Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue stabilisierte agrochemische Zusammensetzungen und die Herstellung und Verwendung derselben.
- Aus den Offenbarungen der Japanischen Patentanmeldungen 56408-1987, 45209-1988, 126810-1988 und 181205-1987 ist bekannt, daß ein gemischtes Mittel, das als Wirkstoffe eine Mischung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) mit einer Organophosphor-Verbindung als Insektizid für den Einsatz in Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau wirksam ist. Außerdem offenbaren die Japanischen Patentanmeldungen 99312-1987, 68507-1988 und 150205-1988, daß ein solches gemischtes Mittel nicht nur als insektizides Mittel, sondern auch als fungizides Mittel für den Einsatz in Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau wirksam ist.
- In diesen Japanischen Patentbeschreibungen wird festgestellt, daß ein solches gemischtes Mittel ausgezeichnete kooperative und synergistische Wirkungen gegenüber den einzelnen Aktivitäten der betreffenden Komponenten zu zeigen vermag.
- Die Anmelderin hat jedoch nunmehr gefunden, daß dann, wenn ein gemischtes Mittel durch Vermischen einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) mit einer Organophosphor-Verbindung hergestellt wird, das gemischte Mittel ziemlich unbeständig ist und praktisch nicht lange Zeit aufbewahrt werden kann, weil die beiden, in dem gemischten Mittel enthaltenen aktiven Verbindungen miteinander in Wechselwirkung treten, so daß eine Zersetzung jeder dieser Komponenten gefördert wird. So ist die Zersetzungsgeschwindigkeit jeder der in dem gemischten Mittel enthaltenen Komponenten weit höher als diejenige jeder Komponente, die in einem Einzelpräparat des Wirkstoffs enthalten ist.
- Infolgedessen ist es in hohem Maße erwünscht, eine wesentliche Verbesserung in bezug auf die Stabilität des gesmischten Mittels anzubieten.
- Demgemäß betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Stabilisierung einer agrochemischen Zusammensetzung, die als Wirkstoffe eine Kombination aus
- (A) einer heterocyclischen Verbindung, die durch die allgemeine Formel
- dargestellt wird, in der
- X S, CH&sub2; oder N-R² bezeichnet, worin R² ein Wasserstoff- Atom oder eine Alkylcarbonyl-Gruppe bedeutet;
- R¹ eine Pyridyl-Gruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch wenigstens einen aus der aus Halogen-Atomen und Alkyl- Gruppen bestehenden Klasse ausgewählten Substituenten substituiert ist, oder eine Thiazolyl-Gruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch wenigstens einen aus der aus Halogen-Atomen und Alkyl-Gruppen bestehenden Klasse ausgewählten Substituenten substituiert ist, bezeichnet;
- m 2 oder 3 ist;
- Y N oder CH bezeichnet; und
- Z NO&sub2; oder CN bezeichnet; und
- (B) einer Organophosphor-Verbindung enthält, durch die Verwendung einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis etwa 30 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen, die Polyoxyethylen- alkylether, Polyoxyethylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxypropylen- alkylether, Polyoxvpropylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxyethylen- Polyoxypropylen-Block-Polymere, Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycole und dergleichen umfassen.
- Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer stabilisierten agrochemischen Zusammensetzung, die als Wirkstoffe eine Kombination aus einer heterocyclischen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) und einer Organophosphor-Verbindung enthält und dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, daß die Zusammensetzung in der Weise stabilisiert wird, daß ihr eine oder mehrere Verbindungen zugesetzt werden, die Polyoxyethylen-alkylether, Polyoxyethylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen-Block- Polymere, Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycole und dergleichen umfassen.
- Es wurde gefunden, daß die erfindungsgemäßen agrochemischen Verbindungen auf verschiedenen Gebieten der Landwirtschaft und des Gartenbaus eingesetzt werden können.
- Überraschenderweise wurde gefunden, daß in den vorliegenden Zusammensetzungen, die als Wirkstoffe eine Kombination aus einer heterocyclischen Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) und einer Organophosphor-Verbindung enthalten, der Zusatz einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen, die Polyoxyethylen-alkylether, Polyoxyethylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylether, Polyoxypropylen- alkylarylether, Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen-Block-Polymere, Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycole und dergleichen umfassen, eine Stabilisierung der Wirkstoffe ohne jegliche nachteilige Einflüsse auf die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Formulierungen ergibt. Auf der Basis dieses Befunds wurde die Erfindung fertiggestellt.
