Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Polymerisation von Oxiranen, Oxetanen, Oxepanen, 1,3- Dioxolanen, 1,3,5-Trioxanen und Tetrahydrofuranen zu linearen Polyethern, die durch ausgewählte Metallverbindungen zusammen mit ausgewählten Beschleunigern katalysiert wird.
- Cyclische Ether werden auf zahlreichen Wegen polymerisiert, um Produkte mit weit verbreiteter Einsetzbarkeit zu liefern. Beispielsweise wird Ethylenoxid zu Polyethylenoxid polymerisiert, das in Qualitäten mit geringerer relativer Molekülmasse verwendbar ist für Keramiken (als ein Bindemittel), Kosmetika, Gleitmittel, Polyurethane; sowie Qualitäten mit höherer relativer Molekülmasse für Vecpackungsfolien, Gebisshaftmittel, Gleitmittel, zur Ausflockung und für andere Artikel und Produkte. Tetrahydrofuran (THF) wird zu Poly(tetramethylenether)glykol polymerisiert, das in der Herstellung von Spamdex-Fasern verwendbar ist; zu Polyurethanharzen, die in elastomeren Teilen verwendbar sind; und zu thermoplastischen Elastomeren, die für das Pressformen verschiedener mechanischer Teile verwendbar sind. Daher wird nach verbesserten Verfahren zur Erzeugung dieser Polymere gesucht.
- Die US-P-3 842 019 beschreibt die Polymerisation von Oxiranen und anderen Verbindungen mit kleinem Ring durch einen vermutlichen kationischen Mechanismus, indem als Katalysator die Zersetzungsprodukte von Metallperfluoralkylsulfonaten verwendet werden. Diese Katalysatoren werden als "latent" beschrieben, d. h. es tritt so lange keine Reaktion auf, bis das Metallsalz zersetzt ist. Die Reaktionen, die veröffentlicht wurden, laufen relativ langsam ab und zwar selbst bei erhöhten Temperaturen.
- Die US-P-5 084 586 und 5 124 417 beschreiben die kationische Polymerisation von zahlreichen Monomeren, einschließlich cyclischen Ethern, indem Onium-Kationen verwendet werden, deren entsprechende Anionen Fluoralkylsulfatometallate sind. Durch Onium-Ion katalysierte kationische Polymerisationen sind bekannt, wobei es keine Erwähnung in diesen Patentschriften über die Verwendung von Metallsalzen gibt, die keine Onium-Ionen enthalten, wie beispielsweise Metalltriflate, die als Katalysatoren für die Polymerisation von cyclischen Ethern dienen.
- J. S. Hrkach, et al., Macromolecules, Bd. 23, S. 4042-4046 (1990), beschreiben die Polymerisation von Tetrahydrofuran unter Verwendung von Trimethylsilyltrifluormethansulfonat als den Initiator. Es gibt keine Erwähnung irgendwelcher anderer Triflate als Katalysatoren für diese Polymerisation.
- G. A. Olah, et al., J. Appl. Polym. Sci., Bd. 45, S. 1355-1360 (1992) beschreiben die Verwendung von Bor-, Aluminium- und Galliumtristriflate, um die Polymerisation von THF zu katalysieren.
- S. L. Borkowsky, et al., Organometal., Bd. 10, S. 1268-1274 (1991) berichten, dass bestimmte Zirconium-Komplexe die Polymerisation von Tetrahydrofuran initiieren können. Es gibt keine Erwähnung von Zirconiumperfluoralkylsulfonaten oder von Copolymeren.
