Claims (8)
1. Anlæg til fremstilling af brændbare substanser ved hjælp af en depolyme-risering af gummiprodukter, omfattende en trykløs depolymeriseringsindret-ning (1), hvor der indvendigt finder en depolymerisering sted af en forudbestemt mængde produkter, som er indført indvendigt deri, og omfatter en fasedeler eller -adskiller (2), der er anbragt nedstrøms for polymeriseringen (1), som består af et i det væsentlige cylindrisk legeme med en øvre basis (20) og en nedre basis (21), og det er forbundet med depolymeriseringsindretnin-gen (1) ved hjælp af et rør (3): hvor faseadskilleren (2) er beregnet til at udføre adskillelsen af mindst en del af den flydende fase af de produkter, som kommer ud af depolymeriseringsindretningen (1), fra gasfasen, og har en udgang (23) til den således adskilte flydende fase og en udgang (24) til den resterende del af produkterne, som i det væsentlige er i gasfase, hvor depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) er i trykløs tilstand ved hjælp af en udsugningsenhed (4), der er anbragt nedstrøms for faseadskilleren (2) og forbundet dermed ved hjælp af et tilsvarende rør (6), kendetegnet ved, at faseadskilleren (2) omfatter et kammer (25), hvor der på siden er anbragt en væg (26), således at den er afgrænset af et andet kammer (27), der er lukket foroven og åbent forneden, hvor det andet kammer (27) rummer et rør (28), som er anbragt vertikalt med en ende i forbindelse med åbningen (24) i den nedre basis (21) af legemet (2), hvor den anden ende af røret (28) befinder sig i en forudbestemt afstand fra den nedre åbning af væggen (26), hvor røret (28) er forbundet med enheden (4) gennem røret (6), hvor der over åbningen (23) til den flydende fase, som kommer fra adskilleren (2), er anbragt en beholder (29), i hvilken væsken tømmes gennem et tilsvarende rør (290), hvor beholderen (29) har en nedre åbning (293), der er forbundet med en pumpe (291), som i kammeret (25) tilbagefører den væske, som kommer ud derfra, ved hjælp af en eller flere injektorer eller forstøvere (292), der er anbragt i en forudbestemt afstand fra den nedre basis (20) af legemet (2), hvor forbindelsen mellem åbningen (293) af beholderen (29) og pumpen (291) udføres ved hjælp af et rør (295), og forbindelsen mellem pumpen (291) og injektorerne (292) udføres ved hjælp af et rør (296), hvis ende befinder sig indvendigt i kammeret (25) og passerer gennem den øvre basis (20) af legemet (2), hvor åbningen (29) yderligere har en øvre sideåbning (294) til udtømning af den væske, som ikke genanvendes af pumpen (291).
2. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den øvre basis (10) af depoly-meriseringsindretningen (1) er monteret på vertikale løbeskinner (13) og drives af en elektrisk motor (14) ved hjælp af en transmission med tandhjul og tandstang (15,16) for at gøre det muligt at løfte og sænke, det vil sige at gøre det muligt at indføre det materiale, som skal behandles i depolymeriserings-indretningen (1) og efterfølgende lukke denne.
3. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) i nærheden af sin nedre basis (11) har en åbning (17), som danner en gennemgang til en brænder med vogn (18).
4. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter flere varmestyre-sensorer.
5. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) har en nedre basis (11) med et mellemrum (100), hvorigennem der passerer forbrændingsluft, hvor mellemrummet (100) er under et horisontalt gitter (19), der er anbragt med en forudbestemt afstand til den nedre basis (11), ved, at en varmesensor (81) befinder sig i mellemrummet (100) for at registrere temperaturen af den luft, der befinder sig under gitteret (19), og ved, at der ledes vand ind i mellemrummet (100), når den temperatur, som registreres af sensoren (81), er højere end 50°C.
6. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) har en nedre basis (11) med et mellemrum (100), hvorigennem forbrændingsluften passerer, ved, at en tryksensor er anbragt i mellemrummet (100) for at registrere trykket i mellemrummet, og ved, at man ved hjælp af tryksensoren kan kontrollere, at hvis det lokale tryk er større end det atmosfæriske tryk, tilføres der mindre luft i depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) for at formindske forbrændingen, og dermed forsinker man faktisk den termokemiske proces, indtil trykket i mellemrummet (100) er mindre end det atmosfæriske tryk.
7. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at depolymeriseringsindretningen (1) er et legeme, som understøttes af en fast struktur (103), hvortil legemet er forbundet med et hængselled omkring en horisontal akse (104) for at gøre det muligt at vende ved styring af tilsvarende motor med reduktionsgear (105) og udføre udladningen af reststofferne ved enden af cyklussen gennem den øvre basis (10), det vil sige gennem den påfyldningsåbning, som i dette tilfælde også er til udledning.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af brændbare substanser ved af depolyme-risering af gummiprodukter i anlægget ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, omfattende en depolymeriseringsfase med fremstilling af en fluidblanding i to faser, som omfatter at adskille en flydende fase fra en i det væsentlige gasholdig fase af blandingen og opfange mindst en del af den flydende fase, kendetegnet ved, at faseadskillelsen udføres med en faseadskiller (2), som omfatter et kammer (25), hvor der på siden er anbragt en væg (26), således at den er afgrænset af et andet kammer (27), der er lukket foroven og åbent forneden, hvor det andet kammer (27) rummer et rør (28), som er anbragt vertikalt med en ende i forbindelse med åbningen (24) i den nedre basis (21) af legemet (2), hvor den anden ende af røret (28) befinder sig i en forudbestemt afstand fra den nedre åbning af væggen (26), hvor røret (28) er forbundet med enheden (4) gennem røret (6), hvor der over åbningen (23) til den flydende fase, som kommer fra adskilleren (2), er anbragt en beholder (29), i hvilken væsken tømmes gennem et tilsvarende rør (290), hvor beholderen (29) har en nedre åbning (293), der er forbundet med en pumpe (291), som i kammeret (25) tilbagefører den væske, som kommer ud derfra, ved hjælp af en eller flere injektorer eller forstøvere (292), der er anbragt i en forudbestemt afstand fra den nedre basis (20) af legemet (2), hvor forbindelsen mellem åbningen (293) af beholderen (29) og pumpen (291) udføres ved hjælp af et rør (295), og forbindelsen mellem pumpen (291) og injektorerne (292) udføres ved hjælp af et rør (296), hvis ende befinder sig indvendigt i kammeret (25) og passerer gennem den øvre basis (20) af legemet (2), hvor åbningen (29) yderligere har en øvre sideåbning (294) til udtømning af den væske, som ikke genanvendes af pumpen (291).
