptid, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens, hvilken aminosyresekvens har mindst 80 % identitet med polypeptidet, der kodes af nu-kleotiderne 1 til 1599 af SEQ ID NO: 55.
2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens, som har mindst 85 % identitet, fortrinsvis mindst 90 % identitet, mere fortrinsvis mindst 95 % identitet, med aminosyrerne 1 til 532 af SEQ ID NO: 56.
3. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvilket polypeptid består af aminosyrerne 1 til 532 af SEQ ID NO: 56.
4. Polynukleotid, der har en nukleotidsekvens, der koder for polypeptidet som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.

10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af ethanol fra biomasse, der omfatter kontaktbringning af biomassen med polypeptidet som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
11. Anvendelse af polypeptidet som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3 til fremstilling af ethanol.
12. Transgen plante, plantedel eller plantecelle, der omfatter en nukleotidsekvens, der koder for et polypeptid med cellobiohydrolase l-aktivitet som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
13. Detergentsammensætning, der omfatter et overfladeaktivt middel og polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
