Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Piperidin-Triazin- Verbindungen, die Silangruppen enthalten, ihre Verwendung als Lichtstabilisatoren, Hitzestabilisatoren und Oxidationsstabilisatoren für organische Materialien, insbesondere synthetische Polymere, und die so stabilisierten organischen Materialien.
- Es ist bekannt, Triazinverbindungen, die 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl- Piperidylgruppen enthalten, als Stabilisatoren für synthetische Polymere zu verwenden, beispielsweise solche, die in dem US-Patent 4 086 204 beansprucht sind.
- 2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidinderivate enthaltend Silangruppen sind ebenfalls bekannt, wie solche, über die in den US-Patenten 4 177 186, 4 859 759, 4 946 880 und 4 948 888 sowie den europäischen Offenlegungsschriften 162 524 und 343 717 berichtet wird.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
- worin F eine Gruppe der Formel (II)
- ist, worin R Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl, O, OH, NO, CH&sub2;CN, C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub8;-Alkoxy, C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkoxy, C&sub3;-C&sub6;- Alkenyl, C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkyl bedeutet, das unsubstituiert ist oder am Phenyl mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl; oder C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Acyl, X ist -O- oder > N-R&sub1;&sub0;, wobei R&sub1;&sub0; Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub8;-Alkyl, C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, substituiert in 2-, 3- oder 4-Stellung durch C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, durch Di-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)-amino oder durch eine 5-gliedrige bis 7-gliedrige stickstoffhaltige heterocyclische Gruppe mit der freien Valenz am Stickstoffatom; C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl mono-, di- -oder trisubstituiert ist; C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder am Phenyl durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl mono-, dioder trisubstituiert ist; Tetrahydrofurfuryl oder eine Gruppe der Formel (III)

- Jede der Gruppen R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; können die gleiche Definition oder verschiedene Definitionen in den wiederkehrenden Struktureinheiten, die in der Formel (I) enthalten sind, haben, und wenn die Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung Copolymere sind, können sie eine willkürliche Verteilung oder eine Blockverteilung der individuellen Struktureinheiten aufweisen.
- Beispiele für Alkyl mit nicht mehr als 18 Kohlenstoffatomen sind Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl, 2-Butyl, Isobutyl, t-Butyl, Pentyl, 2-Pentyl, Hexyl, Heptyl, Octyl, 2- Ethylhexyl, t-Octyl, Nonyl, Decyl, Undecyl, Dodecyl, Tridecyl, Tetradecyl, Hexadecyl und Octadecyl.
- Beispiele für C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkyl substituiert durch C&sub1;-C&sub8;- Alkoxy, vorzugsweise C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, insbesondere Methoxy oder Ethoxy, sind 2-Methoxyethyl, 2-Ethoxyethyl, 3-Methoxypropyl, 3-Ethoxypropyl, 3-Butoxypropyl, 3-Octoxypropyl und 4-Methoxybutyl.
- Beispiele für C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkyl substituiert durch Di-(C&sub1;- C&sub4;-alkyl)-amino, vorzugsweise durch Dimethylamino oder Diethylamino, sind 2-Dimethylaminoethyl, 2-Diethylaminoethyl, 3-Dimethylaminopropyl, 3-Diethylaminopropyl, 3-Dibutylaminopropyl und 4-Diethylaminobutyl.
- Beispiele für C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkyl substituiert durch eine 5-gliedrige bis 7-gliedrige stickstoffhaltige heterocyclische Gruppe sind die Gruppen der Formel
- worin A eine direkte Bindung, -O-, -CH&sub2; oder -CH&sub2;CH&sub2;- -ist. Die Gruppe

- Beispiele von Alkoxy mit nicht mehr als 18 Kohlenstoffatomen sind Methoxy, Ethoxy, Propoxy, Isopropoxy, Butoxy, Isobutoxy, Pentoxy, Isopentoxy, Hexoxy, Heptoxy, Octoxy, Decyloxy, Dodecyloxy, Tetradecyloxy, Hexadecyloxy und Octadecyloxy.
- Beispiele für C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkyl, das unsubstituiert oder mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, sind cyclopentyl, Methylcyclopentyl, Dimethylcyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl, Methylcyclohexyl, Dimethylcyclohexyl, Trimethylcyclohexyl, t-Butylcyclohexyl, Cyclooctyl, Cyclodecyl und Cyclododecyl. Cyclohexyl, das unsubstituiert oder durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl substituiert ist, ist bevorzugt.
- Repräsentative Beispiele von C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-cycloalkoxy-R&sub7; und -R&sub1;&sub1; sind Cyclopentoxy, Cyclohexoxy, Cycloheptoxy, Cyclooctoxy, Cyclodecyloxy und Cyclododecyloxy, Cyclopentoxy und Cyclohexoxy sind bevorzugt.
- Beispiele von Alkenyl mit nicht mehr als 18 Kohlenstoffatomen sind Allyl, 2-Methylallyl, Hexenyl, Decenyl, Undecenyl und Oleyl. Solche Alkenyle sind bevorzugt, worin das Kohlenstoffatom in der 1-Stellung gesättigt ist. Allyl ist besonders bevorzugt.
- Repräsentative Beispiele von Phenyl-R&sub1;&sub2; -R&sub1;&sub3; und -R&sub1;&sub4;, das durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy mono-, di- -oder trisubstituiert ist, sind Methylphenyl, Dimethylphenyl, Trimethylphenyl, t-Butylphenyl, Di-t-butylphenyl, 3,5-Di-t- butyl-4-methylphenyl, Methoxyphenyl und Ethoxyphenyl.
- Beispiele für C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkyl, das unsubstituiert oder am Phenyl durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist, sind Benzyl, Methylbenzyl, Dimethylbenzyl, Trimethylbenzyl, t-Butylbenzyl und 2-Phenylethyl. Benzyl ist bevorzugt.
- Acyl-R&sub7; und -R&sub1;&sub1; enthaltend nicht mehr als 8 Kohlenstoffatome, kann eine aliphatische oder aromatische Gruppe sein. Repräsentative Beispiele sind Formyl, Acetyl, Propionyl, Butyryl, Pentanoyl, Hexanoyl, Heptanoyl, Octanoyl, Benzoyl, Acryloyl oder Crotonoyl. C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkanoyl, C&sub3;-C&sub8;-Alkenoyl und Benzoyl sind bevorzugt. Acetyl ist besonders bevorzugt.
- Eine 5-gliedrige bis 7-gliedrige heterocyclische Gruppe
- kann ein weiteres Heteroatom enthalten, beispielsweise Stickstoff oder Sauerstoff; repräsentative Beispiele sind 1-Pyrrolidyl, 1-Piperidyl, 4-Morpholinyl, 4-Methyl-1- piperazinyl und 1-Hexahydroazepinyl, 4-Morpholinyl ist bevorzugt.
- Beispiele für C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkylen sind Methylen, Ethylen, Propylen, Trimethylen, 2-Methyltrimethylen, Tetramethylen, Pentamethylen, Hexamethylen, Octamethylen, Decamethylen, Undecamethylen und Dodecamethylen. Trimethylen ist bevorzugt.
