Description
- Einführung in die Erfindung
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Aerosol-Formulierungen, die im wesentlichen frei von Chlorfluorkohlenstoffen (CFCs) sind. Insbesondere bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf Formulierungen, die im wesentlichen frei von CFCs sind und speziell bei medizinischen Anwendungen brauchbar sind, insbesondere bei unter Druck stehenden Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge (MDIs).
- Es hat sich erwiesen, dass die Anwendung von Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge ein wirksames Verfahren ist, um Medikamente oral und nasal zu verabreichen. Sie werden in umfangreicher Weise verwendet, um Asthmatikern bronchodilatierende und steroide Verbindungen zu verabreichen, und können auch brauchbar sein, um andere Verbindungen zu verabreichen, wie Pentamidin und nichtbronchienerweiternde, entzündungshemmende Arzneimittel. Der schnelle Beginn der Aktivität von Verbindungen, die auf diese Weise verabreicht werden, und das Fehlen irgendwelcher signifikanter Nebenwirkungen hat zu einer großen Anzahl von Verbindungen geführt, die so formuliert wurden, dass sie über diesen Weg verabreicht werden können. Typischerweise wird das Arzneimittel dem Patienten durch ein Treibmittelsystem verabreicht, das im allgemeinen ein oder mehrere Treibmittel umfasst, die den richtigen Dampfdruck haben und zur oralen und nasalen Verabreichung geeignet sind. Die mehr bevorzugten Treibmittelsysteme umfassen typischerweise Treibmittel 11, Treibmittel 12, Treibmittel 114 oder Mischungen derselben. Häufig wird der Dampfdruck der Treibmittelsysteme durch Vermischen eines flüssigen Arzneimittelhilfsstoffs mit dem Treibmittel eingestellt.
- Treibmittel 11, 12 und 114 gehören jedoch zu einer Klasse von Verbindungen, die als Chlorfluorkohlenstoffe bekannt sind, welche mit der Ozon-Verarmung der Atmosphäre in Verbindung gebracht werden. Es wird postuliert, dass das Ozon schädliche UV-Strahlung abschirmt, und eine Abnahme des atmosphärischen Ozongehalts eine Zunahme des Auftretens von Hautkrebs ergibt. In den siebziger Jahren wurden be stimmte Schritte unternommen, um die CFC-Emissionen aus Aerosolen zu reduzieren. Andere Treibmittel, wie Kohlenwasserstoffe, wurden verwendet, oder das Produkt wurde auf unterschiedliche Weise geliefert. Da die Verwendung von CFC bei medizinischen Anwendungen relativ gering ist, d. h. geringer als 1% der gesamten CFC-Emissionen, und wegen der gesundheitlichen Vorteile, die mit Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge verbunden sind, wurden zu dieser Zeit keine Schritte unternommen, um die Verwendung von CFC-Treibmitteln in Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge einzuschränken.
- Jedoch haben fortgesetzte und hochdifferenziertere Ozon-Messungen darauf hingewiesen, dass die früheren Beschränkungen der CFC-Anwendung ungenügend waren und zusätzliche wichtige Schritte unternommen werden sollten, um die CFC-Emissionen drastisch zu reduzieren. Kürzlich wurde vorgeschlagen, dass die CFC-Produktion am Ende dieses Jahrhunderts (2000) tatsächlich eingestellt werden sollte. Folglich ist es vielleicht nicht möglich, zwischenzeitlich und langfristig die Verwendung von CFC-Treibmitteln fortzusetzen. Obwohl einige Anstrengungen unternommen wurden, nicht unter Druck stehende Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge zu verwenden, waren viele dieser Vorrichtungen nicht vollständig erfolgreich. Viele liefern keine gleichmäßigen Dosen, sind mechanisch kompliziert, stellen nicht die 100–200 Dosen pro Einheit der derzeitigen Aerosolbehälter bereit, lassen sich schwierig bedienen und sind sperrig und/oder für eine Anwendung durch Patienten beschwerlich, insbesondere wenn für dieselben eine akute Notwendigkeit zur Medikation besteht.
