Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Fluoracrylpolymer, welches eine gute Fleckenbeständigkeit, Wasserabweisefähigkeit und Ölabweisefähigkeit hat und eine Gleitwirkung zeigt, und weiter eine thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung, welche eine gute Fleckenbeständigkeit, Wasserabweisefähigkeit, Ölabweisefähigkeit und Gleiteigenschaft hat, die ein thermoplastisches Harz enthält und das oben erwähnte Fluoracrylpolymer darin einschließt.
- Thermoplastische Harze, besonders Vinylchloridharze, haben verschiedene sehr gute physikalische und chemische Eigenschaften und werden deshalb weit verbreitet in verschiedenen Bereichen verwendet. Trotzdem sind diese thermoplastischen Harze mängelbehaftet, indem sie eine schlechte Verarbeitbarkeit besitzen. Demzufolge wurde zur Überwindung dieses Mangels eine Methode angewandt, in der ein Plastifizierer, ein Verfahrenshilfsmittel, wie ein hauptsächlich aus Methylmethacrylat bestehendes Copolymer, und ein Gleitmittel zugesetzt werden, aber diese Methode ist nicht befriedigend.
- Verschiedene Untersuchungen und Entwicklungen wurden im Hinblick auf die Lösung obigen Problems durchgeführt, und verschiedene Verfahrenshilfsmittel enthaltende Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen wurden vorgeschlagen; z. B. in der geprüften japanischen Patentveröffentlichung Nr. 52-781, der geprüften japanischen Patentveröffentlichung Nr. 52-3668 und der geprüften japanischen Patentveröffentlichung Nr. 50-37699.
- Das Ziel dieser Zusammensetzungen ist die hohe Transparenz, welche das Vinylchloridharz inhärent besitzt, zu erhalten und dessen Langzeitbeständigkeit und Verarbeitbarkeit zu verbessern, wie etwa das Abziehen und die Dehnung bei einer hohen Temperatur und die Gleiteigenschaft, wie etwa das Ablösen von der Walzenoberfläche in der Kalandrierstufe, und bestimmte Wirkungen werden in diesen Zusammensetzungen erreicht.
- Trotzdem wird vom Standpunkt der Verbesserung der Produktivität und der Qualität, oder der Erreichung eines Energiespareffekts die Entwicklung einer Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzung, die eine hochdauerhafte Gleiteigenschaft bei der Verarbeitung hat und zur Bereitstellung geformter Artikel, die eine gute Fleckenbeständigkeit, Wasserabweisefähigkeit, Ölabweisefähigkeit, Glanz und Transparenz besitzen, befähigt ist, dringend benötigt. Die oben erwähnten gewöhnlichen Zusammensetzungen sind jedoch unbefriedigend in der Art, indem sie beim Erreichen der oben erwähnten Anforderungen versagen.
- Deshalb ist es ein vorrangiges Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung, die zu einem Formartikel geformt werden kann, der gute Gleiteigenschaft, Fleckenbeständigkeit, Wasserabweisefähigkeit und Ölabweisefähigkeit besitzt, und ein zur Herstellung einer solchen Harzzusammensetzung zu verwendendes, Gleiteigenschaft vermittelndes Polymer bereitzustellen.
- Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Fluoracrylpolymer mit Gleitwirkung bereitgestellt, das mindestens eine Art von Einheit enthält, gewählt aus Einheiten, welche von einem Fluoralkylacrylat abgeleitet sind, und Einheiten, welche von einem Fluoralkylmethacrylat abgeleitet sind, als ein Teil oder sämtliche der Struktureinheiten, und welches eine reduzierte Viskosität ηSp/C von 0,4 bis nicht höher als 2 besitzt, gemessen bei 25 ºC mittels einer Lösung von 0,1 g des Polymeren in 100 ml Chloroform.
- Weiterhin wird gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung eine thermoplastische Harzzusamnnensetzung mit guter Gleiteigenschaft bereitgestellt, die aus 100 Gewichtsteilen eines thermoplastischen Harzes und 0,01 bis 20 Gewichtsteilen eines oben erwähnten Fluoracrylpolymeren mit Gleitwirkung besteht.
- Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung werden Monomere der folgenden Basisstrukturformel (I):

- worin m 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist, n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 ist, X F oder H ist, und Z H oder CH&sub3; ist,
- als das Fluoralkylacrylat oder Fluoralkylmethacrylat verwendet. Als spezielle Beispiele des Fluoralkylmethacrylats können 2,2-Difluorethylmethacrylat (2FM), 2,2,2-Trifluorethylmethacrylat (3FM), 2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylmethacrylat (4FM), 2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylmethacrylat (5FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluorbutylmethacrylat (6FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-Octafluorpentylmethacrylat (8FM), 1,1-Di(trifluormethyl)-2,2,2-trifluorethylmethacrylat (9FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluorheptylmethacrylat (12FM), 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylmethacrylat (13FM) und 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylmethacrylat (17FM) angeführt werden. Als spezielle Beispiele des Fluoralkylacrylats können 2,2-Difluorethylacrylat (2FA), 2,2,2- Trifluorethylacrylat (3FA), 2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylacrylat (4FA), 2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylacrylat (5FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluorbutylacrylat (6FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-Octafluorpentylacrylat (8FA), 1,1-Di(trifluormethyl)-2,2,2-trifluorethylacrylat (9FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluorheptylacrylat (12FA), 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylacrylat (13FA) und 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylacrylat (17FA) angeführt werden. Diese Methacrylate und Acrylate können allein oder in Form von Mischungen aus zwei oder mehreren davon verwendet werden.
- Alle oder ein Teil der Struktureinheiten des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegenden Erfindung sind aus mindestens einer Art von Einheit, gewählt aus Einheiten, welche von einem Fluoralkylacrylat abgeleitet sind, und Einheiten, welche von einem Fluoralkylmethacrylat abgeleitet sind, konstruiert, und die reduzierte Viskosität dieses Polymeren ist nicht höher als 2, bevorzugterweise nicht höher als 1,8. Wenn diese Bedingungen eingehalten werden, ist die Art des Polymeren nicht besonders kritisch. Es können nämlich irgendwelche statistischen Copolymere und Mehrstufenpolymere, wie ein durch das Zweistufen-Polymerisationsverfahren gewonnenes Polymer und ein durch das Dreistufen-Polymerisationsverfahren gewonnenes Polymer, verwendet werden. Ein Polymer mit einer reduzierten Viskosität von über 2 wird bei der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht verwendet, da ein solches Polymer schlechte Fließfähigkeit und ein schlechtes Trennverhalten im Formungsschritt besitzt.
- Die reduzierte Viskosität kann geeigneterweise gemäß dem bei der Polymerisation verwandten Kettenübertragungsmittel, dem Katalysator und der Polymerisationstemperatur eingestellt werden. Die reduzierte Viskosität ηSp/C, auf die in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwiesen wird, wird bei 25 ºC mittels einer Lösung von 0,1 g des Polymeren in 100 ml Chloroform durch ein Ostwald-Viskosimeter bestimmt.
- In dem Fluoracrylpolymer der vorliegenden Erfindung ist mindestens eine Art von Fluoralkylacrylateinheiten und Fluoralkylmethacrylateinheiten als Struktureinheit enthalten, bevorzugterweise in einer Menge von mindestens 5.0 Gew.-%. Die Art des zur Bildung des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwendenden copolymerisierbaren Comonomeren ist nicht besonders kritisch, und ein zweckmäßiges Monomer kann entsprechend dem beabsichtigten Endobjekt gewählt und verwendet werden. Z. B. können Methacrylate wie Methylmethacrylat, Ethylmethacrylat, Propylmethacrylat, Butylmethacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylmethacrylat und Benzylmethacrylat, und Acrylate wie Ethylacrylat, Propylacrylat, Butylacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylacrylat und Benzylacrylat, und Acrylamid, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Styrol, alkylsubstituiertes Styrol, halogensubstituiertes Styrol, Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril erwähnt werden. Diese Monomere können allein oder in Form von Mischungen aus zwei oder mehreren davon verwendet werden.
- Spezielle Beispiele der Monomerkonstruktion und der Polymerisationsreihenfolge im Fluoralkylpolymer der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die folgenden:

- Im Fluoracrylpolymer der vorliegenden Erfindung darf der Tg des gesamten Polymeren im Falle eines statistischen Copolymeren nicht höher als 70 ºC sein und im Falle eines durch das Zweistufen-Polymerisationsverfahren gebildeten Polymeren darf der Tg des in der Polymerisation der ersten oder zweiten Stufe erhaltenen Polymeren nicht höher als 70 ºC sein, um die Gleitwirkung, d. h. den Effekt der Erhöhung der Fließfähigkeit und des Trennvermögens, mit höchster Effizienz zu zeigen. Im Falle eines durch das Dreistufen-Polymerisationsverfahren erhaltenen Polymeren darf der Tg des in der Polymerisation der zweiten Stufe erhaltenen Polymeren nicht höher als 70 ºC sein. Um ein Polymer solch geringen Tg's zu erhalten, wird bevorzugterweise ein Monomer, wie z. B. ein Acrylsäureester wie Butylacrylat, Ethylacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylacrylat oder Benzylacrylat, oder ein Methacrylsäureester wie Butylmethacrylat, Ethylmethacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylmethacrylat oder Benzylmethacrylat, in Kombination mit einem oben erwähnten Fluoracrylmonomer verwendet, oder ein Fluoracrylmonomer wird allein verwendet.