- Beispiele von C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub5;-Alkylen unterbrochen durch eine oder zwei Gruppe(n) der Formel (VI) sind die Gruppen -(CH&sub2;)&sub2;&submin;&sub6;- Q-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;- und -(CH&sub2;)&sub2;&submin;&sub6;-Q-(CH&sub2;)&sub2;&submin;&sub6;-Q-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;-, worin Q eine Gruppe gemäß Formel (VI) darstellt.
- Solche Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind von Interesse, worin m + n eine Zahl von 1 bis 100 ist, n ist Null oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 50 und kann von Null bis 50 % der Summe von m + n variieren.
- Die bevorzugten Definitionen von R&sub7; und R&sub1;&sub1; sind Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, OH, C&sub6;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkoxy, C&sub5;-C&sub8;-cycloalkoxy, Allyl, Benzyl und Acetyl, insbesondere Wasserstoff oder Methyl.

- Solche Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind von besonderem Interesse, worin R&sub1; eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, R&sub7; ist Wasserstoff oder Methyl, X ist -O- oder > N-R wobei R&sub1;&sub0; C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl, 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidyl oder 1,2,2,6,6-Pentamethyl-4-piperidyl ist, R&sub8; ist eine Gruppe der Formel (Va) mit R&sub1;&sub1; gleich Wasserstoff oder Methyl, und Z ist wie oben für X definiert; Y ist > NH, R&sub9; ist Trimethylen oder eine Gruppe -(CH&sub2;)&sub2;-Q-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;-, worin Q eine Gruppe der Formel (VI) ist, R ist Methyl, Methoxy, Ethoxy oder OH, m ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 10, n ist Null, R&sub5; ist Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Ethyl, und R&sub6; ist Methoxy, Ethoxy oder OH, und wenn m eine Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können R&sub5; und R&sub6; zusammen auch eine direkte Bindung bilden.
- Solche Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind auch von besonderem Interesse, worin R eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, R&sub7; ist Wasserstoff oder Methyl, X ist > N-R&sub1;&sub0;, wobei R&sub1;&sub0; C&sub1;- C&sub4;-Alkyl ist, R ist eine Gruppe der Formel (Va) mit R&sub1;&sub1; gleich Wasserstoff oder Methyl und Z ist wie für X definiert; Y ist > NH, R&sub9; ist Trimethylen, R&sub2; ist Methyl, Ethoxy oder OH, m ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 10, n ist Null, R&sub5; ist Ethyl und R&sub6; ist Ethoxy, und wenn m eine Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können R&sub5; und R&sub6; zusammen auch eine direkte Bindung bilden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können durch verschiedene Verfahren hergestellt werden.
- Gemäß Verfahren A können, wenn m gleich 1 und n gleich Null ist, die Verbindungen der Formel (I) hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch Reaktion in geeigneten Molverhältnissen, eines Chlorotriazins der Formel (VII)
- worin R&sub7;, R&sub8; und X wie vorstehend definiert sind, mit -einer Silanverbindung der Formel (VIII)
- worin Y wie oben definiert ist, R ist C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkylen oder C&sub3;-C&sub1; &sub5;-Alkylen unterbrochen durch eine oder zwei > NH-Gruppe(n), R&sub1;&sub8; ist C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl oder C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy und R&sub1;&sub9; ist C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, wobei unter wasserfreien Bedingungen in einem Lösungsmittel gearbeitet wird, wie vorzugsweise einem sekundären oder tertiären C&sub3;-C&sub8;-Alkohol, Dioxan, Dibutylether, Dimethoxyethan, Diethoxyethan, Bis-(2- methoxyethyl)-ether oder Bis-(2-ethoxyethyl)-ether, bei Temperaturen zwischen beispielsweise 80 ºC und 200 ºC, vorzugsweise zwischen beispielsweise 100 ºC und 180 ºC.
- Bei dieser Reaktion werden die Verbindungen der Formel (IX)
- als Hydrochloride gebildet und die freien Basen der Verbindungen können nach Neutralisation mit einer vorzugsweise anorganischen Base, wie Natrium-oder Kaliumhydroxid oder -carbonat, bei Temperaturen zwischen beispielsweise 0 ºC und 40 ºC, vorzugsweise zwischen beispielsweise 10 ºC und 25 ºC, erhalten werden.
- Durch totale oder teilweise Hydrolyse der so erhaltenen Verbindungen können die entsprechenden Silanolverbindungen mit einer, zwei oder drei OH-Gruppe(n) gebunden an das Siliziumatom, hergestellt werden, woraus die entsprechenden Verbindungen der Formel (I) mit m mindestens 2 und n gleich Null durch Kondensationsreaktionen erhalten werden können.
- Die Hydrolyse- und Kondensationsreaktionen werden vorzugsweise oder gleichzeitig durch Behandlung der Verbindungen der Formel (IX) mit Wasser in einer Menge von mindestens 0,5 Mol pro Alkoxygruppe, gebunden an das Siliziumatom, in Gegenwart eines Katalysators, beispielsweise Säuren, Basen und Salze von Zn, Fe, Pb, Sn oder Organozinnverbindungen durchgeführt.
- Die bevorzugten Katalysatoren sind anorganische Säuren, beispielsweise HCl, H&sub2;SO&sub4; und H&sub3;PO&sub4; und anorganische Basen, beispielsweise NaOH und KOH, wobei beispielsweise bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 ºC und 150 ºC, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 ºC und 100 ºC, mit den anorganischen Säuren und zwischen 40 ºC und 200 ºC, vorzugsweise zwischen 60 ºC und 150 ºC, mit den anorganischen Basen gearbeitet wird.
- Die Hydrolyse/Kondensations-Reaktionen werden vorzugsweise in Wasser oder in dem gleichen Lösungsmittel wie dasjenige durchgeführt, das für die Herstellung der Verbindungen der Formel (IX) verwendet wird.
- Wenn m mindestens 2 und n anders als Null ist, können die Verbindungen der Formel (I) hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch Hydrolyse/Kondensation von Gemischen in geeigneten Mengenverhältnissen der Verbindungen der Formel (IX) und Verbindungen der Formel (X)
- worin R&sub3; und R&sub4; wie oben definiert sind, und R&sub2;&sub0; ist Cl oder C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, wobei unter den oben angegebenen Bedingungen gearbeitet wird.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) mit m > 2 und n = 0 oder anders als 0 können auch direkt aus dem Hydrochlond der Verbindungen der Formel (IX) erhalten werden, durch Hydrolyse/Kondensation in demselben Reaktionsgefäß in Gegenwart einer anorganischen Säure oder anorganischen Base, wobei in dem gleichen Reaktionslösungsmittel oder in Wasser gearbeitet wird.
