Kunststoffolienbahnen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine TrennschueiQeinrichtung für
zwei übereinanderliegende Kunststoffolienbahnen zur Verpackung von Gegenständen.
Bei derartigen bekannten Trennschueißeinrichtungen erfolgt der Transport der Kunststoffolienbahnen zum Trennschueißuerkzeug
meistens zwischen Endlosbänderpaaren.
Diese dienen neben der Zuführung der Folienbahnon gleichzeitig
zu deren Festhalten, um eine gleichmäßige, faltenfreie Schweißnaht zu erreichen.
Zuischen den Oberbändern der Endlosbänderpaare ist meist das Trennschueißuerkzeug angeordnet, uelches in vielfältigster Ausbildung als ein elektrisch beheiztes Messer bekannt ist. So sind beispielsueise kreisförmige rotierende Messer, vertikal angeordnete Fiesser u.a. Trennschueißmesser bekannt.
Zuischen den Oberbändern der Endlosbänderpaare ist meist das Trennschueißuerkzeug angeordnet, uelches in vielfältigster Ausbildung als ein elektrisch beheiztes Messer bekannt ist. So sind beispielsueise kreisförmige rotierende Messer, vertikal angeordnete Fiesser u.a. Trennschueißmesser bekannt.
Probleme treten bei derartigen Trennschueißeinrichtungen in der Hinsicht auf, daß die beim Trennschweißvorgang
erwärmte ueiche Kunststoffolie an den Trennschweißuerkzeugen
anhaftet oder die abgetrennten Kungtstoffolienabschnitte
wieder mit der noch uarmen Schweißnaht verkleben.
Um das zu vermeiden, sind Kühleinrichtungen bekannt, die beispielsueise mittels Blasluft die Schweißnaht abkühlen.
Außerdem sind Einrichtungen bekannt, bei denen den Trennschuieißmessern
zusätzlich zu ihrer Relativbewegung zur Kunstetoffolienbahn sine oszillierende Bewegung erteilt
wird* Hierdurch sollen die Trennschweißmesser ständig in einor das Anhaften der Folie vermeidenden Bewegung

Abgesehen von dem damit verbundenen hohen technischen Aufwand ist mit diesen Einrichtungen meist nur die Ausführung einer seitlichen LMngsschweiQnaht möglich«
Das bedeutet, daß sie für eine mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise,
IQ bei der mehrere parallel angeordnete Reihen von Gegenständen gleichzeitig in Kunststoffolien eingeschweißt
werden, nicht geeignet sind.
Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Ig TrennschweiQeinrichtung zu schaffen, die unter Vermeidung
der genannten Nachteile eine mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise gestattet.
Erfindungsgemäß wird das dadurch erreicht, daß das TrennschweiQwerkzeug eine zur Ebene der Kunststoffolienbahnen
schräg verlaufende, angespitzte und zwei symmetrische Sehweißflächen bildende Worderkante aufweist und es aus
der Folienbahnebene ausschwenkbar ist.
Das Ausschwenken des Trennschweißwerkzeuges erfolgt dabei gemäß der Erfindung mittels eines pneumatischen An
triebes.
Zur Beheizung des Trennschweißwerkzeuges ist eine Heizpatrone vorgesehen. Die Kontrolle erfolgt über einen
Temperaturfühler. Für beides sind erfindungsgemäß im Trennschweißwerkzeug entsprechende Aufnahmen vorgesehen.
Die Endlosbänder für den Folientransport sind zur Erreichung der Schlupffreiheit nach der .Erfindung als Zahnriemen ausgebildet.

Durch die Ausschuenkbarkeit des TrennschueiQuerkzeuges
bei einem Maschinanstop uird ein eventuelles Ankleben
der Kunststoffolie an diesem sicher verhindert. Die Weruendung von Zahnriemen als Transportmittel fUr
die Kunststoffolienbahnen gewährleistet deren schlupf- und somit faltenfreie Zuführung.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert uerden.

Mittels als Zahnriemen ausgebildeter Endlosbänderpaare,
von denen in Fig. 1 nur ein oberes Sand 1 dargestellt ist, werden die beiden Kunststoffolienbahnen, von denen
ebenfalls nur die obere Kunststoffolienbahn 2 strichpunktiert angedeutet ist, in Richtung des Pfeiles A zu-
geführt.
Das über Rollen 3;4 und eine Spannrolle 6 laufende Band 1
gleitet im Bereich der Folienstrecke in einer Führung 7. Ebenso läuft das hierzu parallel angeordnete, in Fig. 1
nicht sichtbare zweite Oberband.
Zwischen den beiden oberen Bändern 1 ist ein beheiztes TrennschueiQwerkzeug θ angeordnet, welches in Arbeitsstellung in die Folienstrecke ragt und bei einem Maschinenstop mittels eines pneumatischen Antriebes 9 aus dieser um die Achse 11 ausschwenkbar ist.
Das TrennschweiQwerkzeug θ weist eine zur Ebene der
Kunststoffolienbahnen 2 schräge V/orderkante 12 auf«
Diese schräge Vorderkante 12 ist über ihre gesamte Länge so angespitzt, daß sich zwei symmetrische SchueiGflä·
chen 13;14 bilden (Fig. 2 und 3), so daß es möglich ist,
gleichzeitig mit einem Trennschnitt zwei LängsschweiQ-
nähte herzustellen. Das ermöglicht eine sogenannte mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise der Einrichtung.
Zur Beheizung des TrennschweiOwerkzeuges 8 ist eine nicht
dargestellte Heizpatrone vorgesehen, die in eine im
TrennschweiQwerkzeug θ vorhandene Aufnahme 16 eingebracht
wird. Oberhalb der Aufnahme 16 ist eine weitere Aufnahme 17 für einen nicht dargestellten Temperaturfühler
angeordnet.

Claims (5)
1. TrennschueiQeinrichtung -Tür zuei übereinanderliegende Kunststoffolienbahnen zur Verpackung von Gegenständen
zwischen diesen, wobei zur Zuführung der Kunststoffalienbahnen Endlosbänderpaare vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen
ein beheiztes TrennschweiGuerkzeug angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet^ daß das Trennschueißuerkzeug (θ)
eine zur Ebene der Kunststoffolienbahnen (2) schräg verlaufende, angespitzte und zuei symmetrische Schueiöflächen (13;14) bildende Vorderkante (12) aufweist und es
aus der Folienbahnebene ausschwenkbar ist.
2. Trenns-hueißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß zum Ausschwenken des Trennschweißwerkzeuges (θ) ein pneumatischer Antrieb (9) vorgesehen
ist.
3. Trennschueißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennschueißuerkzeug (θ) mit einer Heizpatrone und einem Temperaturfühler versehen ist, uozu es entsprechende Aufnahmen (16 bzu. 17)
aufweist.
4· Trennschueißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch als Zahnriemen ausgebildete Endlosbänder (i) für einen schlupffreien Folientransport.