- I. Yamashita, et al., Kogyo Kagaku Zasshi, Bd. 71, S. 1061-1064 (1968) beschreiben die Polymerisation von Tetrahydrofuran unter Verwendung eines Katalysatorsystems, das aus einer Lewis- Säure besteht, wie beispielsweise Eisen(ni)-chlorid und einer Phosphorverbindung, wie beispielsweise Triphenylphosphit. Die Verwendung von Metallperfluoralkylsulfonaten wird nicht erwähnt.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für die Polymerisation cyclischer Ether, umfassend:
- Kontaktieren eines oder mehrerer Oxirane, Oxetane, Tetrahydrofurane, Oxepane, 1,3-Dioxolane oder 1,3,5-Trioxane mit einer Verbindung der Formel MZsQt sowie mit einem Beschleuniger, der eine Verbindung der Formel ist:
- worin sind:
- R¹ Wasserstoff, Hydrocarbyl oder substituiertes Hydrocarbyl;
- R² Wasserstoff, Hydrocarbyl oder substituiertes Hydrocarbyl;
- M ein Metall, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Strontium, Barium, Scandium, Yttrium, den Seitenerdmetallen, Titan, Zirconium, Hafnium, Chrom, Molybdän, Tantal, Rhenium, Eisen, Kobalt, Vanadium, Niob, Wolfram, Ruthenium, Osmium, Rhodium, Iridium, Palladium, Platin, Silber, Gold, Zink, Cadmium, Quecksilber, Aluminium, Gallium, Indium, Thulium, Germanium, Zinn, Blei, Arsen, Antimon und Bismut;
- mindestens eines der Z ist ein Anion der Formel SO&sub3;&supmin;R&sup5;, worin R&sup5; Perfluoralkyl ist, das 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome enthält, oder ein Teil eines fluorierten Polymers, worin die Kohlenstoffatome in alpha- und beta-Stellung zur Sulfonat-Gruppe zusammen an mindestens vier Fluoratomen gebunden sind; und der Rest von Z Oxo ist oder ein oder mehrere einwertige Anionen;
- s ist 1, wenn M Silber ist;

- sowie unter der Voraussetzung, dass jede als Teil von Z vorliegende Oxo-Gruppe für zwei "s" gewählt wird.
- In dem hierin beschriebenen Polymerisationsverfahren werden ein oder mehrere cyclische Ether, Oxirane, Oxetane, 1,3-Dioxolane, 1,3,5-Trioxane oder Tetrahydrofurane unter Bildung eines Polyethers polymerisiert. Oxirane (häufiger bezeichnet als "Epoxid") ist hier mit seiner üblichen Struktur ein gesättigter, dreigliedriger Ring, der zwei Kohlenstoffatome und ein Sauerstoffatom enthält. Oxetan hat ebenfalls mit seiner üblichen Bedeutung einen gesättigten viergliedrigen Ring, der drei Kohlenstoffatome und ein Sauerstoffatom enthält. Der Begriff "Oxetan" bedeutet ein gesättigter siebengliedriger Ring, der sechs Kohlenstoffatome und ein Sauerstoffatom enthält. Der Begriff "1,3-Dioxolan" bedeutet ein gesättigter fünfgliedriger Ring, der zwei Sauerstoffatome getrennt durch ein Kohlenstoffatom enthält. Der Begriff "1,3,5-Trioxan" bedeutet ein sechsgliedriger Ring, der drei Sauerstoffatome enthält, wobei die Sauerstoffatome und die Kohlenstoffatome alternieren. Alle diese Begriffe schließen Verbindungen ein, die solche Ring-Systeme enthalten und die mit Hydrocarbyl- oder Hydrocarbylen-Gruppen substituiert sind, die 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten. Die Hydrocarbylen-Gruppen können carbocyclische Ringe bilden, in die bicyclische, tricyclische, usw. Systeme einbezogen sind. Unter "Hydrocarbylen-Gruppe" wird hierin ein zweiwertiger Rest verstanden, der Kohlenstoff und Wasserstoff enthält, der Bestandteil eines carbocyclischen Ringes ist.
- Bevorzugte cyclische Ether haben die Formel:
- worin n 2 oder 4 ist und jedes R¹, R², R³ und R&sup4; unabhängig Wasserstoff oder Hydrocarbyl ist, das 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome enthält. Einige dieser cyclischen Ether polymerisieren zu repetierenden Einheiten der Formel -[CHR¹(CR²R³)nCHR&sup4;O]-. In einem mehr bevorzugten cyclischen Ether sind alle R¹, R², R³ und R&sup4; Wasserstoff. In einem anderen mehr bevorzugten cyclischen Ether, worin n = 2 ist, sind R¹, eines von R², sowohl R³ als auch R&sup4; Wasserstoff, wobei das übrige R² Alkyl ist, das 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthält, besonders bevorzugt ist das übrige R² Methyl. Unter "Hydrocarbyl" wird hierin ein einwertiger Rest verstanden, der Kohlenstoff und Wasserstoff enthält.
