Description

Opfindelsen angår et apparat til fremstilling afemballeringsbeholdere af et termoplastisk formstof, navnligtuber, hvilket apparat omfatter et trinvis mellem arbejds¬takttrin drejeligt legeme, på hvilket der fordelt i omkreds¬retningen med regelmæssigt indbyrdes afstande er anbragtdorne og tilhørende matricer samt en betjeningsindretningfor disse matricer, idet dornene og matricerne fra en koak-sial arbejdsstilling er svingelig i forhold til hinandentil en hvilestilling, samt en indretning til opvarmning afformstoffet.
Et apparat af denne art er kendt fra fransk patent¬skrift nr. 21 67 559. Ved dette kendte apparat er hver ma¬trice fastgjort til en arm, der er bevægelig ved hjælp afen trykluftcylinder, og ved hjælp af hvilken matricen kansvinges fra en arbejdsstilling, i hvilken den er koaksialmed et tilhørende stempel, til en i forhold til stempletsideværts placeret hvilestilling.
Det kendte apparat har først og fremmest den ulempe,at lukkebevægelsen mellem matricen og stemplet foregår somen svingebevægelse, og at matricen som følge heraf underlukkebevægelsen nærmer sig stemplet langs en bueformet be¬vægelsesbane. Kun i en ganske bestemt vinkelstilling underlukkebevægelsen er matricen derfor rettet nøjagtigt aksialti forhold til stemplet. Denne lukkebevægelse har imidlertidved svejsning og efterpresning af hovedet af den tube, derskal fremstilles, den væsentlige ulempe, at der ikke kansikres et ensartet tryk mod tubehovedets omfang.
Fra engelsk patentskrift nr. 9 63 589 kendes et ap¬parat til fremstilling af tuber af termoplastisk formstof,ved hvilket apparat der på et trinvis mellem arbejdstakt¬trin drejelige legeme ensartet fordelt i omkredsretningener anbragt aksialt forskydelige dorne samt faststående påbæreelementer monterede matricer. Ved dette kendte apparater det problematisk at sikre en nøjagtig gensidig udretningmellem den faststående matrice og dornen, som skal bevægesover en forholdsvis stor bevægelseslængde. Allerede små afvigelser fra den indbyrdes udretning, som allerede kanopstå under selve apparatets montage, men også under produk¬tionen af tuberne, resulterer i en væsentlig forringelse afkvaliteten af de tuber, som skal fremstilles.
Formålet med opfindelsen er at videreudvikle et ap¬parat af den indledningsvis angivne art på en sådan måde,at der under bibeholdelse af en god tilgængelighed undersammenføjningen af tubehovedet med tuberøret sikres et ens¬artet omfangstryk.
Dette formål er ifølge opfindelsen opnået ved, athver matrice er koaksial med dornen forskydelig i en lukke¬stilling, og atter tilbage fra denne stilling, og at be¬tjeningsindretninger består af mindst ét fremførings/til-bageføringsaggregat, der er sammenkobleligt med matriceneller en matricen bærende holder til forskydning af matricen.
Ved den koaksiale bevægelse af matricen til den til¬hørende, faststående dorn ved hjælp af matricens forskyd¬ning fremkaldende fremføringsindretning tilvejebringes encentrerings- og justeringsfunktion, som sikrer en korrektforbindelse mellem tuberøret og tubehovedet, når disse sam¬les.
Ifølge opfindelsen kan fremførings/tilbageføringsag-gregatet have adskilt fra hinanden en fremføringsdel og entilbageføringsdel, som tilgrænsende til det drejelige legemeer anbragt stationært. På denne måde kan det tidsrum, underhvilket fremføringsaggregatet er virksomt, alt efter deforeliggende fremstillingsbetingelser varieres i stort om¬fang, uden at dette resulterer i en forlængelse af arbejds¬takttiderne .
Ifølge opfindelsen kan hver matrice være forskydeligtanbragt på mindst én første arm, der i matricens arbejdsstil¬ling strækker sig parallelt med den tilhørende dorn, ogdenne arm kan være svingel ig omkring en vinkelret på dornensakse forløbende akse.
Under bibeholdelse af en korrekt aksial fremføringopnås herved, at der efter afslutning af fremstillingsproces¬ sen atter kan udtømmes i aksial retning, idet matricen ikkevil stå generende i vejen. Desuden begunstiger dette arrange¬ment en kompakt udformning af apparatet.
Ifølge opfindelsen kan det være hensigtsmæssigt, atder parallelt med nævnte første arm kan være anbragt en andenarm, at begge disse arme udgør benene af en bøjle, som griberover dornen, og at armene med deres akser i arbejdsstillingenstrækker sig i et plan, der indeholder dornens akse. Denneudformning medfører, at apparatets samlede konstruktionbliver særlig robust.