- Folglich besteht ein Bedarf an Aerosol-Formulierungen, die im wesentlichen frei von CFCs sind. Nicht-CFC-Treibmittelsysteme müssen verschiedene Kriterien für unter Druck stehende Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge erfüllen. Sie müssen nichttoxisch und stabil sein und nicht mit dem Medikament und den anderen Hauptkomponenten in dem Ventil/Sprühkopf reagieren. Ein Treibmittel, das sich als geeignet erwies, ist CF3-CH2F-CF3, das auch als Freon 227, HFA 227, HFC 227 oder 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluorpropan bekannt ist. Bestimmte physikali sche Eigenschaften, d. h. die Polarität und Löslichkeit, von HFC 227 unterscheiden sich jedoch von denen der üblicherweise verwendeten CFC-Treibmittel. Üblicherweise verwendete Tenside können in HFA 227 unlöslich sein. Wenn darüber hinaus das Medikament als Lösung verabreicht werden soll, ist es möglich, dass das Medikament in dem Treibmittel nicht leicht löslich ist. Der Polaritätsunterschied zwischen HFC 227 und den vorhergehend verwendeten CFC-Treibmitteln kann eine unterschiedliche Verabreichung des Medikaments ergeben, wenn ein CFC-Treibmittel durch HFC 227 ersetzt wird.
- Das Medikament kann in dem Nicht-CFC-Treibmittel aufrahmen, sich absetzten oder agglomerieren, selbst wenn dies nicht in dem Nicht-CFC-Treibmittel erfolgte.
- Die Anwendung von HFA 227 wurde früher zur Verwendung in medizinischen Inhalatoren offenbart. Die
Europäische Patentanmeldung mit der Veröffentlichungsnummer 0 384 371 betrifft die Kombination des Treibmittels 227 und Propan, Butan, Isobutan, Me2O und/oder F2CHMe. - Research Disclosure Nr. 30161, Mai 1989 offenbart, dass Nicht-CFC-Treibmittel, wie Fluorkohlenwasserstoffe, in unter Druck stehenden Medikamenten verwendet werden können, die direkt der Lunge verabreicht werden, z. B. Bronchodilatoren.
- Andere Veröffentlichungen beziehen sich auf die Verwendung anderer Fluorkohlenwasserstoffe, wie HFC 134a, für Aerosol-Treibmittel. Die
Europäische Patentanmeldung mit der Veröffentlichungsnummer 0 372 777 betrifft medizinische Aerosol-Formulierungen, in die HFC 134a und ein Adjuvans mit einer höheren Polarität als derjenigen des Treibmittels eingefügt sind. Diese Veröffentlichung führt verschiedene mögliche Adjuvantien und Tenside auf, die in Kombination mit dem Treibmittel und dem Medikament verwendet werden können. - Die internationale Patentanmeldung Nr.
WO 91/04011 - Das
US Patent Nr. 4 174 295 offenbart die Kombination von HFC 134a mit verschiedenen Chlorfluorkohlenstoffen und gegebenenfalls einem gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoff. DasUS Patent Nr. 2 885 427 offenbart die Verwendung von HFC-134a als Aerosol-Treibmittel. DasUS Patent Nr. 3 261 748 offenbart die Verwendung von HFC-134a für die Anästhesie. DieUS Patente Nr. 4 129 603 ;4 311 863 ;4 851 595 und dieEuropäische Patentanmeldung mit der Veröffentlichungs-Nr. 379 793 - Die oben aufgeführten, speziellen Kombinationen können jedoch vielleicht nicht die erwünschte Löslichkeit, Stabilität, geringe Toxizität, exakte Dosierung, korrekte Teilchengröße (falls Suspension) und/oder Kompatibilität mit üblicherweise verwendeten Ventilanordnungen von Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge bereitstellen.
- Kurzbeschreibung der Erfindung
- Demgemäß bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf eine nichttoxische Formulierung, die im wesentlichen CFC-frei ist und eine verbesserte Stabilität und Kompatibilität mit dem Medikament aufweist und relativ leicht hergestellt wird.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auch auf Formulierungen, die mit nur relativ kleinen Modifizierungen und ohne Vorbeschichtung des Medikaments in derzeitigen Aerosol-Füllgerätschaften verwendet werden können.
- Eine Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist in Anspruch 1 definiert.
- In der Erfindung ist auch eine Aerosol-Formulierung mit inbegriffen, umfassend:
- A. eine wirksame Menge eines Medikaments, das Mometasonfuroat umfasst;
- B. 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluorpropan und
- C. ein Arzneimittelhilfsstoff, der aus der aus Propylenglycoldiestern von Fettsäuren mit mittlerer Kettenlänge; Triglyceridestern von Fettsäuren mit mittlerer Kettenlänge, Perfluordimethylcyclobutan, Polyethlenglycol, Menthol, Lauroglycol; Diethylenglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierten Glyceriden von Fettsäuren mit mittlerer Kettenlänge, Alkoholen, Eukalyptusöl, kurzkettigen Fettsäuren und Kombinationen derselben bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
- Die Formulierung kann gegebenenfalls weiterhin ein Tensid umfassen. Das Tensid ist vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe ausgewählt, bestehend aus:
Ölsäure;
Sorbitantrioleat;
Cetylpyridiniumchlorid;
Sojalecithin;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaurat;
Polyoxyethylen(10)stearylether;
Polyoxyethylen(2)oleylether;
Polyoxypropylen-polyoxyethylen-ethylendiamin-Blockcopolymeren;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonostearat;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonooleat;
Polyoxypropylen-polyoxyethylen-Blockcopolymeren;
Rizinusölethoxylat; und Kombination derselben. - Die bevorzugten flüssigen Arzneimittelhilfsstoffe sind Diethylenglycolmonoethylether, Propylenglycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge, Perfluordimethylcyclobutan und Polyethylenglycol.
