Description
- Die Erfindung -betrifft. eine. Verbesserung einer solchen Flüssigikeitszerstäubu@ngsdüse, deren Umlaufraum außer tangentialen Öffnungen noch eine zentrale Öffnung hat. Es wurde.gofunden, daß man die Gleichmäßigkeit des Zerstäubungskegels verbessern kann, wenn man den zentralen Flüssigkeitsstrahl in -mehrere parallel berichtete Teilstrahlen zerlegt. Dadurch wird bewirkt, daß die aus der Düsenöffnung heraustretende Flüssigkeit einen gleichmäßigen Zerstäubungskegel bildet, der, mit einem Schrotschuß zu vergleichen, ein volles Trefferbilld ergibt. Die einzelnen Strahlen werden von der rotierenden Flüssigkeit besser erfaßt und in dieRotation einbezogen als ein mass.iverZentralstrahl, dessen kräftige Geradeaursrichtung mitunter die angestrebte Verbundwirkung beeinträchtigt.
- Die Zeichnung zeigt ein -.Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der Erfindung.
- Fig. r ist ein Längsschnitt durch eine Flüssigkeitszerstäubungsdüse gemäß der Erfindung, und Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt gemäß Linie II-II der -F.ig. .r.
- Das mixt Austrittsöffnung 2 und'-Inn@g@tvi-de q. versehene Düsengehäuse r ümschlieBt das darin eingeschraubte-Düsenrohr 5. Das vordere Ende-desselben bildet den mit Tangentialschl.itzon 6 versehenen zylindrischen Umlaufraum 7. Die aus den Öffnungen-ro des Düsenrohres 5 in den Zwischenraum 3 gelangende Flüssigkeit wird durch die. Tangentielschlitze 6 gepreßt und in starke Rotation versetzt.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist in dem Boden< 8 des Umlaufraumes 7 anstatt einer zentralen Durchlaßöffnung eine Mehrzahl von feinen LängsbA-rungen 9 angeordnet. Das durch diese Bohrungen in den Umlaufraum 7 eintretende Flüssigkeitsstrahlenbündei bildet einen kräftig nach vorn strebenden Flüssigkeitskern, der die rotierende Flüssigkeit mitreißt und mit ihr einen vollen und gleichmäßigen Zerstäub.ungskegel bildet.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Flüssigkeitszerstäubungsdüse mit tangentialenEintrittsöffnungen fürdie zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Boden (8) des Umlaufraumes (7) an ,Stelle einer-zentralen Durchlaßöffnung mehrere feine Längsbohrungen (9) angeordnet sind.