Ifølge opfindelsen kan hver matrice være forbundetmed en klemindretning, der er indrettet til fastklemning påmindst én af armene, og imellem hver matrice og klemindret¬ningen kan der være anbragt en fjeder. Denne udførelsesformanvendes fortrinsvis i tilfælde, hvor fremføringsaggregatetog tilbageføringsaggregatet skal være anbragt adskilt frahinanden, og hvor der imellem disse to aggregater befindersig et fjerde arbejdstrin omfattende drejningsområde af detdrejelige legeme. Indenfor dette drejningsområde blivermatricen da på grund af klemindretningen i den fremførteposition, og den bliver udløst, når tilbageføringsaggregateter nået, hvorefter den kan fjernes på den angivne måde.
Ifølge opfindelsen kan der til svingning af matricenvære anbragt svingeaggregater, af hvilke hvert har et hjul,der ligger an mod en fælles, stationært anbragt kurveskive.
Opfindelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmereunder henvisning til tegningen, på hvilken fig. 1 viser et apparat til fremstilling af embal¬leringstuber, nemlig et apparat til anbringelse af hovedetog aflukning henholdsvis påskruning af disse.
fig. 2 et bearbejdningsaggregat i hvilestillingen,fig. 3 et bearbejdningsaggregat i driftsstillingen,og fig. 4 en anden udførelsesform for et bearbejdnings¬aggregat vist i sin hvilestilling.
I fig. 1 er apparatets arbejdstrin betegnet ved hen¬ visningstallene 1-8. Henvisningstallene har følgende betyd¬ning: 1 påsætning af tubehoved, 2 påsætning af tuberør, 3 færdig påsætning, 4 fremføre matrice og sammensvejse tuberør og tubehoved, 5 afkøling ved fremført matrice, 6 fjerne matrice, 7 påføring af lukkekappe, 8 udtømning.
Et drejelegeme 10 er forsynet med langs omkredsenjævnt fordelt anbragte dorne 12, der er udformet som etstempel og indrettet til at modtage et tubehoved 14 og ettuberør 16. Tubehovedet 14 og tuberøret 16 tilføres vedhjælp af ikke viste aggregater. Stationerne 1 og 2 er for¬synet med aktiveringselementer 18 og 20, der påsætter tube¬hovedet 14 henholdsvis tuberøret 16 på dornen 12. Et tilstationen 3 hørende aktiveringselement 22 skyder tuberøret16 frem til bearbejdningsstillingen, hvor røret ligger anmod et anslag 24.
Stationen 24 er tilknyttet et aktiveringselement 26,som er indrettet til at fremføre på drejelegemet 10 svinge-ligt anbragte bearbejdningsaggregater 28 i retning frem moddornen 12. Bearbejdningsaggregatet 28, hvoraf der hører ettil hver af dornene 12, er aksial forskydeligt lejret iforhold til dornen 12 på. en bøjle 32's to ben 30. Bearbejd¬ningsaggregatet 28 indeholder et i fig. 1 ikke vist svejse¬værktøj, som via et kabel 34 er forbundet med en passendestrømkilde. I stationen 5 forbliver bearbejdningsaggregatet28 i den på dornen 12 fremførte stilling,, medens de sam¬mensvej ste tubedele 14 og 16 afkøles. Bearbejdningsaggregatet28 fastholdes i den fremførte stilling ved hjælp af ikkeviste elementer, f.eks. en klinke eller en klemmeindretning.Til stationen 6 er der knyttet et yderligere aktiverings¬element 36, der frigiver klinken eller klemmeindretningen,hvorved bearbejdningsaggregatet 28 føres tilbage fra dornen 12 ved kraften fra i det mindste én ikke vist uddrivnings¬fjeder. Herefter svinges bearbejdningsaggregatet 28 ved eni fig. 1 ikke vist svingeindretning tilbage i sin hvilestil¬ling omkring en akse 38.
Til stationen 7 er der knyttet et aktiveringselement40, der er indrettet til på tubehovedet at påskrue en veden ikke nærmere vist indretning tilførte lukkekappe 42. Vedstationen 8 stødes de til påfyldning færdige tuber ned i enoplagringsbeholder 44. Fjernelsen af tuben fra dornen 12kan f.eks. tilvejebringes ved trykluft eller ved en uddriv¬ningsstang .
Drejelegemet 10 fremføres trinvis i pilen 46's retningved hjælp af en ikke nærmere vist drivindretning, idetskridtlængden svarer til drejningsvinklen mellem to op tilhinanden grænsende stationer. Hver af dornene 12 bringesderved ud for den efterfølgende station, efter at have til¬bagelagt en trinlængde. Arbejdstakttiden mellem to efterhinanden følgende trin kan f.eks. udgøre ét sekund. De tilstationerne 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 og 7 hørende aktiveringselementer18, 20, 22, 26, 36 og 40 kan f.eks. være fastliggende, for¬ankrede aktiveringscylindre, som via tilførselsledninger 48tilføres trykluft via en ikke vist styreindretning.