- Die reduzierte Viskosität jedes in den Polymerisationen der jeweiligen Stufen erhaltenen Polymeren ist bevorzugterweise so niedrig wie es zulässig ist. Wenn der Tg höher als 70 ºC und die reduzierte Viskosität nicht unter 2 ist, so wird die Viskosität des Harzes während des Spritzgießens erhöht, die Fließfähigkeit und das Trennvermögen wird schlecht, und die Gleitwirkung ist vermindert. Die Menge des das Polymer durch die Zweistufen-Polymerisation aufbauenden Monomeren oder des Polymeren der zweiten Stufe der Dreistufen-Polymerisation, welches einen niedrigen Tg und eine niedrige reduzierte Viskosität hat, ist bevorzugterweise mindestens 20 Gewichtsteile pro 100 Gewichtstelle des gesamten Polymeren. Ist die Menge geringer als dieser Wert, so sind, wie bei hoher reduzierter Viskosität, während das erhaltene Fluoracrylpolymeren geformt wird, die Fließfähigkeit und das Trennvermögen schlecht, und die Gleitwirkung ist vermindert.
- Als Polymerisationsverfahren zur Herstellung des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegende Erfindung können beispielsweise Emulsionspolymerisation, Suspensionspolymerisation und Masse-Polymerisation angewendet werden, jedoch wird bevorzugterweise eine Emulsionspolymerisation gewählt. Um ein Fluoracrylpolymer mit Zwei- oder Dreischichtstruktur durch Emulsionspolymerisation zu bilden, wird bevorzugterweise die Polymerisation der zweiten oder dritten Stufe ohne Zusatz frischen Emulgators vorangetrieben, und die Bildung eines Homopolymeren der Monomerkomponente für die zweite oder dritte Stufe wird reguliert.
- Jeder bekannte Emulgator kann verwendet werden, z. B. können gewöhnliche anionische, kationische und nicht-ionische oberflächenaktive Agentien verwendet werden, und überdies kann ein Emulgator vom Fluortyp verwendet werden. Ein bestimmter Emulgator macht den pH-Wert der Polymerisationsmischung alkalisch, und in diesem Fall kann ein geeignetes pH-einstellendes Mittel zugesetzt werden, um eine Hydrolyse des Acrylsäureesters zu verhindern. Als pH-einstellendes Mittel können Borsäure/Kaliumchlorid/Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumdihydrogenphosphat/Dinatriumhydrogenphosphat, Borsäure/Kaliumchlorid/Natriumcarbonat, Borsäure/Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumhydrogencitrat/Zitronensäure, Kaliumdihydrogenphosphat/Borax und Dinatriumhydrogenphosphat/Zitronensäure verwendet werden. Wasser- oder öllösliche Polymerisationsstarter können allein verwendet werden oder es können Polymerisationsstarter vom Oxidations-Reduktions-Typ verwendet werden. Z. B. kann ein gewöhnlicher, wasserlöslicher, anorganischer Polymerisationsstarter, wie ein Persulfat, allein verwendet werden, oder er kann als Redoxstarter in Verbindung mit einem Sulfit, einem Hydrogensulfit oder einem Thiosulfat verwendet werden. Außerdem kann ein organischer Redoxstarter, wie organisches Hydroperoxid/Natriumformaldehydsulfoxylat oder eine Azoverbindung verwendet werden.
- Durch Einbringung von 0,01 bis 20 Gewichtsteilen des oben erwähnten Fluoracrylpolymeren in 100 Gewichtsteile eines thermoplastischen Harzes, wie ein Vinylchloridharz, ein Polycarbonatharz, ein Polyesterharz, ein ABS-Harz, ein Styrolharz, ein MSB- Harz, ein Methacrylharz, ein Polyethylenharz oder ein Polyphenylenetherharz, kann eine Harzzusammensetzung mit guter Gleitwirkung, d. h. guter Fließfähigkeit und gutem Trennverhalten im Formungsschritt, erhalten werden, welche Formstücke guter Fleckenbeständigkeit, Wasserabweisefähigkeit und Ölabweisefähigkeit ergibt. Wenn die Menge des eingebrachten Fluoracrylpolymeren 20 Gewichtsteile überschreitet, so ist die Gleitwirkung zu hoch, und Form und Glanz des Formstücks werden schlecht. Wenn die Menge des eingebrachten Fluoracrylpolymeren kleiner als 0,01 Gewichtsteile ist, so tritt, da die Fließfähigkeit und das Trennverhalten während des Formungsschritts schlecht werden, eine auffällige Hitzeentwicklung auf, die eine Farbverblassung im Formstück verursacht.