- Die Polymerisation wird in Gegenwart eines Beschleunigers ausgeführt. Geeignete Beschleuniger werden aus Vinylestern ausgewählt.
- Die Vinylester-Beschleuniger haben die Formel:
- In einem bevorzugten Vinylester ist R¹ Wasserstoff oder Alkyl und mehr bevorzugt Wasserstoff oder n-Alkyl. In einem anderen bevorzugten Vinylester ist R² Alkyl, Phenyl oder substituiertes Phenyl und mehr bevorzugt n-Alkyl. In einem besonders bevorzugten Vinylester ist R¹ Wasserstoff und R² ist Methyl.
- Unter "substituiertem Hydrocarbyl" (oder substituiert in substituiertem Phenyl) wird verstanden, dass der Teil inerte Substituenten (funktionelle Gruppen) enthalten kann. Unter "inert" wird verstanden, dass sie nicht mit beliebigen Ausgangsmaterialien oder Produkten reagieren und nicht die Polymerisation stören. Derartige Substituenten schließen (lineare) Ether, Alkyl, Aryl und Halogen ein.
- Eine wichtige Erwägung bei der Herstellung von Polyethern ist die zahlengemittelte relative Molekülmasse (Mn) des Polyethers sowie dessen Molmassenverteilung. Wenn der Polyether als ein Monomer in der Herstellung eines anderen Polymers verwendet werden soll (normalerweise in der Diol- Form) liegt der Mn-Wert des Polyethers oftmals bevorzugt im Bereich von 400 bis 20.000 vorzugsweise 500 bis 5.000.
- Der Katalysator kann Yttrium oder eine Seltenerdmetall-Verbindung der Formel MZ&sub3; sein, worin M ein dreiwertiges Ion des Yttriums oder eines der Seltenerdmetalle, Lanthan, Cer, Praseodym, Neodym, Promethium, Samarium, Europium, Gadolinium, Terbium, Dysprosium, Holmium, Erbium, Thulium, Ytterbium und Lutetium ist.
- Bevorzugte Metalle, M, sind Strontium, Scandium, Yttrium, die Seltenerdmetalle Titan, Zirconium, Hafnium, Vanadium, Niob, Tantal, Chrom, Molybdän, Wolfram, Rhenium, Eisen, Ruthenium, Palladium, Kupfer, Gold, Zink, Zinn und Bismut. Mehr bevorzugte Metalle sind Yttrium, die Seltenerdmetalle und Scandium. Besonders bevorzugte Metalle sind Yttrium, Ytterbium, Dysprosium, Erbium, Neodym, Lanthan und Scandium. Ein anderes bevorzugtes Metall ist "Mischmetall" (gelegentlich bezeichnet als "Didymium"), bei dem es sich um eine Mischung von Seitenerdmetallen handelt, wie sie aus dem Erz erhalten wird.
- Es wird gegenwärtig angenommen, dass einwertige Anionen, die relativ nicht-nucleophil sind, als Z brauchbar sind. Beispiele für derartige Anionen sind Tetraphenylborat, SO&sub3;&supmin;R&sup5;, worin R&sup5; Perfluoralkyl ist oder worin R&sup5; ein Teil eines fluorierten Polymers ist, worin die Kohlenstoffatome in alpha- und beta- Stellung zu einer Sulfonat-Gruppe zusammen an mindestens 4 Fluoratomen gebunden sind (wie in - CF&sub2;CF&sub2;SO&sub3;&supmin;). Vorzugsweise ist R&sup5; Perfluoralkyl. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist R&sup5; Trifluormethyl, wobei das Anion bezeichnet wird als "Triflat".