- Gemäß Verfahren B können, wenn R Trimethvlen oder 2-Methyltrimethylen ist, die Verbindungen der Formel (I) auch hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch Reaktion einer Verbindung der Formel (XI)
- mit R&sub2;&sub1; gleich Wasserstoff oder Methyl, mit einer Verbindung der Formel (XIIa) oder (XIIb)
- worin R&sub1;&sub8; und R&sub1;&sub9; wie oben definiert sind, und R&sub2;&sub2; ist Cl oder C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl; wobei die Verbindungen der Formeln (XIIIa) bzw. (XIIIb)
- erhalten werden, welche dann Hydrolyse/Kondensations-Reaktionen selbst oder als Gemisch mit den Verbindungen der Formel (X) unterworfen werden, wobei beispielsweise unter den oben für Verfahren A angegebenen Bedingungen gearbeitet wird.
- Die Additionsreaktionen der Verbindungen der Formel (XI) mit den Verbindungen der Formeln (XIIa) oder (XIIb) können beispielsweise in Gegenwart eines Hydrosilylierungskatalysators vie Pd, Pt, Rh und Derivaten davon, vorzugsweise Pt- und Rh Komplexen, insbesondere H&sub2;PtCl&sub6; oder RhCl(Ph&sub3;P)&sub3;, durchgeführt werden, wobei ein inertes Lösungsmittel, wie Hexan, Heptan, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Cyclohexan, Toluol oder Xylol, bei Temperaturen zwischen beispielsweise 60 ºC und 150 ºC, vorzugsweise zwischen beispielsweise 80 ºC und 120 ºC, verwendet wird.
- Gemäß Verfahren C können die Verbindungen der Formel (I), wenn m mindestens 2, n gleich Null oder anders als Null ist, und R&sub9; Trimethylen oder 2-Methyltrimethylen ist, auch hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch Reaktion in geeigneten Molverhältnissen einer Verbindung der Formel (XI) mit den Verbindungen der Formel (XIV)
- worin R&sub2;, R&sub3;, R&sub4;, R&sub5;, R&sub6;, m und n wie oben definiert sind, in Gegenwart eines wie oben für Verfahren B angegebenen Hydrosilylierungskatalysators.
- Gemäß Verfahren D können die Verbindungen der Formel (I), wenn m mindestens 2, und n gleich Null oder anders als Null ist, auch hergestellt werden, beispielsweise durch Reaktion in geeigneten Molverhältnissen eines Chlorotriazins der Formel (VII) mit einer Verbindung der Formel (XV)
- worin R&sub2;, R&sub3;, R&sub4;, R&sub5;, R&sub6;, R&sub1;&sub7;, Y, m und n wie stehend definiert sind, wobei unter den oben für Verfahren A angegebenen Bedingungen gearbeitet wird.
- In den Hydrolyse/Kondensations-Reaktionen gemäß den verschiedenen oben erläuterten Verfahren ist es möglich, eine Verbindung der Formel (R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;Si-R&sub2;&sub0; mit R&sub1;&sub6; und R&sub2;&sub0; wie oben definiert als Kettenabbruchsmittel zu verwenden. In diesem Fall können die Endgruppen (R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;SiO-Gruppen sein.
- In Abwesenheit des obigen Kettenabbruchsmittel (chain stopper) können die Endgruppen beispielsweise C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, OH, ONa oder OK als Funktion der Hydrolyse/Kondensations-Bedingungen und des verwendeten Katalysators sein.
- Die Chlorotriazine der Formel (VII) können nach bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden, beispielsweise wie in US-Patent 4 108 829 beschrieben.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (XI) können beispielsweise wie in der europäischen Offenlegungsschrift 101 411 beschrieben hergestellt werden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formeln (VIII), (X), (XIIA), (XIIB) und (XIV) sind im Handel erhältlich und leicht durch bekannte Verfahren zu erhalten.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (XV) können durch Hydrolyse/Kondensation der Verbindungen der Formel (VIII) selbst oder als Gemisch mit Verbindungen der Formel (X) hergestellt werden.
- Wie zu Beginn erwähnt:sind die Verbindungen der Formel (I) hochwirksam bei der Verbesserung der Lichtstabilität, Hitzestabilität und Oxidationsstabilität von organischen Materialien, insbesondere synthetischen Polymeren und Copolymeren.
- Beispiele solcher organischer Materialien, welche stabilisiert werden können, sind:
- 1. Polymere von Monoolefinen und Diolefinen, beispielsweise Polypropylen, Polyisobutylen, Polybuten-1, Polymethyl-1-penten, Polyisopren oder Polybutadien, sowie Polymeren von Cycloolefinen, beispielsweise Cyclopenten oder Norbornen, Polyethylen (das gegebenenfalls vernetzt sein kann), beispielsweise Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE), Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE) und lineares Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LLDPE).
- 2. Mischungen von unter 1. erwähnten Polymeren, beispielsweise Mischungen von Polypropylen mit Polyisobutylen, Polypropylen mit Polyethylen (beispielsweise PP/HDPE, PP/LDPE) und Mischungen von verschiedenen Arten von Polyethylen (beispielsweise LDPE/HDPE).
- 3. Copolymere von Monoolefinen und Diolefinen miteinander oder mit anderen Vinylmonomeren, wie beispielsweise Ethylen/Propylen, lineares Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LLDPE) und seine Mischungen mit Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE), Propylen/1-Buten, Ethylen/Hexen, Ethylen/Ethylpenten, Ethylen/Hepten, Ethylen/Octen, Propylen/Isobutylen, Ethylen/1- Buten, Propylen/Butadien, Isobutylen/Isopren, Ethylen/Alkylacrylate, Ethylen/Alkylmethacrylate, Ethylen/Vinylacetat oder Ethylen/ Acrylsäurecopolymere und deren Salze (Ionomere) und Terpolymere von Ethylen mit Propylen und einem Dien wie Hexadien, Dicyclopentadien oder Ethylidennorbornen; sowie Mischungen solcher Copolymerer und deren Mischungen mit vorstehend in 1. erwähnten Polymeren, beispielsweise Polypropylen/Ethylen-Propylencopolymere, LDPE/EVA, LDPE/EAA, LLDPE/EVA und LLDPE/EAA.
- 3a. Copolymere von α-Olefinen mit Kohlenmonoxid mit regelmäßiger oder zufälliger Abwechslung.
- 3b. Kohlenwasserstoffharze (beispielsweise C&sub5;-C&sub9;) und hydrierte Modifikationen davon (beispielsweise Klebrigmacher).
- 4. Polystyrol, Poly-(p-methylstyrol), poly-(α-methylstyrol).
- 5. Copolymere von Styrol oder α-Methylstyrol mit Dienen oder Acrylderivaten, wie beispielsweise Styrol/Acrylnitril, Styrol/Alkylmethacrylat, Styrol/Maleinsäureanhydrid, Styrol/Butadien/Ethylacrylat, Styrol/Acrylnitril/Methylacrylat; Mischungen mit hoher Schlagfestigkeit aus Copolymeren von Styrol und anderen Polymeren, wie beispielsweise aus einem Polyacrylat, einem Dienpolymeren oder einem Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymeren und Blockcopolymere von Styrol wie beispielweise Styrol/Butadien/Styrol, Styrol/Isopren/Styrol, Styrol /Ethylen/Butylen/Styrol oder Styrol/Ethylen/Propylen/Styrol.