- Die Zugabe des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegenden Erfindung zum thermoplastischen Harz wird über gebräuchliche Mischverfahren bewerkstelligt.
- Ein Stabilisator, wie eine Organozinnverbindung, eine Blei, Barium oder Zink enthaltende Metallseife oder eine Epoxyverbindung, ein Gleitmittel, wie Stearinsäureesterwachs, Paraffinwachs oder Stearylalkohol, ein Plastifizierer, wie ein Phthalsäureester, ein Phosphorsäureester, ein Fettsäureester oder ein Epoxyplastifizierer, ein Färbemittel, wie Ruß oder Titanoxid, ein anorganisches Schäumungsmittel, wie Ammoniumcarbonat oder Natriumbicarbonat, oder ein organisches Schäumungsmittel mittel, wie ein Schäumungsmittel vom Nitro-Typ, ein Schäumungsmittel vom Sulfohydrazid-Typ, ein Schäumungsmittel vom Azo-Typ und andere organische Schäumungsmittel, können der Harzzusammensetzung je nach Bedarf zugesetzt werden.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nun im Detail durch die folgenden Beispiele und Vergleichsbeispiele beschrieben werden. In den Beispielen und Vergleichsbeispielen sind alle "Teile" Gewichtsteile.
- Die reduzierte Viskosität ηSp/C jedes Polymeren ist diejenige, welche man beobachtet, wenn die Monomerkonstituenten polymerisiert werden, und der ηSp/C-Wert wird über die Durchführung der Polymerisation unter Verwendung vorbestimmten Emulgators, Polymerisationsstarters und Polymerisationstemperatur bestimmt, wohingegen das Kettenübertragungsmittel variiert wird.
- Die zur Bestimmung und Ermittlung der Charakteristika in den Beispielen und Vergleichsbeispielen angewandten Methoden sind unten beschrieben.
- Eine Düse mit einem Gesamtdurchmesser von 1 mm wurde bei 200 ºC mit 5 g der Probe unter Verwendung eines Schmelzindex-Meßgeräts befüllt, und die unter einem Druck von 5 kg während 10 Minuten herausgepreßte Menge wurde gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachfolgend aufgeführten Tabelle 4 gezeigt. Eine größere Extrusionsmenge bedeutet eine höhere Gleiteigenschaft.
- Drei Teile eines in einem der nachfolgend aufgeführten Beispiele 1 mit 35 und Vergleichsbeispiele 1 mit 12 erhaltenen Polymeren wurde unter Verwendung eines Henschel-Mischers mit 100 Teilen Polyvinylchloridharz (eines mittleren Polymerisationsgrades von 700), 1,5 Teilen Butylzinnmercaptid, 1,0 Teilen Hilfsmittel vom Epoxy-Typ und 0,5 Teilen Dibutylzinnmaleat gemischt, wodurch die Vinychloridharzzusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung (Beispiele 1 mit 35) und der Vergleichsbeispiele 2 mit 12 erhalten wurden.
- Die folgenden Charakteristika einer jeden dieser Zusammensetzungen wurden unter den unten beschriebenen Bedingungen ermittelt.
- Unter Verwendung von 6-Inch-Walzen wurden 100 g einer Probe bei einer Knettemperatur von 205 ºC x 200 ºC und einem Walzenabstand von 1 mm geknetet, und die vom der geformten Tafel benötigte Zeit, an der Walzenoberfläche anzukleben und sich nicht von der Walzenoberfläche abzuschälen, wurde gemessen. Je länger diese Zeit ist, umso größer ist die Gleitbeständigkeit bei einer hohen Temperatur.
- Unter Verwendung eines Einschneckenextruders mit einem Schneckendurchmesser von 25 mm wurde die Probe unter den unten beschriebenen Bedingungen extrudiert und die in 3 Minuten herausgepreßte Menge gemessen. Je größer die Extrusionsmenge oder je höher der Extrusionsdruck ist, umso besser ist die Fließfähigkeit und umso höher ist die Gleiteigenschaft.