- Verallgemeinert kann man sagen, dass jede beliebige metallische Verbindung, in der sich das korrekte Metall in dem korrekten Oxidationszustand befindet (siehe vorstehend) und an einem Triflat oder ähnlichen Anion gebunden ist, ein Katalysator sein wird. Eine solche Verbindung muss selbstverständlich während der Polymerisation verhältnismäßig stabil sein oder sich zu einer anderen Verbindung zersetzen, die noch eine Triflat-Verbindung (oder ein ähnliches Anion) des Metalls in dem korrekten Oxidationszustand ist. Allgemein ist festgestellt worden, dass, je größer die Zahl der an dem Metall-Kation gebundenen Triflat-Gruppen ist, um so aktiver die Metall-Verbindung als ein Katalysator sein wird. Vorzugsweise ist die Hälfte oder mehr der Anionen (Z), die an dem jeweiligen Metall-Kation gebunden ist, Triflat oder ein ähnliches Anion.
- Die Metall-Katalysatoren können wahlweise einen oder mehrere neutrale Liganden enthalten, die koordinativ an dem Metall gebunden sind. Unter einem "neutralen Liganden" wird eine neutrale Verbindung verstanden, die koordinativ mit den Katalysatoren gebunden werden kann, und zwar normalerweise das Metall-Kation. Neutrale Liganden schließen Wasser ein sowie Ether, wie beispielsweise Dimethylether und Tetrahydrofuran.
- Die Metall-Katalysatoren können andere Anionen als Triflat- und ähnliche Anionen und Tetrafluorborat enthalten, obgleich mindestens ein Triflat- oder Tetrafluorborat-Anion vorhanden sein muss. Einige andere verwendbare Anionen sind Alkoxid, speziell niederes Alkoxid, das 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthält, Acetylacetonat, Cyclopentadienid, Pentamethylcyclopentadienid, tert- Butylacetylacetonat sowie Halogenid. Vorzugsweise sind sämtliche Anionen Triflat.
- Je höher im Allgemeinen das Molverhältnis von Metall-Verbindung zu cyclischen Ether-Monomer ist, die ursprünglich vorliegen, um so niedriger wird die relative Molekülmasse des resultierenden Polyethers sein. Je höher in ähnlicher Weise das Verhältnis von Beschleuniger (sofern vorhanden) zu Monomer ist, die ursprünglich vorliegen, um so niedriger wird die relative Molekülmasse des Polyethers sein. Man geht gegenwärtig davon aus, dass die Einflüsse dieser zwei Verhältnisse kumulativ sind.
- Die Polymerisation kann bei einer Temperatur von -80º bis 130ºC ablaufen. Wenn diese Temperatur oberhalb des Siedepunktes des cyclischen Ether-Monomers liegt, kann ein Druckgefäß verwendet werden. Eine bevorzugte Temperatur liegt m der Nähe des Siedepunktes des Monomers oder beträgt 110ºC, je nachdem welcher Wert niedriger ist. Es kann ein inertes Lösemittel verwendet werden, wie beispielsweise Di-n-butylether, Diethylether oder Toluol, jedoch sind vorzugsweise keine Lösemittel vorhanden. Protische Verbindungen, wie beispielsweise Wasser, Methanol und Ethanol, sollten vorzugsweise nicht vorhanden sein, wobei diese mühelos ausgeschlossen werden, indem die Ausgangsmaterialien getrocknet werden und der Prozess unter einem inerten trockenen Gas gehalten wird, wie beispielsweise Stickstoff. Wie in den meisten chemischen Prozessen müssen die Inhaltsstoffe zumindest anfangs gemischt werden. Bevorzugt wird ein anhaltendes Bewegen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Prozessmaterialien gut gemischt bleiben und ein Überhitzen vermieden wird. Die Polymerisation läuft mäßig exotherm ab. Wenn die Polymerisationstemperatur wesentlich ansteigt, kann ein Refluxieren des Monomers zur Anwendung gelangen, um das Kühlen des Prozesses zu unterstützen.
- Der Polymerisationsprozess kann auf vielfache Weise ausgeführt werden, die dem Fachmann auf dem Gebiet bekannt ist. Er kann chargenweise ausgeführt werden, als halbkontinuierlicher und kontinuierlicher Prozess. Kontinuierliche Prozesse schließen einen/mehrere Rührkesselreaktor(en) mit einer oder mehreren Stufen ein und/oder Reaktionsapparate mit Pfropfenströmung. Andere Variationen sind dem Fachmann auf dem Gebiet offensichtlich.