- 6. Pfropfcopolymere von Styrol oder α-Methylstyrol, wie beispielsweise Styrol auf Polybutadien; Styrol auf Polybutadien- Styrol oder Polybutadien-Acrylnitril Styrol und Acrylnitril (oder Methacrylnitril) auf Polybutadien; Styrol und Maleinsäureanhydrid oder Maleimid auf Polybutadien; Styrol, Acrylnitril und Maleinsäureanhydrid odermaleimid auf Polybutadien; Styrol, Acrylnitril und Methylmethacrylat auf Polybutadien Styrol und Alkylacrylate oder Methacrylate auf Polybutadien Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolyme ren; Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Polyacrylaten oder Polymethacrylaten; Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Acrylat/Butadien-Copolymeren sowie Mischungen davon mit den unter 5. angegebenen Copolymeren, beispielsweise die Mischungen bekannt als ABS-, MES-, ASA- und AES-Polymere.
- 7. Halogenhaltige Polymere wie Polychloropren, chlorierte Kautschuke, chioriertes oder sulfochloriertes Polyethylen, Epichlorhydrinhomo- und -copolymere, Polymere aus halogenhaltigen Vinylverbindungen, wie beispielsweise Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylidenchlorid, Polyvinylfluorid, Polyvinylidenfluorid, sowie Copolymere davon, beispielsweise Vinylchlorid/Vinylidenchlorid-, Vinylchlorid/Vinylacetat- oder Vinylidenchlorid/Vinylacetat-Copolymere.
- 8. Polymere, welche von α,β-ungesättigten Säuren und Derivaten davon stammen, wie Polyacrylate und Polymethacrylat, Polyacrylamid und Polyacrylnitril.
- 9. Copolymere aus den unter 8. erwähnten Monomeren miteinander oder mit anderen ungesättigten Monomeren wie beispielsweise Acrylnitril/Butadien-, Acrylnitril/Acrylacrylat-, Acrylnitril/Alkoxyalkylacrylat- oder Acrylnitril/Vinylhalogenid-Copolymere oder Acrylnitril/Alkylmethacrylat/Butadien- Terpolymere.
- 10. Polymere, welche von ungesättigten Alkoholen und Ammen stammen, oder Acylderivate davon oder Acetale davon, wie Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat, Polyvinylstearat, Polyvinylbenzoat, Polyvinylmaleat, Polyvinylbutyral, Polyallylphthalat der Polyallylmelamin; sowie deren Copolymere mit Olefinen, die oben in 1. erwähnt sind.
- 11. Homopolymere und Copolymere von cyclischen Ethern, wie Polyalkylenglykole, Polyethylenoxid, Polypropylenoxid oder Copolymere davon mit Bisglycidylethern.
- 12. Polyacetale, wie Polyoxymethylen und Polyoxymethylene, welche Ethylenoxid als Comonomeres enthalten, Polyacetale modifiziert mit thermoplastischen Polyurethanen, Acrylaten oder MBS.
- 13. Polyphenylenoxide und -sulfide und Mischungen von Polyphenylenoxiden mit Polystyrol und Polyamiden.
- 14. Polyurethane, welche von Polyethern, Polyestern oder Polybutadien stammen, mit endständigen Hydroxylgruppen einerseits und aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten andererseits sowie Vorläufer davon (Polyisocyanate, Polyole oder Präpolymere).
- 15. Polyamide und Copolyamide, welche von Diaminen und Dicarbonsäuren und/oder aus Aminocarbonsäuren oder den entsprechenden Lactamen stammen, wie Polyamid-4, Polyamid-6/6, Polyamid 6/10, 6/9, 6/12 und 4/6, Polyamid-11, Polyamid-12, aromatische Polyamide, erhalten durch Kondensation von m- Xylendiamin und Adipinsäure; Polyamide, hergestellt aus Hexamethylendiamin und Isophthal- und/oder Terephthalsäure und gegebenenfalls einem Elastomer als Modifizierer, beispielsweise Poly-2,4,4-trimethylhexamethylenterephthalamid oder Poly-m-phenylenisophthalamid. Weiterhin Copolymere der oben erwähnten Polyamide mit Polyolefinen, Olefincopolymeren, lonomeren oder chemisch gebundenen oder gepfropften Elastomeren; oder mit Polyethern, beispielsweise mit Polyethylenglykolen, Polypropylenglykolen oder Polytetramethylenglykolen. Polyamide oder Copolyamide, modifiziert mit EPDM oder ABS. Polyamide, kondensiert während der Verarbeitung (RIM- Polyamidsysteme).
- 16. Polyharnstoffe, Polyimide und Polyamid-imide.
- 17. Polyester, welche von Dicarbonsäuren und Diolen und/oder von Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder den entsprechenden Lactonen stammen, wie Polyethylenterephthalat, Polybutylenterephthalat, Poly-1,4-dimethylolcyclohexanterephthalat, Poly- [2,2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propan]-terephthalat und Polyhydroxybenzoat sowie Blockcopolyether-ester, welche von Polyethern mit Hydroxylendgruppen stammen.
- 18. Polycarbonate und Polyestercarbonate.
- 19. Polysulfone, Polyethersulfone und Polyetherketone.
- 20. Vernetzte Polymere, welche von Aldehyden einerseits und Phenolen, Harnstoffen und Melaminen andererseits stammen, wie Phenol/Formaldehydharze, Harnstoff/Formaldehydharze, und Melamin/Formaldehydharze.
- 21. Trocknende und nichttrocknende Alkydharze.
- 22. Ungesättigte Polyesterharze, welche von Copolyestern von gesättigten und ungesättigten Dicarbonsäuren mit mehrwertigen Alkoholen und Vinylverbindungen als Vernetzungsmitteln stammen, und auch halogenhaltige Modifikationen davon mit niedriger Entflammbarkeit.
- 23. Wärmehärtende Acrylharze, welche von substituierten Acrylestern stammen, wie Epoxyacrylate, Urethanacrylate und Polyesteracrylate.
- 24. Alkydharze, Polyesterharze oder Acrylatharze im Gemisch mit Melaminharzen, Harnstoffharzen, Polyisocyanaten oder Epoxidharzen als Vernetzungsmitteln.
- 25. Vernetzte Epoxidharze, welche von Polyepoxiden stammen, beispielsweise aus Bisglycidylethern oder aus cycloaliphatischen Diepoxiden.
- 26. Natürliche Polymere wie Cellulose, Kautschuk, Gelatine und Derivate davon, welche chemisch modifiziert in einer polymer-homologen Weise sind, wie Celluloseacetate, Cellulosepropionate und Cellulosebutyrate, oder Celluloseether, wie Methylcellulose; Kolophoniumharze (rosins) und deren Derivate.
- 27. Mischungen der oben erwähnten Polymeren, beispielsweise PP/EPDM, Polyamid-6/EPDM oder ABS, PVC/EVA, PVC/ABS, PVC/MBS, PC/ASA, PC/PBT, PVC/CPE, PVC/Acrylate, POM/thermoplastisches PUR, PC/thermoplastisches PUR, POM/Acrylat, POM/MBS, PPE/HIPS, PPE/PA 6/6 und Copolymere, PA/HDPE, PA/PP, PA/PPE.