- Demzufolge stellen die erfindungsgemäßen stabilisierten agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen eine hervorragende Arbeitstechnik in der industriellen Herstellung landwirtschaftlicher Chemikalien bereit und sind eines extrem herausragenden technischen Fortschritts des industriellen Nutzwertes würdig.
- In den erfindungsgemäßen stabilisierten agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung wird von heterocyclischen Verbindungen der Formel (I) Gebrauch gemacht. Beispiele für die heterocyclischen Verbindungen, die als Komponenten der vorliegenden Erfindung von Nutzen sind, sind:

- Die stabilisierten landwirtschaftlichen chemischen Zusammensetzungen enthalten Organophosphor-Verbindungen als einen der beiden Wirkstof fe. Der Begriff "Organophosphor-Verbindung bezeichnet Wirkstoffe, die im allgemeinen auf dem Gebiet des Pflanzenschutzes eingesetzt werden können. Diese Verbindungen sind vorzugsweise Tnsektizide, Fungizide und dergleichen. Beispiele für die aktiven "Organophosphor-Verbindungen" dieses Typs sind die folgenden:

- Als Stabilisatoren für die vorliegenden agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen erwähnt sei eine bestimmte Art von Verbindungen mit einer Polyethylenglycol-Kette, einer Polypropylenglycol-Kette oder einer copolymeren Ethylenglycol-Propylenglycol-Kette Beispiele für solche Verbindungen sind Polyoxyethylen-alkylether, Polyoxyethylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylarylether, Polyoxyethylen-polyoxypropylen- Block-Polymere, Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycole und dergleichen.
- Die Verbindungen mit einer Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycol- oder einer copolymeren Ethylenglycol-Propylenglycol- Kette, die als die erfindungsgemäßen Stabilisatoren eingesetzt werden, zeigen eine zufriedenstellende Stabilisierungswirkung auf die Kombination der in den vorliegenden agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen enthaltenen Wirkstoffe ohne nachteiligen Einfluß auf die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Formulierung.
- Die vorliegenden agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen können mit Hilfe eines Verfahrens hergestellt werden, bei dem die vermischten Wirkstoffe mit einer oder mehreren Verbindungen mit einer Polyethylenglycol- oder Polypropylenglycol-Kette oder einer copolymeren Ethylenglycol-Propylenglycol-Kette und auch mit festen Trägern und gegebenenfalls mit grenzflächenaktiven Mitteln in üblicher Weise, wie sie gewöhnlich in der Herstellung von Agrochemikalien angewandt wird, vermischt werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen können in verschiedenartige Formulierungen umgewandelt werden.
- Als feste Träger verwendbar sind Pulver und Granulate von Pflanzen und gemahlene Minerale wie Tone (z.B. Kaolin, Montmorillonit und Attapulgit), Talkum, Pyrophyllit, Glimmer, Calcit, Vermiculit, Dolomit, Apatit und Diatomeenerde; synthetische anorganische Stoffe, beispielsweise synthetisches Aluminiumoxid; synthetische Harze wie Phenol-Harze, Harnstoff-Harze, Polyvinylchloride und dergleichen.
- Als Tenside eingesetzt werden können anionische Tenside wie Alkylsulfate, beispielsweise Natriumlaurylsulfat, Arylsulfonate, beispielsweise Alkylarylsulfonate und Natriumalkylnaphthalinsulfonate; Polycarboxylat-Salze wie Natrium-Salze von Maleinsäure-Olefin-Copolymeren; nicht-ionische Tenside, beispielsweise Ester mehrwertiger Alkohole, z.B. aliphatische Ester von Glycerin, aliphatische Ester von Sorbitan und dergleichen.
- Es ist auch möglich, in den stabilisierten erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose und natürliche und synthetische Polymere, beispielsweise Gummi arabicum, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylacetat etc. zu verwenden.
- Es ist möglich, farbgebende Mittel, etwa anorganische Pigmente wie beispielsweise Eisenoxid, Titanoxid und Preußisch Blau und organische Farbstoffe wie Alizarin-Farbstoffe, Azo-Farbstoffe oder Metallphthalocyanin-Farbstoffe, sowie Spuren-Elemente wie Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Cobalt, Molybdän und Zink zu verwenden.
- Wie bereits oben erwähnt wurde, können die erfindungsgemäßen stabilisierten agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen in Formulierungen überführt werden, zu denen Pulver, benetzbare Pulver, Granulate und dergleichen zählen.
- Im allgemeinen enthalten die Formulierungen 0,05 bis 95 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 80 Gew.-% der aktiven Verbindung.