- Die bevorzugten Tenside sind Ölsäure, Sorbitantrioleat, Cetylpyridiniumchlorid, Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaurat, Polyoxypropylen-polyoxy-ethylen-Blockcopolymere, Sojalecithin und Polyoxypropylen-polyoxy-ethylen-ethylendiamin-Blockcopolymere, wobei Ölsäure besonders bevorzugt wird.
- Die Erfindung ist besonders nützlich, wenn es sich bei dem Medikament um Mometasonfuroat oder Salze und Clathrate desselben handelt.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auch auf ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Asthma in Säugern, das die Verabreichung einer wirksamen Menge einer Aerosol-Formulierung, umfassend
- A. Mometasonfuroat,
- B. 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluorpropan und
- C. einen Arzneimittelhilfsstoff, der aus Propylenglycoldiestern von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge, Triglyceridestern von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge Perfluordimethylcyclobutan, Polyethlenglycol, Menthol, Lauroglycol; Diethylenglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierten Glyceriden mittlerer Kettenlänge, Fettsäuren, Alkoholen, Eukalyptusöl, kurzkettigen Fettsäuren und Kombinationen derselben bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist. an einen Säuger, der dieser Behandlung bedarf, umfasst.
- Ein Tensid liegt gegebenenfalls vor. Das Tensid ist vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe ausgewählt, bestehend aus:
Ölsäure;
Sorbitantrioleat;
Cetylpyridiniumchlorid;
Sojalecithin;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaurat;
Polyoxyethylen(10)stearylether;
Polyoxyethylen(2)oleylether;
Polyoxyethylen-polyoxypropylen-ethylendiamin-Blockcopolymeren;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonostearat;
Polyoxypropylen-polyoxyethylen-Blockcopolymeren;
Rizinusölethoxylat; und Kombination derselben. - Ausführliche Beschreibung der Erfindung
- In allen Formulierungen der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Treibmittel 227 in Kombination mit dem Medikament, einem flüssigen Arzneimittelhilfsstoff und gegebenenfalls einem Tensid verwendet.
- Der Arzneimittelhilfsstoff erleichtert die Kompatibilität des Medikaments mit dem Treibmittel und reduziert auch den Entladungsdruck auf einen akzeptierbaren Bereich, d. h. etwa 2,76–5,52 × 105 N/m2 absolut (40 bis 80 psia), vorzugsweise 3,45–4,83 × 105 N/m2 absolut (50 bis 70 psia). Der ausgewählte Arzneimittelhilfsstoff darf nicht mit dem Medikament reagieren, muss relativ nichttoxisch sein und sollte einen Dampfdruck von weniger als etwa 3,45 × 105 N/m2 absolut (50 psia) aufweisen. Der Ausdruck ”Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge” – wie hierin verwendet – bezieht sich auf Ketten von Alkylgruppen, die mit einer -COOH-Gruppe terminiert sind und 6–12, vorzugsweise 8–10, Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen. Der Ausdruck ”Fettsäuren mit kurzer Kettenlänge” bezieht sich auf Ketten von Alkylgruppen, die mit einer -COOH-Gruppe terminiert sind und 4–8 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen. Der Ausdruck ”Alkohol” schließt C1C3-Alkohole, wie Methanol, Ethanol und Isopropanol ein. Unter den bevorzugten Arzneimittelhilfsstoffen befinden sich:
Propylenglycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge, die unter dem Handelsnamen Miglyol 840 (von Hüls America, Inc. Piscataway, N. J.) erhältlich sind;
Triglyceridester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge, die unter dem Handelsnamen Miglyol 812 (von Hüls) erhältlich sind;
Perfluordimethylcyclobutan, das unter dem Handelsnamen Vertrel 245 (von E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co. Inc. Wilmington, Delaware) erhältlich ist;
Polyethylenglycol, das unter dem Handelsnamen PEG 400 (von BASF Parsippany, N. J.) erhältlich ist;
Menthol (von Pluess-Stauffer International Stanford, Connecticut);