- In dem hierin offenbarten Verfahren zur Polymerisation kann der Katalysator zurückgewonnen und wiederverwendet werden. Er kann aus dem Polymerisationsprozess durch Extrahieren des mit Wasser gebildeten Polymers gewonnen werden. Der zurückgewonnene Katalysator kann wieder in der Polymerisation verwendet werden. Die wässrigen Waschlösungen können durch Entfernung des Wassers (wie beispielsweise durch Abdampfen) eingeengt werden und der feste Katalysator gewonnen werden.
- In den folgenden nicht einschränkenden Beispielen wurden die folgenden Abkürzungen verwendet:
- GPC - Gelpermeationschromatographie

- Mw - Massegemittelte relative Molekülmasse
- PD - Polydispersität, Mw/Mn
- PS - Polystyrol
- RB - Rundboden

- In einer Trockenbox wurde Ytterbiumtriflat (2,00 g) m einen ofengetrockneten 100 ml-RB-Kolben eingewogen, der mit einem Rührstab ausgestattet war. Der Kolben wurde mit einer Gummimembran abgeschlossen und aus der Trockenbox entnommen. Nach dem Aufsetzen eines Stickstoffablasses wurde THF (20,0 ml) und Vinylacetat (1,00 ml) zugegeben. Nach 17 Stunden wurde die Polymerisation durch den Zusatz von Wasser, THF und Ether abgebrochen. Die resultierende organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, bei vermindertem Druck eingeengt und danach unter Vakuum getrocknet, um 7,66 g des Polymers zu ergeben. GPC-Analyse (PS STD.): Mn = 184.000, Mw = 335.000, PD = 1,82.
- In eine Trockenbox wurde Ytterbiumtriflat (2,00 g) jeweils zu vier 100 ml-Kolben gegeben, die mit Rührstäben ausgestattet waren. Die Kolben wurden mit Gummimembranen verschlossen und aus der Trockenbox entnommen. Nach dem Aufsatz von Stickstoffablässen wurde THF (20,0 ml) in den jeweiligen Kolben zugegeben. Zu jedem Kolben wurde Vinyl-2-ethylhexanoat (1,0, 2,0, 3,0 und 4,0 ml) zugegeben. Nach 17 Stunden wurde die Polymerisation durch den Zusatz von Wasser, THF und Ether abgebrochen. Die abgetrennten organischen Phasen wurden wiederum mit Wasser gewaschen, abgetrennt, bei vermindertem Druck eingeengt und danach unter Vakuum getrocknet. Die Polymerausbeuten und GPC-Analysen waren:
- In eine Trockenbox wurde bis(n-Cyclopentadienyl)tetrahydrofuran-Bis(trifluormethansulfonato)- Zirconium (Cp&sub2;Zr[(O&sub3;SCF&sub3;)&sub2;](THF)) (2,00 g) m einen ofengetrockneten 100 ml-RB-Kolben eingewogen, der mit einem Rührstab ausgestattet war. Der Kolben wurde mit einer Gummimembran verschlossen und aus der Trockenbox entnommen. Nach dem Aufsatz eines Stickstoffablasses wurden THF (20,0 ml) und Vinylacetat (2,00 ml) zugegeben. Nach 17 Stunden wurde die Polymerisation durch den Zusatz von Wasser, THF und Ether abgebrochen. Die resultierende organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, bei vermindertem Druck eingeengt und danach unter Vakuum getrocknet, um 12,17 g Polymer zu ergeben. GPC-Analyse (PS STD.): Mn = 60.100, Mw = 126.000, PD = 2,10.
- In eine Trockenbox wurde Yttriumtriflat (2,00 g) in einen ofengetrockneten 100 ml-RB-Kolben eingewogen, der mit einem Rührstab ausgestattet war. Der Kolben wurde mit einer Gummimembran verschlossen und aus der Trockenbox entnommen. Nach dem Aufsatz eines Stickstoffablasses wurden THF (20,0 ml) und Vinylacetat (3,00 ml) zugegeben. Nach 19,5 Stunden wurde die Polymerisation durch den Zusatz von Wasser, THF und Ether abgebrochen. Die resultierende organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, bei vermindertem Druck eingeengt und danach unter Vakuum getrocknet, um 3,15 g Polymer zu ergeben. GPC-Analyse (PS STD.): Mn = 100,000, Mw = 194.000, PD = 1,94.
