УСТРОЙСТВО дл  ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ СВАРКОЙ УПАКОВОЧНЫХ
(54) РЕЗЕРВУАРОВ ИЗ ТЕРМОПЛАСТИЧНОГО МАТЕРИАЛА
Изобретение относитс  к области переработки пластмасс, более конкретно к устройствам дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластичного материала.
Известно устройство дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластичного материала, содержащее станину, смонтированный на станине поворотный от привода стол разъемные формы и нагреватель 1. Недостатком данного устройства  вл етс  ограниченна  его производительность, поскольку технологическое врем  дл  обработки одного издели  определ етс  наибольшим временем обработки на одной позиции, в то врем  как на остальных позици х обработка издели  окончена, и издели  вынуждены ожидать окончани  обработки на позиции с большим технологическим Временем.
Наиболее близким техническим решением из известных  вл етс  устройство дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластичного материала, содержаидее станину, смонтированный на сганино поворотный от привода стол, разъемные формы, одна из полуформ
которых установлена по периферии стола, z друга  подпружинена относительно нее, снабжена нагревателем и кулачковым приводом ее пе ремещени  2. Недостатком известного уст-. ройства  вл етс  ограниченна  его производительность вследствие конструкторской сложности форм, что не позвол ет вести процесс производства при повьпиенлых скорост х и ограниченных технологических временах.
Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение производительности устройства и упрощение его конструкции.
Дл  достижени  поставленной дели в устройстве дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных
резервуаров из термопластичного материала , содержащем старину, смонтированный на станине поворотный от привода стол, разъемные формы, одна из полуформ которых установлена по периферии стола, а друга  подпружинена относительно нее, снабжена нагревателем и кулачковым приводом ее перемещени , согласно изобретению оно снабжено двуплечими рычагами, на одномплече которого закретшены полуформы с нагревател ми, а другое соединено с кулачковым приводом, причем каждый рычаг установлен на столе с возможностью поворота относительно оси установленной на столе полуформы. Установленные на столе полуформы вьшолНейЬ в виде неподвижно закрепленных и радиально направленных пуансонов, а полуформы с нагревате  ми - в виде охвашвающих-. их MatpHDty, при зтогй- устройствт -снабжено неподвижно эак еплённым:1 на станине приводо возвратно-nocTynatenbHoro перемещени  полуфо мь с нагревател ми относительно установленаой на столе полуформы, и нагреватель выполнен в виде катушки, подаслюченной к току вы сокой частоты, а полуформа с нагревателем вьшОлнена из керамики.. Такое вьшолненйе устройства позвол ет по , высйтЬ его производительность и упроьтить его конструкцию. J, 1 На фиг. 1 изображено устройство в плане дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластичного материала; на фиг. 2 - фрагмент устройства, показывающий форму в нерабочем положении; на фиг. 3 - фрагмент , устройстйа, показывающий форму в рабо ём положедаи; на фиг. 4 - фрагмент устройства , показьшаюиЛй вариант выполнени  формы . Устройство дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочньЬс резервуаров из термо ластичного материала содержит станину (на чертеже не показана), смонтированный на стшшне поворотный оТгфивода (на чертеже не показан) стол 1, разъешп ю формы, одна из полуформ которых установлена по перифериистопи, а друга  пбдпру ишена относительно нее, снабжена нагревателем и кулачковым приводом 2 ее перемещени . Уста- .