Propylenglycolmonolaurat, das unter dem Handelsnamen Lauroglycol (von Gattefossé Elmsford, N. Y.) erhältlich ist;
Diethylenglycolmonoethylether, das unter dem Handelsnamen Transcutol (von Gattefossé) erhältlich ist;
polyglycolisiertes Glycerid von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge, das unter dem Handelsnamen Labrafac Hydro WL1219 (von Gattefossé) erhältlich ist;
Alkohole, wie Ethanol, Methanol und Isopropanol;
Eukalyptusöl, das von Pluess-Stauffer International erhältlich ist, und Mischungen derselben. - Ein Tensid kann gegebenenfalls zugefügt werden, um die Oberflächen- und Grenzflächenspannung zwischen dem Medikament und dem Treibmittel zu reduzieren. Wenn das Medikament, das Treibmittel und der Arzneimittelhilfsstoff eine Suspension bilden sollen, kann ein Tensid erforderlich sein oder auch nicht erforderlich sein. Wenn das Medikament, das Treibmittel und der Arzneimittelhilfsstoff eine Lösung bilden sollen, kann ein Treibmittel teilweise in Abhängigkeit von der Löslichkeit des speziellen Medikaments und des Arzneimittelhilfsstoffs erforderlich sein oder auch nicht erforderlich sein. Das Tensid kann irgendeine geeignete, nichttoxische Verbindung sein, die nicht mit dem Medikament reagiert und die Oberflächenspannung zwischen dem Medikament, dem Arzneimittelhilfsstoff und dem Treibmittel wesentlich reduziert und/oder als ein Gleitmittel des Ventils fungiert. Unter den bevorzugten Tensiden befinden sich:
Ölsäure, die unter dem Handelsnamen Ölsäure NF6321 (von Henkel Corp. Emery Group, Cincinnati, Ohio) erhältlich ist;
Cetylpyridiniumchlorid (von Arrow Chemical, Inc. Westwood, N. J.);
Sojalecithin, das unter dem Handelsnamen Epikuron 200 (von Lucas Meyer Decatur, Illinois) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaurat, das unter dem Handelsnamen Tween 20 (von ICI Specialty Chemicals, Wilmington, Delaware) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonostearat, das unter dem Handelsnamen Tween 60 (von ICI) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonooleat, das unter dem Handelsnamen Tween 80 (von ICI) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen(10)stearylether, der unter dem Handelsnamen Brij 76 (von ICI) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen(2)oleylether, der unter dem Handelsnamen Brij 92 (von ICI) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxyethylen-polyoxypropylen-ethylendiamin-Blockcopolymer, das unter dem Handelsnamen Tetronic 150 R1 (von BASF) erhältlich ist;
Polyoxypropylen-polyoxyethylen-Blockcopolymere, die unter den Handelsnamen Pluronic L-92, Pluronic L-121 und Pluronic F 68 (von BASF) erhältlich sind;
Rizinusölethoxylat, das unter dem Handelsnamen Alkasurf CO-40 (von Rhône-Poulenc Mississauga Ontario, Canada) erhältlich ist;
und Mischungen derselben. - Wenn die aktive Verbindung eine Suspension bildet, sollte die Teilchengröße relativ gleichmäßig sein, wobei im wesentlichen alle Teilchen vorzugsweise von etwa 0,1 bis 25 μm, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 10 μm, mehr bevorzugt von 1 bis 5 μm, reichen. Teilchen, die größer als 25 μm sind, können in der Mundrachenhöhle aufgehalten werden, während Teilchen, die kleiner als etwa 0,5 μm sind, vorzugsweise nicht verwendet werden, da es wahrscheinlicher ist, dass sie ausgeatmet werden und daher nicht in die Lunge des Patienten gelangen.
- Die Formulierungen der vorliegenden Erfindung können unter Verwendung konventioneller Einfüllgerätschaften in die Aerosol-Behälter gefüllt werden. Da das Treibmittel 227 möglicherweise nicht mit allen elastomeren Verbindungen kompatibel ist, die zur Zeit in vorhandenen Aerosolventil-Anordnungen verwendet werden, kann es notwendig sein, andere Materialien einzusetzen, wie weißen Buna-Kautschuk, oder Arzneimittelhilfsstoffe und gegebenenfalls Tenside zu verwenden, welche die schädlichen Auswirkungen des Treibmittels 227 auf die Ventilkomponenten abschwächen.
