Description

  • Trennschweißeinrichtung für übereinanderliegende
  • Kunststoffolienbahnen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trennschuieißeinrichtung für zwei übereinanderliegende Kusntstoffolienbahnen zur Verpackung von Gegenständen.
  • Bei derartigen bekannten Trennschweißeinrichtungen erfolgt der Transport der Kunststoffolienbahnen zum Trennschweißwerkzeug meistens zwischen Endlosbänderpaaren. Diese dienen neben der Zuführung der Folienbahnen gleichzeitig zu deren Festhalten, um eine gleichmäßige, faltenfreie Schweißnaht zu erreichen.
  • Zwischen den Oberbändern der Endlosbänderpaare ist meist das Trennschweißwerkzeug angeordnet, welches in vielfältigster Ausbildung als ein elektrisch beheiztes Messer bekannt ist. So sind beispielsweise kreisförmige rotierende Messer, vertikal angeordnete Messer u. a. Trennschweißmesser bekannt.
  • Probleme treten bei derartigen Trennschweißeinrichtungen in der Hinsicht auf, daß die beim Trennschweißvorgang erwärmte weiche Kunststoffolie an den Trennschweißwerkzeugen anhaftet oder die abgetrennten Kunststoffolienabschnitte wieder mit der noch warmen Schweißnaht verkleben.
  • Um das zu vermeiden, sind Kühleinrichtungen bekannt, die beispielsweise mittels wassergekühlten Folienauflagen oder zusätzlichen Riemen den Abtransport der Wärme an die Umgebung übernehmen und somit die Schweißnaht abkühlen.
  • Außerdem sind Einrichtungen bekannt, bei denen den Trennschweißmessern zusätzlich zu ihrer Relativbewegung zur Kunststoffolienbahn eine oszillierende Bewegung erteilt wird. Hierdurch sollen die Trennschweißmesser ständig in einer das Anhaften der Folie vermeidenden Bewegung gehalten werden.
  • Abgesehen von dem damit verbundenen hohen technischen Aufwand ist mit diesen Einrichtungen meist nur die Ausführung einer seitlichen, gut haltbaren Längsschweißnaht möglich. Das beudetet, daß sie für eine mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise, bei der mehrere parallel angeordnete Reihen von Gegenständen gleichzeitig in Kunststoffolien eingeschweißt werden, nicht geeignet sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Irennschweißeinrichtung zu schaffen, die unter Vermeidung der genannten Nachteile eine mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise gestattet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird das dadurch erreicht, daß das Trennschweißwerkzeug eine zur Ebene der Kunststoffolienbahnen schräg verlaufende, angespitzte und zwei symmetrische Schweiß flächen bildende Vorderkante aufweist und es aus der Folienbahnebene ausschwenkbar ist.
  • Das Ausschwenken des Trennschweißwerkzeuges erfolgt dabei gemäß der Erfindung mittels eines pneumatischen Antriebes, kann jedoch auch mechanischer oder elektromechanischer Art sein.
  • Zur Beheizung des Trennschweißwerkzeuges ist eine Heizpatrone vorgesehen. Die Kontrolle erfolgt über einen Temperaturfühler. Für beides sind erfindungsgemäß im Trennschweißwerkzeug entsprechende Aufnahmen vorgesehen.
  • Die Endlosbänder für den Folientransport sind zur Erreichung der Schlupffreiheit nach der Erfindung als Zahnriemen ausgebildet.
  • Ein weiteres Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, daß zur Foliennahtkühlung sowie zur Kühlung der Bandführung und zum Verhindern des Zusammenklebens der trenngeschweißten Folie Blasluft vorgesehen ist.
  • Die Ausbildung des Trennschweißwerkzeuges mit zwei Schweißflächen ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Herstellung von zwei Längsschweißnähten und somit eine mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise der Einrichtung.
  • Durch die Ausschwenkbarkeit des Trennschweißwerkzeuges bei einem Maschinenstop werden ein eventuelles Ankleben der Kunststoffolie an diesem sowie ein Einbrand bzw. Wegschmelzen der Folie im Bereich des Trennschweißwerkzeuges sicher verhindert.
  • Die Verwendung von Zahnriemen als Transportmittel für die Kunststoffolienbahnen gewährleistet deren schlupf-und somit faltenfreie Zuführung.
  • Mittels der nach dem Trennschweißwerkzeug zugeführten Blasluft wird die bereits trenngeschweißte Folie am Zusammenkleben gehindert. Gleichzeitig erfolgt durch diese Blasluft eine Kühlung der Bandführung und der Folie.
  • Die Erfindung soll nachstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert werden.
  • In den Zeichnungen zeigen Figur 1: eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Trennschweißeinrichtung in vereinfachter Darstellung; Figur 2: das Trennschweißwerkzeug in einer Ansicht aus Richtung x nach Fig. 1 und in gegenüber der Fig. 1 vergrößerter Darstellung, Figur 3: das Trennschweißwerkzeug in einer Ansicht aus Richtung y nach Fig. 1.
  • Mittels als Zahnriemen ausgebildeter Endlosbänderpaare, von denen in Fig. 1 nur ein oberes Band 1 dargestellt ist, werden die beiden Kunststoffolienbahnen, von denen ebenfalls nur die obere Kusntstoffolienbahn 2 strichpunktiert angedeutet ist, in Richtung des Pfeiles A zugeführt.
  • Das über Rollen 3; 4 und eine Spannrolle 6 laufende Band 1 gleitet im Bereich der Folienstrecke in einer Führung 7. Ebenso läuft das hierzu parallel angeordnete, in Fig. 1 nicht sichtbare zweite Oberband.
  • Zwischen den beiden oberen Bändern 1 ist ein beheiztes Trennschweißwerkzeug 8 angeordnet, welches in Arbeitsstellung in die Folienstrecke ragt und bei einem Maschinenstop mittels eines pneumatischen Antriebes 9 aus dieser um die Achse 11 ausschwenkbar ist.
  • Das Trennschweißwerkzeug 8 weist eine zur Ebene der Kunststoffolienbahnen 2 schräge Vorderkante 12 auf. Diese schräge Vorderkante 12 ist über ihre gesamte Länge so angespitzt, daß sich zwei symmetrische Schweißflächen 13; 14 bilden (Fig. 2 und 3), so daß es möglich ist, gleichzeitig mit einem Trennschnitt zwei Längsschweißnähte herzustellen.
  • Das ermöglicht eine sogenannte mehrnutzige Arbeitsweise der Einrichtung.
  • Zur Beheizung des Trennschweißwerkzeuges 8 ist eine nicht dargestellte Heizpatrone vorgesehen, die in eine im Trennschweißwerkzeug 8 vorhandene Aufnahme 16 eingebracht wird.
  • Oberhalb der Aufnahme 16 ist eine weitere Aufnahme 17 für einen nicht dargestellten Temperaturfühler angeordnet.
  • In Folientransportrichtung nach dem Trennschweißwerkzeug 8 sind Blasluftdüsen 18 vorgesehen, die der Foliennahtkühlung sowie der Kühlung der Bandführung 7 dienen und die trenngeschweißte Folie am Zusammenkleben hindern.

