Claims (9)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE:
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Teppichs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Fasern gereinigt, veredelt, gelockert, ausgekämmt, garnettiert, geblamiert und in Schichten auf eine Unterlage gelegt werden, wonach die Fasern ohne Zuhilfenahme von Fäden oder Garnen mittels Durchstoßnadeln durch die Unterlage hindurchgezogen werden, so daß die durchgezogenen Fasern auf der Unterseite der Unterlage hervortreten und mittels eines flüssigen, erstarrenden Bindemittels untereinander und mit der Unterlage verbunden werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fasern Tierhaare verwendet werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Tierhaaren Textilfasern beigemischt werden.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern gebleicht werden.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern gefärbt werden.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Unterlage ein Jutegewebe verwendet wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Unterlage ein mehrfaches Jutegewebe verwendet wird.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Bindemittel ein vegetabilischer Klebstoff verwendet wird.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß synthetischer Klebstoff verwendet wird.