- In Abhängigkeit von der speziellen Anwendung kann der Behälter mit einer vorher bestimmtem Menge der Formulierung für Einzel- oder Mehrfachdosierung beschickt werden. Typischerweise ist der Behälter für eine Mehrfachdosierung bemessen, und daher ist es sehr wichtig, dass die abgegebene Formulierung für jede Dosierung im wesentlichen gleichmäßig ist. Wenn die Formulierung z. B. der Bronchuserweiterung dient, wird der Behälter typischerweise mit einer Menge der Formulierung beschickt, die für 200 Portionen ausreicht. Geeignete Suspensionen können teilweise durchgemustert werden, indem man verschiedene physikalischer Eigenschaften der Formulierung beobachtet, d. h. die Geschwindigkeit der Teilchenagglomeration, die Größe der Agglomerate und die Geschwindigkeit des Aufrahmens/Absetzens der Teilchen und dieselben mit einem annehmbaren Standard vergleicht. Geeignete Lösungen können durchgemustert werden, indem man die Löslichkeit des Medikaments während des gesamten empfohlenen Temperaturbereichs der Lagerung beobachtet.
- Suspensionen der vorliegenden Erfindung können vorzugsweise entweder durch Druckfüll- oder Kaltabfüll-Arbeitsweisen hergestellt werden, die in der Technik wohlbekannt sind.
- Für Inhalatoren mit dosierter Abgabemenge können aufgrund von Wirksamkeit- und Stabilitätserwägungen Suspensionen besonders bevorzugt werden.
- Der Fachmann kann beschließen, ein oder mehrere Konservierungsmittel, Puffer, Antioxidationsmittel, Süßstoffe und/oder Geschmacksmaskierungsmittel in Abhängigkeit von den Eigenschaften der Formulierung zuzufügen.
- Die nachstehenden Beispiele I–V beschreiben weiterhin die vorliegende Erfindung. Für einige Beispiele werden alternative Formulierungen, die als A und B bezeichnet werden, bereitgestellt. Beispiel I

Claims (6)
- Aerosol-Formulierung, umfassend: A. eine wirksame Menge von Mometasonfuroat; B. 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluorpropan; C. einen Hilfsstoff, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Propylenglycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Triglyceridester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Perfluordimethylcyclobutan; Menthol; Lauroglycol; Diethylglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierte Glyceride von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Alkohole; kurzkettige Fettsäuren; Eukalyptus Öl; und Kombinationen davon; und D. gegebenenfalls eine oder mehrere Komponenten, die aus einem oder mehreren der folgenden Tenside, Konservierungsmittel, Puffer, Antioxidationsmittel, Süßstoffe und Geschmacksmaskierungsmittel ausgewählt wurden.
- Formulierung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden An sprüche, in der das Mometasonfuroat als Pulver mit einer mittleren Partikelgröße von 1 bis 5 μ vorliegt.
- Formulierung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Behandlung von Asthma.
- Aerosol-Dispersion von Mometasonfuroat in 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptaflu-orpropan zur Behandlung von Asthma, die ferner einen Hilfsstoff umfaßt, der aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Propylenglycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Triglyceridester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Perfluordimethylcyclobutan; Menthol; Lauroglycol; Diethylglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierte Glyceride von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Alkohole; kurzkettige Fettsäuren; Eukalyptus Öl; und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt wurde.
- Aerosol-Dispersion von Mometasonfuroat in 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptaflu-orpropan zur Behandlung von Asthma, die ferner einen Hilfsstoff umfaßt, der aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Propylenglycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Triglyceridester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Perfluordimethylcyclobutan; Menthol; Lauroglycol; Diethylglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierte Glyceride von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Alkohole; kurzkettige Fettsäuren; Eukalyptus Öl; und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt wurde; die ferner ein Tensid umfaßt, das aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Ölsäure; Sorbitantrioleat; Cetylpyridinchlorid; Sojalecithin; Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaueat; Polyoxyethylen(20); Sorbitanmonostearat; Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonolaureat; Polyoxypropylen-Polyoxyethylen Block-Copolymere; Rizinusölethoxylat; und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt wurde.
- Verwendung von Mometasonfuroat zusammen mit 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluorpropan zur Herstellung einer pharmazeutischen Aerosol-Zusammensetzung zur oralen und/oder nasalen Verabreichung an einen an Asthma leidenden Patienten, wobei die Zusammensetzung einen Hilfsstoff umfaßt, der aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Propylenclycoldiester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Triglyceridester von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Perfluordimethylcyclobutan; Menthol; Lauroglycol; Diethylglycolmonoethylether; polyglycolisierte Glyzeride von Fettsäuren mittlerer Kettenlänge; Alkohole; kurzkettige Fettsäuren; Eukalyptus Öl; und Kombinationen davon ausgewählt wurde.