- Unter Verwendung von 6-Inch-Walzen wurden 100 g der Probe bei einer Knettemperatur von 180 ºC und einem Walzenabstand von 3 mm geknetet, und die erhaltene Tafel wurde bei einer Preßtemperatur von 180 ºC während 7 Minuten gepreßt, um eine Tafel mit 5 mm Dicke und gutem Oberflächenzustand zu erhalten. Der Kontaktwinkel wurde bei einer Temperatur von 22 ºC bei einer konstanten Tropfrate (Geschwindigkeit) unter Verwendung von Wasser und einem Öl (Olivenöl) als Flüssigkeit durch ein automatisches Kontaktwinkelmeßgerät gemessen. Ein größerer Kontaktwinkel θ zeigt eine bessere Fleckenbeständigkeit an.
- Die Abkürzungen in den nachfolgend aufgeführten Tabellen 1 mit 3 und 5 haben die folgenden Bedeutungen:

- Ein mit einem Rührer und einem Rückflußkühler ausgestattetes Reaktionsgefäß wurde mit 280 Teilen entionisiertem Wasser, 1,5 Teilen Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat, 4,0 Teilen Cumolhydroperoxid, 50 Teilen Methylmethacrylat, 30 Teilen Butylacrylat, 20 Teilen 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylmethacrylat (17FM) und 0,5 Teilen n-Octylmercaptan beladen. Die Innenatmosphäre des Reaktionsgefässes wurde durch Stickstoff ausgetauscht, 4,0 Teile Natriumformaldehydsulfoxylat wurden unter Rühren zugesetzt und die Temperatur im Reaktionsgefäß wurde auf 70 ºC erhöht. Das Heizen wurde, um die Polymerisation zu vervollständigen, unter Rühren 5 Stunden lang fortgeführt, das erhaltene Polymerlatex gekühlt und Aluminiumchlorid zum Aussalzen zugesetzt, gefolgt von Filtration, Waschen und Trocknen, wodurch ein pulverförmiges Polymer erhalten wurde. Die Charakteristika der dieses Polymer enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzung sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt.
- Unter Verwendung des gleichen Reaktionsgefässes, der in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, wurden Polymere mit einer Monomerzusammensetzung wie sie in Tabelle 1 gezeigt ist hergestellt, und das Aussalzen, Filtrieren, Waschen und Trocknen wurde in gleicher Weise ausgeführt, wie es in Beispiel 1 beschrieben ist, um die in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten pulverförmigen Polymere zu erhalten. Die Charakteristika der diese Polymere enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt.
- Die Charakteristika einer durch Zusatz von Stabilisator und dergleichen zu dem Vinylchloridharz, ohne Zusatz des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegenden Erfindung, erhaltenen Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzung (Blindprobe) sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt.
- Polymere mit in Tabelle 1 gezeigten Monomerzusammensetzungen wurden im gleichen Reaktionsgefäß, wie er in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, hergestellt, und das Aussalzen, Filtrieren, Waschen und Trocknen wurde dann in gleicher Weise ausgeführt, wie es in Beispiel 1 beschrieben ist, um verschiedene in Tabelle 1 aufgeführte pulverförmige Polymere zu erhalten. Die Charakteristika der diese Polymere enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen sind in Tabelle 1 gezeigt. - Das gleiche Reaktionsgefäß wie er in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, wurde mit 280 Teilen entionisiertem Wasser, 1,5 Teilen Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat, 4,0 Teilen Cumolhydroperoxid und 50 Teilen Methylmethacrylat beladen und die Innenatmosphäre des Reaktionsgefässes wurde durch Stickstoff ausgetauscht, und 4,0 Teile Natriumformaldehydsulfoxylat wurden unter Rühren zugesetzt. Die Innentemperatur des Reaktionsgefässes wurde auf 70 ºC erhöht, und das Heizen wurde, um die Polymerisation der ersten Stufe zu vervollständigen, unter Rühren 3 Stunden lang fortgeführt. Danach wurde in Gegenwart des erhaltenen Polymeren eine Mischung, bestehend aus 10 Teilen Methylmethacrylat, 40 Teilen 17FM und 0,8 Teilen n-Octylmercaptan, als Monomerkomponente der zweiten Stufe über einen Zeitraum von 3 Stunden zugetropft, und die Polymerisation wurde über einen Zeitraum von 3 Stunden fortgeführt, um ein Polymer der zweiten Stufe zu erhalten. Dann wurden Aussalzen, Filtrieren, Waschen und Trocknen in gleicher Weise wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben ausgeführt, um ein pulverförmiges Polymer zu erhalten. Die Charakteristika der dieses Polymer enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzung sind in Tabelle 2 gezeigt.