Til hver af de 8 dorne 12 er der knyttet et bear¬bejdningsaggregat 28. Mellem stationerne 3 og 4 svingeshvert bearbejdningsaggregat 28 ved en i fig. 1 ikke vistsvingeindretning fra deres hvilestilling til et gennem dreje-legemets akse forløbende plan, hvor de indtager deres drifts¬stilling. Mellem stationerne 6 og 7 frembringes en tilbage¬svingning til hvilestillingen. For tydelighedsskyld er be¬arbejdningsaggregaterne 28 i fig. 1 kun vist de steder,hvor de indtager deres driftsstilling, dvs. i området mellemstationerne 4 til 6. Ved de øvrige stationer er kun benene30 på bøjlen 32 antydet. I området'mellem stationerne 1 til7 er tubehovederne 14 henholdsvis tuberørene 16 vist i tvær¬snit.
I fig. 2 er der vist en del af drejelegemet 10 ved et radialt snit. Det ligeledes i snit viste bearbejdnings¬aggregat 28 er endnu i sin hvilestilling. Som følge af snit-afbildningen kan der af bøjlen 32 kun ses det ene ben 30.Bøjlen 32's omdrejningspunkt, der i fig. 1 er antydet vedaksen 38, er i fig. 2 skjult af dornen 12. Omdrejningspunktetligger i niveau med dornen 12's akse. I bøjlen 32's midtenedenunder domen 12 er der anbragt et hjul 50, der veddrejelegemet 10's drejning løber mod en fastliggende kurve¬skive 52. Kurveskiven 52 har ved det i fig. 2 viste områdeen største radius, hvorved bearbejdningsaggregatet 28 svingesopad til sin hvilestilling i dette område.
Bearbejdningsaggregatet 28 er forsynet med en matrice54, der er omgivet af vindingerne fra en med et kabel 34forbundet højfrekvensspole 56. Matricen 54 kan være af kera¬mik. Højfrekvensspolen 54 udgør en del af et svejseværktøjog tjener til varmegenerering i de med hinanden til sam¬mensvejsning bestemte dele af tuben. Højfrekvensspolen 56kan f.eks. være indlagt i et keramikmateriale eller omsluttetaf et hus 58.
I området mellem stationerne 3 og 4 (fig. 1) aftagerkurveskiven 52*s radius, hvorved bearbejdningsaggregatet 28svinges til sin driftsstilling i pilen 60's retning.
I fig. 3 er dornen 12 og bearbejdningsaggregatet 28vist ud for stationen 4. Kurveskiven 52's radius er i detteområde ikke længere så stor, at hjulet 50 kan følge kurve¬skiven 52, idet bøjlen 32 ligger an mod et af dornen 12tildækket og dermed ikke synligt anslag. En ligeledes afdornen 12 tildækket og dermed ikke synlig fjeder trykkerbøjlen 32 imod anslaget, hvorved bøjlen 32's ben 30 rettesnøjagtigt parallelt op i forhold til dornen 12.
I det til stationen 4 hørende arbejdstrin føres viaen fremdrivningsstang 62 på aktiveringselementet 26 bear¬bejdningsaggregatet 28 frem i pilen 64's retning og aksialtop på dornen 12. Derved overlapper et med drivstangen 62forbundet medbringerelement 66 et på benene 30 forskydeligtanbragt klemelement 68. Når fremføringsbevægelsen er fuld¬ endt, forbliver klemelementet 68 fastklemt på benene 30,medens medbringerelementet 66 atter trækkes tilbage„ Dethus 58, der indeholder matricen 54, forspændes i retningmod dornen 12 ved hjælp af en mod klemelementet 68 hvilendefjeder 70. Denne forspænding tilvejebringer en efterpresningaf tubehovederne under bearbejdningsoperationen. I stedetfor klemelementet 68 kan der på benene 30 være forskydeligtanbragt et element med en klinke. Ved en sådan udførelsesformkan benene 30 være forsynet med en fortanding.
Ved den i fig. 2 og 3 viste udførelsesform er denhøjfrekvensspole 56, der udgør en del af en svejseindretning,indrettet til at dreje sammen med bearbejdningsaggregatet28. Som følge heraf er samtlige de på drejelegemet 10 an¬bragte bearbejdningsaggregater 28 forsynet med et sådanthøjfrekvensfødet element og et tilførselskabel 34. En ikkevist styreindretning, der er forbundet med drejelegemet 10,der er indrettet til at kontrollere tilførslen af højfrek¬vensenergi til bearbejdningsaggregatet 28, når dette befindersig i sin svejsestilling. Ved et sådant arrangement er svej¬seoperationens varighed ikke begrænset af arbejdstakttiden.