- 28. Natürlich auftretende und synthetische organische Materialien, welche reine monomere Verbindungen solcher Verbindungen sind, beispielsweise Mineralöle, tierische und pflanzliche Fette, Öle und Wachse, oder Öle, Fette und Wachse auf Basis von synthetischen Estern (z. B. Phthalate, Adipate, Phosphate oder Trimellitate) und auch Mischungen von synthetischen Estern mit Mineralölen in irgendeinem Gewichtsverhältnis, welche Materialien als Plastifizierer für Polymere oder als Textilspinnöle sowie als wäßrige Emulsionen solcher Materialien verwendet werden können.
- 29. Wäßrige Emulsionen natürlicher oder synthetischer Kautschuke, beispielsweise natürliches Latex oder Latices von carboxylierten Styrol/Butadien-Copolymeren.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind besonders geeignet zur Verbesserung der Lichtstabilität, Wärmestabilität und Oxidationsstabilität von Polyolefinen, besonders Polyethylen und Polypropylen.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können in Mischung mit organischen Materialien in verschiedenen Mengenverhältnissen in Abhängigkeit von der Natur des zu stabilisierenden Materials, dern Endverwendungszweck und der Anwesenheit anderer Additive verwendet werden.
- Im allgemeinen ist es zweckmäßig, beispielsweise 0,01 Gew-% bis 5 Gew.-% der Verbindungen der Formel (I), in bezug auf das Gewicht des zu stabilisierenden Materials, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,05 % und 1 %, zu verwenden.
- Im allgemeinen können die Verbindungen der Formel (I) zu den polymeren Materialien vor, während oder nach der Polymerisation oder der Vernetzung dieser Materialien zugesetzt werden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können in die polymeren Materialien durch verschiedene Verfahren eingearbeitet werden, wie Trockenvermischen in Form von Pulver, oder Naßvermischen in Form von Lösungen oder Suspensionen oder auch in Form eines Master-Batch; bei solchen Arbeitsgängen kann das Polymere in Form von Pulver, Granulat, Lösungen, Suspensionen oder in Form von Latices verwendet werden. Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können in das zu stabilisierende Material in reiner Form oder verkapselt in Wachsen, Ölen oder Polymeren einverleibt werden.
- Die mit den Produkten der Formel (I) stabilisierten Materialien können zur Erzeugung von Formlingen, Filmen, Bändern, Monofilamenten, Fasern, Oberflächenüberzügen und dergleichen verwendet werden.
- Gewünschtenfalls können andere übliche Zusätze für synthetische Polymere, wie Antioxidantien, UV-Absorber, Nickelstabilisatoren, Pigmente, Füllstoffe, Plastifizierer, antistatische Mittel, Flammschutzmittel, Schmiermittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren und Metalldesaktivatoren zu den Mischungen der Verbindungen der Formel (I) mit den organischen Materialien zugefügt werden.
- -Besondere Beispiele von Zusätzen, welche im Gemisch mit den Verbindungen der Formel (I) verwendet werden können, sind:
- beispielsweise 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 2-tert- Butyl-4,6-dimethylphenol, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-ethylphenol, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-n-butylphenol, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-isobutylphenol, 2,6-Dicyclopentyl-4-methylphenol, 2-(α-Methylcyclohexyl)-4,6-dimethylphenol, 2,6-Dioctadecyl-4-methylphenol, 2,4,6-Tricyclohexylphenol, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methoxymethyl phenol, 2,6-Dinonyl-4-methyl phenol.

Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft die Beispiele 2, 7, 9, 12 und 13.
- Herstellung der Verbindung der Formel
- 20,1 g (0,105 Mol) 3-(Diethoxymethylsilyl-propylamin werden im Verlauf von 90 Minuten zu einer unter Rückfluß erhitzten Lösung von 48 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chloro-4,6-bis-[N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazin in 300 ml Bis- (2-methoxyethyl)-ether gegeben.
- Am Ende der Zugabe wird die Mischung unter Rückfluß während 4 Stunden erhitzt, das Lösungsmittel wird dann unter vermindertem Druck abgedampft, der Rückstand wird in 300 ml Dichlorethan gelöst und die entstandene Lösung wird während 15 Minuten bei Umgebungstemperatur mit 24,2 g 33 %iger wäßriger Natriumhydroxidlösung behandelt.
- Nachdem die wäßrige Phase abgetrennt wurde, wird die organische Phase mit Wasser gewaschen, mit Na&sub2;SO&sub4; entwässert und zur Trockne eingedampft. Das erhaltene Produkt schmilzt bei 43 ºC bis 48 ºC.
- Analyse für C&sub3;&sub3;H&sub6;&sub6;N&sub8;O&sub2;Si
- berechnet (%): C = 62,42 H = 10,47 N = 17,65
- gefunden (%): C = 62,73 H = 10,57 N = 17,47
- Unter Befolgung des in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Verfahrens und unter Verwendung der betreffenden Reagentien wurden die folgenden Verbindungen der Formel
- hergestellt. Beispiel Aussehen wachsig weiches Harz schmilzt bei
- 1,32 g (0,05 Mol) N-[33-(Triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-ethylendiamin werden mit 48 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chloro-4,6-bis-[N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazin, wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben, zur Reaktion gebracht. Das erhaltene Produkt schmilzt bei 79 ºC bis 81 ºC.

- 20,1 g (0,105 Mol) 3-(Diethoxymethylsilyl)-propylamin werden im Verlauf von 90 Minuten zu einer unter Rückfluß erhitzten Lösung von 48 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chloro-4,6-Bis-[N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-Piperidyl)-ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazin in 300 ml Bis- (2-methoxyethyl )-ether gegeben.
- Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird das Gemisch unter Rückfluß während 4 Stunden erhitzt, das Lösungsmittel wird dann unter vermindertem Druck abgedampft und der Rückstand wird in 240 ml 1 N HCl gelöst. Die Lösung wird während 2 Stunden bei Umgebungstemperatur gerührt und dann mit einer Lösung von 15 g Natriumhydroxid in 50 ml Wasser während 1 Stunde bei Umgebungstemperatur behandelt.
- Der gebildete Niederschlag wird durch Filtrieren abgetrennt, mit Wasser bis zur Neutralität gewaschen und getrocknet. Das erhaltene Produkt hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 123 ºC bis 126 ºC und ein Molekulargewicht von n = 2200.
- Das gleiche Polysiloxan wie in Beispiel 7 wird hergestellt, indem 0,105 Mol 3-(Diethoxymethylsilyl)-propylamin mit 0,1 Mol 2-Chloro-4,6-bis-[N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazin, wie in Beispiel 7 beschrieben, zur Reaktion gebracht wird; 13,5 g 33 %ige wäßrige Natriumhydroxidlosung werden zu der organischen Lösung nach Beendigung der Reaktion zugesetzt und während 2 Stunden bei 120 ºC erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Umgebungstemperatur und Abtrennen der wäßrigen Phase wird das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft und der Rückstand wird mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.
- Das erhaltene Produkt hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 116 ºC bis 119 ºC und ein Molekulargewicht von n 2170.