- Polymere mit in Tabelle 2 gezeigten Monomerzusammensetzungen wurden unter den gleichen wie in Beispiel 9 beschriebenen Bedingungen im gleichen Reaktionsgefäß, wie es in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, hergestellt. Die Charakteristika der diese Polymere enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen sind in Tabelle 2 gezeigt. - Das gleiche Reaktionsgefäß, wie es in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, wurde mit 280 Teilen entionisiertem Wasser, 1,5 Teilen Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat, 4,0 Teilen Cumolhydroperoxid, 10 Teilen Methylmethacrylat und 20 Teilen 2,2,2-Trifluorethylmethacrylat (3FM) beladen und die Innenatmosphäre des Reaktionsgefässes durch Stickstoff ausgetauscht und 4,0 Teile Natriumformaldehydsulfoxylat wurden unter Rühren zugesetzt und dann wurde die Innentemperatur des Reaktionsgefässes auf 70 ºC erhöht und mit dem Heizen wurde, um die Polymerisation der ersten Stufe zu vervollständigen, unter Rühren für 3 Stunden fortgefahren. Danach wurde in Gegenwart des erhaltenen Polymeren eine Mischung, bestehend aus 30 Teilen Styrol, 20 Teilen Butylacrylat und 1,0 Teilen n- Octylmercaptan, als Monomerkomponente der zweiten Stufe über einen Zeitraum von 3 Stunden zugetropft, und unter Rühren wurde das Heizen 2 Stunden lang fortgeführt, um ein Polymer der zweiten Stufe zu erhalten. Dann wurden in Gegenwart der erhaltenen Polymere der ersten und zweiten Stufe 20 Teile Methylmethacrylat als Monomerkomponente der dritten Stufe über einen Zeitraum von 2 Stunden zugetropft, und die Mischung wurde weiterhin unter Rühren 3 Stunden lang erhitzt, um die Polymerisation der dritten Stufe zu vervollständigen und ein Drei-Stufen-Polymer zu erhalten. Dann wurden Aussalzen, Filtrieren, Waschen und Trocknen in gleicher Weise wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben ausgeführt, um ein pulverförmiges Polymer zu erhalten. Die Charakteristika der dieses Polymer enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzung sind in Tabelle 3 gezeigt.
- Drei-Stufen-Polymere mit in Tabelle 3 gezeigten Monomerzusammensetzungen wurden unter den gleichen wie in Beispiel 21 beschriebenen Bedingungen im gleichen Reaktionsgefäß, wie es in Beispiel 1 verwendet wurde, hergestellt. Die Charakteristika der diese Polymere enthaltenden Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen sind in Tabelle 3 gezeigt. - Die Fließfähigkeitseigenschaften (Schmelzindex MI) der in den vorangegangenen Beispielen und Vergleichsbeispielen erhaltenen Fluoracrylpolymere sind in Tabelle 4 gezeigt. - Vinylchloridharzzusammensetzungen wurden unter Verwendung des in Beispiel 22 erhaltenen Fluoracrylpolymeren (Drei-Stufen-Polymer) auf die gleiche Weise, wie in Beispiel 1 mit 35 beschrieben, hergestellt, und Fleckenbeständigkeit, Klebrigkeit und Fließfähigkeit wurden für jede der erhaltenen Harzzusammensetzungen bestimmt. Man beachte, daß die zugesetzte Menge an Fluoracrylpolymer wie in Tabelle 5 angegeben verändert wurde. Diese Ergebnisse, wie auch die in Beispiel 22 erhaltenen Ergebnisse, sind in Tabelle 5 gezeigt. - Unter Verwendung eines Henschel-Mischers wurden 100 Teile eines in Tabelle 6 gezeigten thermoplastischen Harzes mit 3 Teilen des in Beispiel 22 erhaltenen Polymeren gemischt oder nicht gemischt. Jede Harzzusammensetzung wurde unter Verwendung eines Einschneckenextruders mit einem Schneckendurchmesser von 25 mm bei einer unten angegebenen Extrusionstemperatur extrudiert, und die Extrusionsmenge (g/10 min) wurde gemessen und die Fließfähigkeit getestet. Weiterhin wurde der Druck (kg cm) bei der Extrusion gemessen. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 6 gezeigt. Eine größere Extrusionsmenge oder ein höherer Extrusionsdruck zeigen eine höhere Gleiteigenschaft an.
