Claims (19)
1. Computerimplementeret fremgangsmåde til generering af et billede af en kæbe, omfattende: at tilvejebringe et tomografisk datasæt af et volumen omfattende mindst en del af kæben; automatisk at identificere inder- og yderflader af kæben i det tomografiske datasæt ved: at udvælge stråler, der er generelt radiale for kæben; at lokalisere krydsningspunkter, hvor strålerne krydser kæbens grænser; og at bestemme kæbens position ud fra positionerne af det lokaliserede krydsningspunkt; at udvælge data for et område med grænser, der er relateret til de identificerede inder- og yderflader; ud fra de udvalgte data at generere et panoramabillede, i hvilket et element af billedet repræsenterer en generelt radial linje gennem skiven parallelt med et foruddefineret plan; og at vise panoramabilledet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de udvalgte data, som panoramabilledet genereres ud fra, er dataene for det område, der er afgrænset af de identificerede inder- og yderflader.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de udvalgte data, som panoramabilledet genereres ud fra, er dataene for et område mellem de genererede inder-og yderflader, der ekskluderer data i lag langs med inder- og yderfladerne.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor tykkelsen af de ekskluderede lag langs med inder- og yderfladerne er en konstant andel af afstanden mellem de identificerede inder- og yderflader, målt langs med de generelt radiale linjer.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor inder- og yderfladerne identificeres ved segmentering.

Computerprogram til generering af et billede af en kæbe ud fra et tomografisk dataset af et volumen omfattende mindst en del af kæben, omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at: identificere inder- og yderflader af kæben i det tomografiske datasæt ved: at udvælge stråler, der er generelt radiale for kæben; at lokalisere krydsningspunkter, hvor strålerne krydser kæbens grænser; og at bestemme kæbens position ud fra positionerne af det lokaliserede krydsningspunkt; at udvælge data for et område med grænser, der er relateret til de identificerede inder- og yderflader; ud fra de udvalgte data at generere et panoramabillede, i hvilket et element af billedet repræsenterer en generelt radial linje gennem skiven parallelt med et foruddefineret plan; og at vise panoramabilledet.
11. Computerprogram ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at generere panoramabilledet ud fra dataene for det område, der er afgrænset af de identificerede inder- og yderflader.
12. Computerprogram ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at generere panoramabilledet ud fra dataene for et område mellem de genererede inder- og yderflader, der ekskluderer data i lag langs med inder- og yderfladerne.
13. Computerprogram ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at ekskludere lag langs med inder- og yderfladerne, der har en tykkelse, som er en konstant andel af afstanden mellem de identificerede inder- og yderflader, målt langs med de generelt radiale linjer.
14. Computerprogram ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at identificere inder- og yderfladerne i det mindste delvist ved hjælp af segmentering.
15. Computerprogram ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende instruktioner til at få en computer til at identificere inder- og yderfladerne i det mindste delvist ved at genkende pludselige ændringer i en dataværdi ved grænser mellem kæben og det omgivende bløde væv.
16. Maskinlæsbart medie indeholdende et computerprogram ifølge krav 10.
17. Indretning omfattende en computer, der er programmeret med et computerprogram ifølge krav 10.
18. Indretning ifølge krav 17, yderligere omfattende en tomografisk scanner, og indrettet til at generere datasættet ud fra data genereret af scanneren med henblik på at repræsentere en genstand scannet af scanneren.