йов едаые на столе 1 полуформът вьшолнены в виде неподвижно закрепленных и радиально направленных пуансонов 3, а полуфърмы с нагревател ми - в виде охватывающих их матриц 4, выполненных из керамики, при этом нагреватель 5 вьшолнен в виде катупжи, подключенной к току вьгсОкой частоты. Устройство снаё гено двуплечими рычагами б йа одном плече которого закреплены матриды 4 с нагревател ми 5, а: другое посредством ролика 7 йбдПруж ненЬ и соединено с кулачкЬм 2, причем каждый рычаг б установлен на столе 1 с 1вЬзмбХснОстью поворота относительно оси установленной на Столе полуформы. На рычаге б вьщолнено также фиксирующее устройство (ни чертеже не показано). Устройство снабжено также неподвижно за крёйй нйым на станине Приводом в ввде силовогопневмодилиндра 8 возву атйо-ИОстгупательного перемещени  полуформы с нагревателем Относительно установленной на столе полуформы . По периферии стола расположены механизм . 9 подачи головки резервуара, механизм 10 подачи корпуса резервуара, механизм 11 насаживани  корпуса на пуансон 3, механизм 12 отвода полуформы с нагревателем, механизм 13 надевани  колпачка н тара 14 дл приема готовых резервуаров.. ,. . На фиг; 4 показан вариант выполнени  устройства , в котором нагреватель 5 смонтирован на птоке cipioBoro пневмоцилиндра 8, а пружина и фиксирующее устройство дл  нагл дности не показаны. Tiakoe вьшолнение устройства позвол ет использовать Одну катушку, но зато продолжительность сварйй Ог{)аничена време-; нем внутри тактового пгага, «iit) йе позвол ет достичь высокой прОизводительноЬти. : Устройство работает следующий образом. Механизм 9 подает головку 15 на пуансон 3, затем стОл 1 от своего приводг последова- : тельно поворачиваетс  на шаг, и механизм 10 подает корпус 16 резервуара, а ме ханизм 11 насаживает корпус 16 на пуансон . Затем стол 1 снова повораЮаётс  на шаг и jibwar 6 под действием привода 2 подворачиваетс  так, что . матрица 4 становитс  соосно пуансона 3. После этОгО пневшциЛиндр 8 надвигает матрицу 4 с нагревателем 5 на пуансон 3, к катушке нагревател  5 подаетс  ток высокой частоты и происходит сваривание корпуса 16 с головкой 15. Затем пневмОцнлиндр 8 отходит в исходное положение, а матрица 4 с помощью фиксирующего устройства (на чертеже не показано ) удерживаетс  на пуансоне 3. После этого стол 1 поворачиваетс  на шаг, в этой позиции происходит охлаждение сваренных частей резервуара. При дальнейшем повороте стола 1 Происходит открытие фиксирующего устройства, отвод матрицы 4 с пуансона 3 при помощи пружины полуформы и механизма 12 отвода, после чего рычаг 6 под действием. кул11чкрврto привода 2 йоворачиваетсй в исходное положение , так что При следующем повороте стола 1 механизм 13 свободно нави1«ивает колпачок 17 на головку 15. Затем стол Г поворачиваетс  на шаг и готовый дл  заполнени  резервуар 18 выталкиваетс  в тару 14, досле чего ЦИ1СЛ пр10изводства изделий повтор етс . . Использование данного устройства дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластического материала позволит повысить его производительность за счет упрощени  его конструкции. 4 ормула изобретени  I. Устройство дл  изготовлени  сваркой упаковочных резервуаров из термопластичного материала, содержащее станину, смонтированный на сташше поворотный от привода стол, разъемные формы, одна из полуформ которых установлена по периферии стола, а друга  подпружинена относительно нее, снабжена нагревателем и кулачковым приводом ее перемещени , отличающеес  тем, что, с целью то)вь1щёнй  производитейьности устройства и упрощени  его конструкции, оно снаб)кено двуплечими рычагами, на одном плеце которого закреплены полуформы с нагревател ми, а другое соединено с кулачковым приводом, причем каждый рычаг установлен на столе с возможностью поворота относительно оси установленной на столе пЬлуформЬ. 2. Устройство по п. 1, о т ли ч а ю ш ее с   тем,, что установленные на с1:оле «олуформы вьшоЛгены в виде неподвижно закрепленных и радиально направленных пуансонов, а полуформы с нагревател ми - в виде охваты вающих их матриц.