- (1) ABS-Harz (Diapet ABS #3001, bereitgestellt von Mitsubishi Rayon) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 180 ºC, C&sub2; = 200 ºC, C&sub3; = 200 ºC, Kopf = 200 ºC, Düse = 200 ºC
- (2) Styrol-Harz (Styrol NF-20, bereitgestellt von Idemitsu Sekiyu Kagaku) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 160 ºC, C&sub2; = 180 ºC, C&sub3; = 200 ºC, Kopf = 200 ºC, Düse = 210 ºC
- (3) Polycarbonat-Harz (Novalex 7022, bereitgestellt von Mitsubishi Kasei Kogyo) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 230 ºC, C&sub2; = 260 ºC, C&sub3; = 270 ºC, Kopf = 270 ºC, Düse = 280 ºC
- (4) Polyethylen-Harz (Hizex 7000F, bereitgestellt von Mitsui Sekiyu Kagaku) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 150 ºC, C&sub2; = 165 ºC, C&sub3; = 175 ºC, Kopf = 175ºC, Düse = 175ºC
- (5) Polyester-Harz (Dianite PA-200, bereitgestellt von Mitsubishi Rayon) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 280 ºC, C&sub2; = 280 ºC, C&sub3; = 280 ºC, Kopf = 260 ºC, Düse = 260 ºC
- (6) Vinylchlorid-Harz (Hishinichi PVC, mittlerer Polymerisationsgrad 700) Extrusionstemperaturen: C&sub1; = 160 ºC, C&sub2; = 170 ºC, C&sub3; = 180 ºC, Kopf = 175 ºC, Düse = 180ºC

- Wie aus der vorhergehenden Beschreibung hervorgeht sind Formungs-Harzzusammensetzungen, gebildet durch die Eintragung des Fluoracrylpolymeren der vorliegenden Erfindung in verschiedene thermoplastische Harze, den von diesem Polymer freien, herkömmlichen thermoplastischen Harzen bezüglicher des Trennvermögens überlegen, und die Fließfähigkeit im Formungsschritt, die Fleckenbeständigkeit (Wasserabweisefähigkeit und Ölabweisefähigkeit) und der Glanz der resultierenden geformten Artikel ist sehr gut und die Produktivität ist verbessert.
Claims (19)
1. Fluoracrylpolymer mit Gleitwirkung, umfassend mindestens eine Art,
gewählt aus Einheiten, welche aus Fluoralkylacrylat abgeleitet sind, und
Einheiten, welche aus Fluoralkylmethacrylat abgeleitet sind, als ein Teil oder
sämtliche der Struktureinheiten, und welches eine reduzierte Viskosität ηSp/C
von 0,4 bis 2 aufweist, gemessen bei 25ºC mittels einer Lösung von 0,1 g des
Polymeren in 100 ml Chloroform.
2. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Fluoralkylacrylat oder
-methacrylat aus Monomeren gewählt ist, welche durch die
Basisstrukturformel (I) angegeben sind
CH&sub2;= - -O(CH&sub2;)m (CF&sub2;)nX (I)
worin m 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist, n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 ist,
X F oder H ist, und Z H oder CH&sub3; ist.
3. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fluoralkylmethacrylat
aus 2,2-Difluorethylmethacrylat (2FM), 2,2,2-Trifluorethylmethacrylat (3FM),
2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylmethacrylat (4FM),
2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylmethacrylat (5FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluorbutylmethacrylat (6FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-
Octafluorpentylmethacrylat (8FM),
1,1-Ditrifluormethyl-2,2,2-trifluorethylmethacrylat (9FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluorheptylmethacrylat
(12FM), 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylmethylmethacrylat (13FM)
und 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylmethacrylat
(17FM) gewählt ist.
4. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Fluoralkylacrylat aus
2,2-Difluorethylacrylat (2FA), 2,2,2-Trifluorethylacrylat (3FA),
2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylacrylat (4FA), 2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylacrylat (5FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4-
Hexafluorbutylacrylat (6FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-Octafluorpentylacrylat (8FA),
1,1-Ditrifluormethyl-2,2,2-trifluorethylacrylat (9FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-
Dodecafluorheptylacrylat (12F),
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylmethylacrylat
(13FA) und
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylacrylat (17FA) gewählt ist.
5. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 1, wobei die reduzierte Viskosität
ηSp/C nicht höher als 1,8 ist.
6. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 1, wobei die reduzierte Viskosität in
Abhängigkeit eines Kettenübertragungsmittels, Katalysators und der bei der
Polymerisation gewählten Polymerisationstemperatur eingestellt worden ist.
7. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eine Art von
Fluoralkylacrylateinheiten und Fluoralkylmethacrylateinheiten in einer
Menge von mindestens 5,0 Gew.-%, als Struktureinheiten, enthalten ist.
8. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 1, wobei copolmyerisierte
Comonomereinheiten enthalten sind.
9. Fluoracrylpolymer nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Comonomer aus
Methacrylaten, wie Methylmethacrylat, Ethylmethacrylat, Propylmethacrylat,
Butylmethacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylmethacrylat und Benzylmethacrylat, Acrylaten,
wie Ethylacrylat, Propylacrylat, Butylacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylacrylat und
Benzylacrylat, und Acrylamid, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Styrol,
Alkyl-substituiertem Styrol, Halogenstyrol, Acrylnitril und Methacrylnitril gewählt ist.
10. Thermoplastische Harzusammensetzung mit ausgezeichneter
Gleiteigenschaft, umfassend 100 Gew.-Teile eines thermoplastischen Harzes, und
0,01 bis 20 Gew.-Teile eines Fluoracrylpolymeren mit Gleitwirkung, umfassend
mindestens eine Art, gewählt aus Einheiten, welche aus Fluoralkylacrylat
abgeleitet sind, und Einheiten, welche aus Fluoralkylmethacrylat abgeleitet sind,
als ein Teil oder sämtliche der Struktureinheiten, und welches eine reduzierte
Viskosität ηSp/C von 0,4 bis 2 aufweist, gemessen bei 25ºC mittels einer
Lösung von 0,1 g des Polymeren in 100 ml Chloroform.
11. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, wobei das
thermoplastische Harz aus Vinylchloridharzen, Polycarbonatharzen,
Polyesterharzen,
ABS-Harzen, Styrolharzen, MBS-Harzen, Methacrylharzen,
Polyethylenharzen und Polyphenylenetherharzen gewählt ist.
12. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das
Fluoralkylacrylat oder -methacrylat aus Monomeren gewählt ist, welche durch
die Basisstrukturformel (I) angegeben sind
CH&sub2;= - -O(CH&sub2;)m (CF&sub2;)nX (I)
worin m 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 ist, n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 ist,
X F oder H ist, und Z H oder CH&sub3; ist.
13. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12, wobei das
Fluoralkylmethacrylat aus 2,2-Difluorethylmethacrylat (2FM),
2,2,2-Trifluorethylmethacrylat (3FM), 2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylmethacrylat (4FM),
2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylmethacrylat (5FM),
2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluorbutylmethacrylat (6FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-Octafluorpentylmethacrylat (8FM),
1,1-Ditrifluormethyl-2,2,2-trifluorethylmethacrylat (9FM), 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-
Dodecafluorheptylmethacrylat (12FM),
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylmethylmethacrylat (13FM) und
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylmethacrylat (17FM)
gewählt ist.
14. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12, wobei das
Fluoralkylacrylat aus 2,2-Difluorethylacrylat (2FA), 2,2,2-Trifluorethylacrylat
(3FA), 2,2,3,3-Tetrafluorpropylacrylat (4FA),
2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluorpropylacrylat (5FA), 2,2,3,3,4,4-Hexafluorbutylacrylat (6FA),
2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-Octafluorpentylacrylat (8FA), 1,1-Ditrifluormethyl-2,2,2-trifluorethylacrylat (9FA),
2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluorheptylacrylat (12F),
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-Tridecafluoroctylmethylacrylat (13FA) und
3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluordecylacrylat (17FA)
gewählt ist.
15. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die
reduzierte Viskosität ηSp/C nicht höher als 1,8 ist.
16. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die
reduzierte Viskosität in Abhängigkeit eines Kettenübertragungsmittels,
Katalysators und der bei der Polymerisation gewählten Polymerisationstemperatur
eingestellt worden ist.
17. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei
mindestens eine Art von Fluoralkylacrylateinheiten und
Fluoralkylmethacrylat-einheiten in einer Menge von mindestens 5,0 Gew.-%, als
Struktureinheiten, enthalten ist.
18. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das
Fluoracrylpolymer copolymerisierte Comonomereinheiten enthält.
19. Thermoplastische Harzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 18, wobei das
Comonomer aus Methacrylaten, wie Methylmethacrylat, Ethylmethacrylat,
Propylmethacrylat, Butylmethacrylat, 2-Ethylhexylmethacrylat und
Benzylmethacrylat, Acrylaten, wie Ethylacrylat, Propylacrylat, Butylacrylat,
2-Ethylhexylacrylat und Benzylacrylat, und Acrylamid, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure,
Styrol, Alkyl-substituiertem Styrol, Halogenstyrol, Acrylnitril und
Methacrylnitril gewählt ist.
