Claims (7)
1. Elektrochemisches Verfahren zur Synthese von Carbonsäuren durch
Reduktion gasförmiger Oxide des Kohlenstoffs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kathode eine Gasübertragungselektrode verwendet wird.
2. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in welchem der verwendete
Elektrolyt aus protischen und aprotischen Lösungsmitteln ausgewählt
3. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in welchem die Gasübertragungselektrode
eine poröse, hydrophobe, aus Kohlenstoff oder Graphit in Mischung mit einem Polymerisat hergestellte Gasübertragungselektrode
ist.
4. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, in welchem der Mischung
ein anderer Elektrokatalysator zugefügt wird.
5. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, in welchem die verwendete
elektrokatalytische Mischung ausgewählt ist aus Kohlenstoff/Zinnpulver-Mischungen,
Kohlenstoff/Strontiumtitanat-Mischungen, Kohlenstoff/
Titandioxid-Mischungen und Silberpulver/Kohlenstoff-Mischungen.
6. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
in welchem die elektrolytische Reaktion bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 1000C durchgeführt wird.
7. Elektrochemisches Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in welchem Ameisensäure
durch die Reduktic-η von Kohlendioxid gebildet wird.