- Unter Befolgung des in Beispiel 7 beschriebenen Verfahrens und unter Verwendung der betreffenden Reaktionsteilnehmer wird ein Polysiloxan enthaltend wiederkehrende Einheiten der Formel
- mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 108 ºC bis 115 ºC und einem Molekulargewicht n 2800 hergestellt.
- Unter Befolgung des in Beispiel 8 beschriebenen Verfahrens und unter Verwendung der betreffenden Reagentien wird ein Polysiloxan enthaltend wiederkehrende Einheiten der Formel
- und mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 147 ºC bis 150 ºC und einem Molekulargewicht n = 3680 hergestellt.
- Herstellung eines Polysiloxans, das wiederkehrende Einheiten der Formel
- enthält.
- 22,1 g (0,105 Mol) 3-(Triethoxysilyl)-propylamin werden im Verlauf von 90 Minuten zu einer unter Rückfluß erhitzten Lösung von 53,6 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chloro-4,6-bis-[N-(2,2,6,6- tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-butylamino]-1,3,5-triazin in 300 ml Bis-(2-methoxyethyl)-ether gegeben.
- Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird die Mischung während 4 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt und das Lösungsmittel wird dann unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft; der Rückstand wird in 200 ml 0,5 N HCl gelöst und die Lösung wird 4 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Nach Abkühlen auf Umgebungstemperatur wird eine Lösung von 8,8 g Natriumhydroxid in 50 ml Wasser zugesetzt und während 1 Stunde bei Umgebungstemperatur gerührt.
- Der gebildete Niederschlag wird durch Filtrieren abgetrennt, mit Wasser bis zur Neutralität gewaschen und getrocknet. Das erhaltene Produkt hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 130 ºC bis 134 ºC und ein Molekulargewicht n = 5500.
- Die gleiche Verbindung wie in Beispiel 11, jedoch mit einem Molekulargewicht von n = 3050, wird hergestellt, indem 0,105 Mol 3-(Triethoxysilyl)-propylamin mit 0,1 Mol 2-Chloro-4,6- bis-[N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-butylamino]-1,3,5- triazin, wie in Beispiel 11 beschrieben, umgesetzt wird. 4,0 g 33 %ige wäßrige Natriumhydroxidlösung wird zu der organischen Lösung nach Beendigung der Reaktion zugesetzt und während 8 Stunden bei 120 ºC erhitzt.
- Nach Abkühlen auf Umgebungstemperatur und Abtrennen der wäβrigen Phase wird das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft und der Rückstand wird mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.
- Das erhaltene Produkt hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 136 ºC bis 139 ºC.

- 20,1 g (0,105 Mol) 3-(Diethoxymethylsilyl)-propylamin werden im Verlauf von 90 Minuten zu einer unter Rückfluß erhitzten Lösung von 56,4 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chloro-4,6-bis-[N-(1,2,2,6,6- pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)-butylamino]-1,3,5-triazin in 300 ml Bis-(2-methoxyethyl)-ether gegeben.
- Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird das Gemisch während 4 Stunden zum Rückfluß erhitzt, das Lösungsmittel wird dann unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft und der Rest wird in 240 ml 1 N HCl gelöst.
- Die Lösung wird 4 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt, auf Umgebungstemperatur abgekühlt und mit einer Lösung von 15 g Natriumhydroxid in 50 ml Wasser während 1 Stunde behandelt.
- Der Niederschlag, der sich bildete, wird durch Filtrieren abgetrennt, mit Wasser bis zur Neutralität gewaschen und getrocknet.
- Das erhaltene Produkt hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 113 ºC bis 116 ºC und ein Molekulargewicht n = 2600.
- In den Beispielen wird das zahlenmittlere Molekulargewicht mittels eines Dampfdruckosmometers ( Gonotec) wie in EP-A- 255 990, Seite 18, Zeile 54 bis Seite 19, Zeile 15 beschrieben, bestimmt.
- Die Wirksamkeit der Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als Stabilisatoren wird in den folgenden Beispielen erläutert, worin mehrere in den Herstellungsbeispielen erhaltene Verbindungen zum Stabilisieren von Polypropylenfasern, Bändern und Platten verwendet werden.
- 2,5 g jedes der in Tabelle 1 angegebenen Produkte, 1,0 g Tris-(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)-phosphit, 0,5 g Calciummonoethyl- 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzylphosphonat, 1 g Calciumstearat und 2,5 g Titandioxid werden in einem langsam laufenden Mischer mit 1000 g Polypropylenpulver mit dem Schmelzflußindex = 12 g/10 min (gemessen bei 230 ºC und 2,16 kg) vermischt.
- Die Mischungen werden bei 200 ºC bis 230 ºC extrudiert und ergeben Polymerkörnchen, welche dann in Fasern unter Verwendung einer Apparatur vom Pilottyp( Leonard, Sumirago (VA), Italien) überführt werden, wobei unter den folgenden Bedingungen gearbeitet wird:
- Extrudertemperatur 200 ºC bis 230 ºC
- Kopftemperatur 255 ºC bis 260 ºC
- Streckungsverhältnis 1 : 3,5
- Titer 11 dtex per Filament
- Die so hergestellten Fasern werden auf eine weiße Karte montiert und in einem Modell 65 WR Bewitterungsapparat (ASTM D 2565-85) mit einer schwarzen-Plattentemperatur von 63 ºC ausgesetzt.
- Die restliche Festigkeit wird an Proben gemessen, die nach verschiedenen Belichtungszeiten mittels eines Gleichgeschwindigkeits-Tensometers (Dehnungsmesser) genommen wurden und die Belichtungs- bzw. Bestrahlungszeit in Stunden (T&sub5;&sub0;), welche benötigt wird, um die ursprüngliche Festigkeit zu halbieren, wird dann berechnet.
- Fasern, die unter den gleichen Bedingungen wie oben angegeben hergestellt sind, jedoch ohne Zugabe der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen, werden zum Vergleich belichtet.

- Je 1 g der in Tabelle 2 genannten Verbindungen, 1,0 g Tris- (2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)phosphit, 0,5 g Pentaerythrit-tetrakis[3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionat] und 1 g Calciumstearat werden in einem langsam laufenden Mischer mit 1000 g Polypropylenpulver mit dem Schmelzindex = 2 g/10 min (gemessen bei 230 ºC und 2,16 kg) vermischt.
- Die Mischungen werden bei 200 ºC bis 230 ºC extrudiert und ergeben Polymerkörnchen, welche dann in verstreckte Bänder von 50 um Dicke und 2,5 mm Breite unter Verwendung einer Pilottypapparatur ( Leonard-Sumirago (VA), Italien) überführt wurden unter den folgenden Arbeitsbedingungen:
- Extrudertemperatur 210 ºC bis 230 ºC
- Kopftemperatur 240 ºC bis 260 ºC
- Streckungsverhältnis 1 : 6
- Die so hergestellten Bänder werden auf eine weiße Karte montiert und in einem Modell 65 WR Bewitterungsapparat (ASTM D 2565-85) mit einer schwarzen-Plattentemperatur von 63 ºC ausgesetzt.