Claims (5)

  1. Patentansprüche rennschuieißeinrichtung für zwei übereinanderliegende Kunststoffolienbahnen zur Verpackung von Gegenständen zwischen diesen, wobei zur Zuführung der Kunststoffolienbahnen Endlosbänderpaare vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen ein beheiztes Trennschweißwerkzeug angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennschweißwerkzeug (8) eine zur Ebene der Kunststoffolienbahnen (2) schräg verlaufende, angespitzte und zwei symmetrische Schweißflächen (13; 14) bildende Vorderkante (12) auFweist und es aus der Folienbahnebene ausschwenkbar ist.
  2. 2. Trennschweißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Ausschwenken des Trennschweißwerkzeuges (8) ein pneumatischer Antrieb (9) vorgesehen ist.
  3. 3. Trennschuieißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennschweißwerkzeug (8) mit einer Heizpatrone und einem Temperaturfühler versehen ist, wozu es entsprechende Aufnahmen (16 bzw. 17) aufweist.
  4. 4. Trennschweißeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch als Zahnriemen ausgebildete Endlosbänder (1) für einen schlupffreien Folientransport.
  5. 5. Trennschweißeinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Foliennahtkühlung sowie zur Kühlung der Bandführung (7) und zum Verhindern des Zusammenklebens der trenngeschuieißten Folie Blasluft vorgesehen ist.