I fig. 4 er der vist en yderligere udførselsform fordet i fig. 2 og 3 viste apparat. Ved den i fig. 4 visteudførelsesform er der ligeledes tilvejebragt en klemindret¬ning 68 og en fjeder 70 (fig. 3) der imidlertid for tydelig-hedsskyld er udeladt i fig. 4. Udførelsesformen ifølge fig.
4 adskiller sig fra udførelsesformen ifølge fig. 2 og 3derved, at der er anbragt en højfrekvensspole 72 i forbin¬delse med aktiveringselementet 26’s fremdrivningsstang 62»Hår svingebevægelsen i pilen 74's retning og den efterføl¬gende fremføringsbevægelse i pilen 76’s retning er fuldendt,omgives matricen 78 af en i huset 80 anbragt højfrekvens¬spole 72.
Ved den i fig. 4 viste udførelsesform er det tilstræk¬keligt at tilvejebringe en enkelt højfrekvensspole 72 og etenkelt tilførselskabel 82. Svejseoperationens varighed ersåledes begrænset til et tidsrum inden for et arbejdstakt- trin.
Aksen af det i fig. 1 viste drejelegeme 10 kan væreanbragt vandret eller lodret. Det er endvidere muligt atanbringe mere end ét sådant apparat på en fælles akse ogfremdrive dem i samme takt. Ved de i fig. 2 til 4 visteudførelsesformer er bearbejdningsaggregatet 28 i sin hvile¬stilling, når det er svinget op. Det er imidlertid ogsåmuligt at anbringe delene på en sådan måde, at bearbejdnings¬aggregatet 28 skal svinges nedad for at bringes til sinhvilestilling. Desuden er hjulene 50 aflastet i deres drifts¬stilling i de viste udførelsesformer, medens arbejdsaggre-gatet 28 holdes i en kontaktstilling ved hjælp af kraftenfra en fjeder. Det er imidlertid også muligt at danne etarrangement, hvor hjulene er belastet i driftsstillingen,og hvor bearbejdningsaggregaterne holdes i kontaktstillingenved forspændingen fra en mellem hjulet og bøjlen 32 anbragtfjeder.

Claims (7)

1. Apparat til fremstilling af emballeringsbeholdereaf et termoplastisk formstof, navnlig tuber, hvilket apparatomfatter et trinvis mellem arbejdstakttrin drejeligt legeme,på hvilket der fordelt i omkredsretningen med regelmæssigeindbyrdes afstande er anbragt dorne og tilhørende matricersamt en betjeningsindretning for disse matricer, idet dorneneog matricerne fra en koaksial arbejdsstilling er svingeligei forhold til hinanden til en hvilestilling, samt en indret¬ning til opvarmning af formstoffet, kendetegnetved, at hver matrice (54, 78) er koaksial med dornen (12)forskydelig i en lukkestilling, og atter tilbage fra dennestilling, og at betjeningsindretningen består af mindst étfremførings/tilbageføringsaggregat (26, 36), der er sam¬menkoblet igt med matricen (54, 78) eller en matricen bærendeholder (28), til forskydning af matricen (54, 78).
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnetved, at fremførings/tilbageføringsaggregatet har adskiltfra hinanden en fremføringsdel (26) og en tilbageføringsdel(36), som tilgrænsende til det drejelige legeme (10) eranbragt stationært.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendeteg¬net ved, at hver matrice (54, 78) er forskydeligt anbragtpå mindst én første arm (30), der i matricens arbejdsstillingstrækker sig parallelt med den tilhørende dorn (12), og atdenne arm (30) er svingelig omkring en vinkelret på dornens(12) akse forløbende akse (38).
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, kendetegnetved, at der parallelt med nævnte første arm er anbragt enanden arm (30), at begge disse arme (30) udgør benene af enbøjle (32), som griber over dornen (12), og at armene (30)med deres akser i arbejdsstillingen strækker sig i et plan,der indeholder dornens (12) akse.
5. Apparat ifølge et af kravene 3 eller 4, ken¬detegnet ved, at hver matrice (54, 78) er forbundetmed en klemindretning (68), der er indrettet til fastklemning på mindst én af armene (30).
6· Apparat ifølge krav 5# kendetegnetved, at der imellem hver matrice (54, 78) og klemindretningen(68) er anbragt en fjeder (70).
7. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav,kendetegnet ved, at der til svingning af matricen(54, 78) er anbragt svingeaggregater, af hvilke hvert haret hjul (50), der ligger an mod en fælles, stationært anbragtkurveskive (52).