- Die restliche Festigkeit wird an Proben gemessen, die nach verschiedenen Belichtungszeiten mittels eines Gleichgeschwindigkeits-Tensometers (Dehnungsmesser) genommen wurden und die Belichtungs- bzw. Bestrahlungszeit in Stunden (T&sub5;&sub0;), welche benötigt wird, um die ursprüngliche Festigkeit zu halbieren, wird dann berechnet.
- Bänder, welche unter den gleichen Bedingungen, wie vorstehend angegeben, hergestellt wurden, jedoch ohne Zusatz von Stabilisator, werden zum Vergleich belichtet.
- Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 2 gezeigt. Tabelle 2 Stabilisator T&sub5;&sub0; (Stunden) keiner Verbindung von Beispiel
- Je 1 g der in Tabelle 3 angegebenen Verbindungen, 0,5 g Octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionat, 1 g Tris(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)-phosphit und 1 g Calciumstearat werden in einem langsam laufenden Mischer mit 1000 g Polypropylenpulver mit dem Schmelzindex = 2 g/10 min (gemessen bei 230 ºC und 2,16 kg) vermischt.
- Die Mischungen werden zweimal bei 200 ºC bis 230 ºC extrudiert und ergeben Polymerkörnchen, welche dann in Platten von 1 mm Dicke durch Formpressen während 6 Minuten bei 230 ºC umgewandelt werden.
- Die Platten werden dann mittels einer DIN 53451-Form gestanzt und die erhaltenen Proben werden in einem Zwangsumlaufluftofen, der bei einer Temperatur von 135 ºC gehalten wird, derselben ausgesetzt.
- Die Proben werden in Abständen überprüft, indem sie um 180º gefaltet werden, um die Zeit (in Stunden) zu bestimmen, die nötig ist, um einen Bruch zu verursachen. Proben, welche unter den oben angegebenen Bedingungen hergestellt wurden, jedoch ohne Zusatz der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen, werden ebenfalls zum Vergleich ausgesetzt.
- Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 3 gezeigt. Tabelle 3 Stabilisator Zeit des Bruchs (Stunden) keiner Verbindung von Beispiel
- Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) können auch als Stabilisatoren, insbesondere als Lichtstabilisatoren, für fast alle Materialien, die auf dem Gebiet der photographischen Reproduktion und anderen Reproduktionstechniken verwendet werden, wie beispielsweise die in Research Disclosure 1990, 31429 (Seiten 474-480) beschriebenen.

C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder mono-, di- oder
trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, bedeutet; oder
C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder am Phenyl
mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl;
oder Y kann auch, wenn R&sub9; C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkylen ist, -O- oder
-S- sein, R&sub2; bedeutet C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl, C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, OH,
ONa oder OK, R und R&sub4;, welche identisch oder verschieden
sein können, sind C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl oder Phenyl, m + n ist eine
Zahl von 1 bis 100, n ist Null oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 90
und kann von Null bis 90 % der Summe von m + n variieren,
R&sub5; ist Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl, Na, K oder eine Gruppe
(R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;Si- mit R&sub1;&sub6; als C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl, und R&sub6; ist
C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkoxy, OH, ONa, OK oder eine Gruppe
(R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;SiO- -mit R&sub1;&sub6; wie oben definiert, und wenn m + n eine Zahl von 3
bis 10 ist, können auch R&sub5; und R&sub6; zusammen eine direkte
Bindung bilden; jede der Gruppen R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3;, und R&sub4;
können die gleiche Definition oder verschiedene Definitionen
in den wiederkehrenden Struktureinheiten, die in der Formel
(I) enthalten sind, haben, und wenn die Verbindungen der
Formel (I) Copolymere sind, können sie eine willkürliche
Verteilung oder Blockverteilung der individuellen
Struktureinheiten haben.
2. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin m + n
eine Zahl von 1 bis 100 ist, n ist Null oder eine Zahl von 1
bis 50 und kann von Null bis 50 % der Summe von m + n
variieren.
3. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub7;
und R&sub1;&sub1;, welche identisch oder verschieden sein können,
Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, OH, C&sub6;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkoxy, C&sub5;-C&sub8;-
Cycloalkoxy, Allyl, Benzyl oder Acetyl sind.
4. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub1;
eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, X ist -O- oder > N-R wobei
R&sub1;&sub0; ist Wasserstoff C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkyl, C&sub2;-C&sub3;-Alkyl
substituiert in 2- oder 3-Stellung durch C&sub1; -C&sub4;-Alkoxy,
durch Di-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl)-amino oder durch eine
1-Pyrrolidyl-, 1-Piperidyl- oder 4-Morpholinylgruppe;
C&sub5;-C&sub8;-Cycloalkyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl mono-,
di- oder trisubstituiert ist; Benzyl, Tetrahydrofurfuryl oder
eine Gruppe der Formel (III), oder X kann auch eine
1,4-Piperazindiylgruppe oder eine Gruppe der Formel (IVa) oder (IVb)
sein, R&sub8; ist eine der Gruppen der Formeln (Va) bis (Vd),
worin Z wie für X definiert ist, und R&sub1;&sub2;, R&sub1;&sub3; und R&sub1;&sub4;,
welche identisch oder verschieden sein können, sind Wasser
stoff, C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkyl, C&sub2;-C&sub3;-Alkyl, substituiert in 2-
oder 3-Stellung durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, durch Di-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkyl)-amino oder durch eine 1-Pyrrolidyl-, 1-Piperidyl- oder
4-Morpholinylgruppe; C&sub5;-C&sub8;-Cycloalkyl, das unsubstituiert
ist oder mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkyl; C&sub3;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkenyl, Phenyl, Benzyl oder
Tetrahydrofurfuryl, oder R ist OH oder C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, oder
ist eine 1-Pyrrolidyl-, 1-Piperidyl-, 4-Morpholinyl- oder
1-Hexahydroazepinylgruppe, R&sub9; ist C&sub1;-C&sub6;-Alkylen oder
C&sub5;-C&sub9;-Alkylen unterbrochen durch eine oder zwei Gruppe(n)
der Formel (VI), Y ist eine Gruppe > N-R wobei R&sub1;&sub5;
Wasserstoff ist, C&sub1; -C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkyl, C&sub5;-C&sub8;-Cycloalkyl, das
unsubstituiert ist oder mono-, di- oder trisubstituiert ist
durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl; oder Benzyl, oder Y kann auch -O- oder
-S- sein, wenn R&sub9; C&sub1;-C&sub6;-Alkylen ist, R&sub2; ist C&sub1;-C&sub6;-
Alkyl, C&sub1;-C&sub6;-Alkoxy, OH, ONa oder OK, R und R
welche identisch oder verschieden sein können, sind C&sub1;-C&sub6;-
Alkyl oder Phenyl, m + n ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 50, wobei n
Null oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 45 ist, welche von Null bis zu
90 % der Summe von m + n variieren kann, R&sub5; ist Wasserstoff,
C&sub1;-C&sub6;-Alkyl, Na, K oder eine Gruppe (R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;Si-, worin
R&sub1;&sub6; C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl ist, und R&sub6; ist C&sub1;-C&sub6;-Alkoxy, OH,
ONa, OK oder eine Gruppe (R&sub1;&sub6;)&sub3;SiO- mit R wie oben
definiert, und wenn m + n eine Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können
R und R zusammen auch eine direkte Bindung bilden.
5. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub1;
eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, X ist -O- oder > N-R&sub1;&sub0;, R&sub1;&sub0;
ist Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub0;-Alkyl, C&sub2;-C&sub3;-Alkyl
substituiert in 2- oder 3-Stellung durch Methoxy, durch Ethoxy, durch
Dimethylamino, durch Diethylamino oder durch 4-Morpholinyl;
Cyclohexyl, das unsubstituiert ist oder mono-, di- oder
trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl; Benzyl,
Tetrahydrofurfuryl oder eine Gruppe der Formel (III), oder X kann auch
eine Gruppe der Formel (IVa) oder (IVb) sein, R&sub8; ist eine
der Gruppen der Formeln (Va) bis (Vd), worin Z wie für X
definiert ist, und R&sub1;&sub2;, R&sub1;&sub3; und R&sub1;&sub4;, welche identisch oder
verschieden sein können, sind C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub0;-Alkyl, C&sub2;-C&sub3;-
Alkyl, substituiert in 2- oder 3-Stellung durch Methoxy, durch
Ethoxy, durch Dimethylamino, durch Diethylamino oder durch
4-Morpholinyl; Cyclohexyl, das unsubstituiert oder mono-,
di- -oder trisubstituiert ist durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl; Allyl, Phenyl,
Benzyl oder Tetrahydrofurfuryl, oder R&sub1;&sub3; kann auch
Wasserstoff oder OH sein, oder
ist eine
4-Morpholinylgruppe, R&sub9; ist C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylen oder C&sub5;-C&sub7;-Alkylen
unterbrochen durch eine oder zwei Gruppe(n) der Formel (VI), Y ist
eine Gruppe > N-R&sub1;&sub5;, wobei R Wasserstoff ist, C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub0;-
Alkyl, Cyclohexyl, das unsubstituiert oder mono-, di- oder
trisubstituiert durch C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl ist; oder Benzyl, oder
Y kann auch, wenn R&sub9; C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylen ist, -O- oder
-S- -sein, R ist C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, OH, ONa oder
OK, R&sub3; und R&sub4;, welche identisch oder verschieden sein
können, sind C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl oder Phenyl, m + n ist eine Zahl
von 1 bis 30, wobei n Null oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 27 ist,
welche von Null bis 90 % der Summe m + n variieren kann, R&sub5;
ist Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl, Na, K oder eine Gruppe
(CH&sub3;)&sub3;Si- und R&sub6; ist C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkoxy, OH, ONa, OK oder
eine Gruppe (CH&sub3;)&sub3;SiO-, und wenn m + n eine Zahl von 3
bis 10 ist, können R&sub5; und R&sub6; zusammen auch eine direkte
Bindung bilden.
6. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub1;
eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, X ist -O- oder > N-R
wobei R&sub1;&sub0; Wasserstoff, C&sub1; -C -Alkyl, Cyclohexyl, Benzyl,
Tetrahydrofurfuryl oder eine Gruppe der Formel (III) ist,
oder X kann auch eine Gruppe der Formeln (IVa) oder (IVb)
sein, R&sub8; ist eine Gruppe der Formel (Va), worin Z wie für
X definiert ist, R&sub9; ist C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkylen oder C&sub5;-C&sub6;-
Alkylen unterbrochen durch eine Gruppe der Formel (VI), Y ist
eine Gruppe > N-R&sub1;&sub5;, worin R&sub1;&sub5; Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub8;-
Alkyl, Cyclohexyl oder Benzyl ist, oder Y kann auch -O- oder
-S sein, wenn R&sub9; C&sub2;-C&sub4;-Alkylen ist, R&sub2; ist -C&sub1;-C&sub3;-
Alkyl, C&sub1;-C&sub3;-Alkoxy oder OH, R und R sind Methyl,
m + n ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 20, n ist Null oder eine Zahl
von 1 bis 10 und kann von Null bis 50 % der Summe von m + n
variieren, R&sub5; ist Wasserstoff, C&sub1;-C&sub3;-Alkyl, Na, K oder
eine Gruppe (CH&sub3;)&sub3;Si- und R&sub6; ist C&sub1; -C&sub3;-Alkoxy, OH,
ONa, OK oder eine Gruppe (CH&sub3;) &sub3;SiO-, und wenn m + n eine
Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können R&sub5; und R&sub6; zusammen auch
eine direkte Bindung bilden.
7. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub1;
eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, R&sub7; ist Wasserstoff oder
Methyl, X ist -O- oder > N-R&sub1;&sub0; wobei R&sub1;&sub0; C&sub1;-C&sub8;-Alkyl,
2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidyl oder 1,2,2,6,6-Pentamethyl-
4-piperidyl ist, R&sub8; ist eine Gruppe der Formel (Va) mit
R&sub1;&sub1; gleich Wasserstoff oder Methyl, und Z ist wie oben für
X definiert; Y ist > NH, R&sub9; ist Trimethylen oder eine Gruppe
-(CH&sub2;)&sub2;-Q-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;-, worin Q eine Gruppe der Formel (VI)
ist, R&sub2; ist Methyl, Methoxy, Ethoxy oder OH, m ist eine Zahl
von 1 bis 10, n ist Null, R&sub5; ist Wasserstoff, Methyl oder
Ethyl, und R ist Methoxy, Ethoxy oder OH, und wenn m eine
Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können R und R zusammen auch eine
direkte Bindung bilden.
8. Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin R&sub1;
eine Gruppe der Formel (II) ist, R ist Wasserstoff oder
Methyl, X ist > N-R wobei R&sub1;&sub0; C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkyl ist, R&sub8;
ist eine Gruppe der Formel (Va) mit R&sub1;&sub1; gleich Wasserstoff
oder Methyl, und Z ist wie für X definiert; Y ist > NH, R&sub9;
ist Trimethylen, R&sub2; ist Methyl, Ethoxy oder OH, m ist eine
Zahl von 1 bis 10, n ist Null, R&sub5; ist Ethyl und R&sub6; ist
Ethoxy, und wenn m eine Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist, können R&sub5;
und R&sub6; zusammen auch eine direkte Bindung bilden.
9. Zusammensetzung, welche ein Material enthält, das gegen
den durch Licht, Wärme und Oxidation induzierten Abbau
empfindlich ist und wenigstens eine Verbindung der Formel (I)
gemäß Anspruch 1 enthält.
10. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 9, worin das organische
Material ein synthetisches Polymeres ist.
11. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 0, welche andere übliche
Zusätze für synthetische Polymere, zusätzlich zu den
Verbindungen der Formel (I) enthält.
12. Zusammensetzung gemaß Anspruch 9, worin das organische
Material ein Polyolefin ist.
13. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 9, worin das organische
Material Polyethylen oder Polypropylen ist.
14. Verwendung einer Verbindung der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch
1 zum Stabilisieren eines organischen Materials gegen durch
Licht, Wärme oder Oxidation induzierten Abbau.