- In eine Trockenbox wurde Erbiumtriflat (2,00 g) m einen ofengetrockneten 100 ml-RB-Kolben eingewogen, der mit einem Rührstab ausgestattet war. Der Kolben wurde mit einer Gummimembran verschlossen und aus der Trockenbox entnommen. Nach dem Aufsatz eines Stickstoffablasses wurden THF (20,0 ml) und Vinylacetat (3,00 ml) zugegeben. Nach 17 Stunden wurde die Polymerisation durch den Zusatz von Wasser, THF und Ether abgebrochen. Die resultierende organische Phase wurde abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, bei vermindertem Druck eingeengt und danach unter Vakuum getrocknet, um 0,54 g Polymer zu ergeben. GPC-Analyse (PS STD.): Mn = 222.000, Mw = 396.000, PD = 1,76.
Claims (13)
1. Verfahren für die Polymerisation cyclischer Ether, umfassend Kontaktieren eines oder mehrerer
Oxirane, Oxetane, Tetrahydrofurane, Oxepane, 1,3-Dioxolane oder 1,3,5-Trioxane mit einer Verbindung
der Formel MZs Qt sowie mit einem Beschleuniger, der eine Verbindung der Formel ist:
worin sind:
R¹ Wasserstoff, Hydrocarbyl oder substituiertes Hydrocarbyl;
R² Wasserstoff, Hydrocarbyl oder substituiertes Hydrocarbyl;
M ein Metall, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Strontium, Barium, Scandium,
Yttrium, den Seltenerdmetallen, Titan, Zirconium, Hafnium, Chrom, Molybdän, Tantal, Rhenium, Eisen,
Kobalt, Vanadium, Niob, Wolfram, Ruthenium, Osmium, Rhodium, Iridium, Palladium, Platin, Silber,
Gold, Zink, Cadmium, Quecksilber, Aluminium, Gallium, Indium, Thulium, Germanium, Zinn, Blei, Arsen,

2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der cyclische Ether einer oder mehrere der
Tetrahydrofurane, Oxepane, 1,3-Dioxolane oder 1,3,5-Trioxane ist.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem M ein Metall ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend
aus Strontium, Barium, Scandium, Yttrium, den Seltenerdmetallen, Titan, Zirconium, Hafnium, Chrom,
Molybdän, Tantal, Rhenium, Eisen, Ruthenium, Osmium, Rhodium, Iridium, Palladium, Platin, Silber,
Gold, Zink, Cadmium, Quecksilber, Germanium, Zinn, Blei, Arsen, Antimon und Wismut.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem der cyclische Ether die Formeln hat:
worin jedes R¹, R², R³ und R&sup4; unabhängig Wasserstoff ist oder Hydrocarbyl, das 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome
enthält, und n ist 2 oder 4.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem n 2 ist und R¹, R&sup4; und alle von R² und R³ sind
Wasserstoff.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem n 2 ist und R¹ und R&sup4; jeweils Wasserstoff sind, eines von
R² ist Wasserstoff, die anderen R² sind Methyl und beide R³ sind Wasserstoff.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem R&sup5; Trifluormethyl ist oder Perfluoralkyl.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem M ist: Strontium, Scandium, Yttrium, die
Seltenerdmetalle, Titan, Zirconium, Hafnium, Vanadium, Niob, Tantal, Chrom, Molybdän, Wolfram,
Rhenium, Eisen, Ruthenium, Palladium, Kupfer, Gold, Zink, Zinn, Wismut oder Mischmetall.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das ausgeführt wird bei einer Temperatur von -80º bis 130ºC.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem R¹ Wasserstoff ist oder Alkyl und R² Alkyl, Phenyl oder
substituiertes Phenyl ist.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem R¹ Wasserstoff ist und R² Methyl ist.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem der Beschleuniger
ist und R¹ Wasserstoff oder Alkyl ist und R² Alkyl, Phenyl oder substituiertes Phenyl ist.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem der Beschleuniger
ist und R¹ Wasserstoff ist und R² Methyl ist.
