Claims (15)
1. Indretning (1, 20, 40, 50) til behandling aflangstrakte fødevareprodukter såsom pølser i et procesrum (32, 52) under anvendelse af en konditioneret luftstrøm (P2, P3, P5), hvilken indretning (1, 20, 40, 50) omfatter: - et hus (2, 21, 51), som afgrænser procesrummet (32, 52), med en tilførselsåbning (5, 29), som er arrangeret i huset (2, 21, 51), og en udledningsåbning (6, 28), som er arrangeret i huset (2, 21, 51) til henholdsvis indføring af langstrakte fødevareprodukter ind i procesrummet (32, 52) og udledning deraf fra procesrummet (32, 52), - transportmidler (3, 25, 53) til forskydning af de langstrakte fødevareprodukter gennem procesrummet (32, 52), hvilke transportmidler (3, 25, 53) omfatter en endeløs kæde, på hvilken kæde en flerhed aflangstrakte kurve går i indgreb for at bære de langstrakte fødevareprodukter, - blæsemidler (11, 23, 47, 48) til generering af en luftstrøm (P2, P3, P5) i procesrummet (32, 52), og - konditioneringsmidler (7, 24, 61) til konditionering af luftstrømmen (P2, P3, Ps), hvor tilførselsåbningen (5, 29) og udledningsåbningen (6, 28) er arrangeret i modstående og med vandret afstand adskilte sider af huset (2, 21, 51), kendetegnet ved, at konditioneringsmidlerne (7, 24, 61) omfatter mindst ét varmeelement (7, 24, 61), gennem hvilket luftstrømmen føres, og som er anbragt i procesrummet (32, 52), således at luftstrømmen fordeles deraf, og hvor konditioneringsmidlerne (7, 24, 61) også er tilvejebragt med midler til regulering af luftstrømmens luftfugtighed til en højere eller lavere luftfugtighed.
2. Indretning (1, 20, 40, 50) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en returkanal (10, 22, 45, 46, 60) til luft, som er udskilt fra procesrummet (32, 52), er i det mindste delvist samlet med en væg (12) af huset (2, 21, 51).