- Die Verbindungen mit einer Polyethylenglycol- oder Polypropylenglycol-Kette oder einer copolymeren Ethylenglycol-Propylenglycol-Kette können in dem Fall, in dem die Zusammensetzungen in Form gewöhnlicher Zubereitungen eingesetzt werden, zu den vorliegenden Zusammensetzungen in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, hinzugefügt werden. Beispielsweise beträgt im Fall von Pulver-Formulierungen die Menge 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%. Im Fall benetzbarer Pulver beträgt die Menge 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-%. Im Fall von Granulat beträgt die Menge 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%.
- In den erfindungsgemäßen stabilisierten agrochemischen Zusammensetzungen ist es möglich, gegebenenfalls andere bekannte Komponenten wie Fungizide, Bakterizide, Insektizide, Akarizide, Herbizide, vogelabweisende Mittel, Wachstumsregulatoren, Düngemittel und/oder Mittel zur Bodenverbesserung einzusetzen. Beispiele für andere Insektizide sind Carbamat-Verbindungen, Carboxylat-Verbindungen, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoff-Verbindungen und mikrobielle Insektizide.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand von Beispielen weiter erläutert. Es ist jedoch ausdrücklich darauf hinzuweisen, daß der Umfang der Erfindung nicht ausschließlich auf diese Beispiele beschränkt ist.
- Heterocyclische Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I): 1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino)imidazolidin ("Imidacloprid"). Organophosphor-Verbindungen: O-Ethyl-S,S-diphenylphosphorodithioat ("Edifenphos"); und O,O-Dimethyl-O-4-methylthio-m-tolylphosphorothioat ("Fenthion"). Gew.-Teile Beispiel 1 (Pulver) Imidacloprid Edifenphos Polyoxyethylennonylphenylether Amorphes Siliciumdioxidhydrat Ton Gew.-Teile Verqleichsbeispiel 1 (Pulver) Imidacloprid Edifenphos Amorphes Siliciumdioxidhydrat Ton Beispiel 2 (Pulver) Fenthion Polyoxyethylennonylphenylether Vergleichsbeispiel 2 (Pulver)
- In jedem Beispiel wurden diese Komponenten pulverisiert und miteinander vermischt, um die angestrebte Pulver-Formulierung herzustellen.
- Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Formulierungen wurden in Glas- Behälter gefüllt und in einem dunklen Raum bei einer Temperatur von 40 ºC über einen Zeitraum von 60 d aufbewahrt. Danach wurde eine Messung über die Zersetzungs-Rate der in den Formulierungen enthaltenen Wirkstoffe durchgeführt.
- Die Test-Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle I dargestellt. - In jedem Beispiel wurden diese Komponenten pulverisiert und miteinander vermischt, um die angestrebte Pulver-Formulierung herzustellen.
- Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Formulierungen benetzbarer Pulver wurden in Glas-Behälter gefüllt und in einem dunklen Raum bei einer Temperatur von 40 ºC über einen Zeitraum von 60 d aufbewahrt. Die Test-Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle 2 dargestellt. - In jedem dieser Beispiele wurden die Granulat-Formulierungen mittels eines Verfahrens hergestellt, bei dem die Komponenten miteinander vermischt und geknetet wurden, und das resultierende Gemisch wurde zur Bildung des Granulats extrudiert.
- Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Granulat-Formulierungen wurden in Glas-Behälter gefüllt und in einem dunklen Raum bei einer Temperatur von 40 ºC über einen Zeitraum von 60 d aufbewahrt. Danach wurde eine Messung über die Zersetzungs-Rate der in den Formulierungen enthaltenen Wirkstoffe durchgeführt. Die Test- Ergebnisse sind in der Tabelle 3 dargestellt. - Auch im Fall jeder der wirksamen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I), die nachstehend aufgeführt sind, wurde beobachtet, daß ein Gemisch der Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) mit einer wirksamen Organophosphor-Verbindung, die aus der aus Edifenphos, Fenthion, Chlorpyrifos-methyl, Prothiophos, Sulprofos, Disulfoton, Tetrachlorvinphos und Pyridaphenthion bestehenden Klasse ausgewählt ist, zu einer Zusammensetzung mit einer befriedigenden erf indungsgemäßen Stabilität formuliert werden kann.

- 1-(2-Fluor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
- 3-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen) thiazolidin,
- 3-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydro-2H-1,3- thiazin,
- 1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino)tetrahydropyrimidin,
- 1-(2-Chlor-5-thiazolylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino)imidazolidin,
- 1-Acetyl-3-(2-chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino)imidazolidin,
- 3-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino) thiazolidin,
- 1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitroimino)piperidin und
- 1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(cyanimino)imidazolidin.
Claims (6)
1. Verwendung von Stabilisator-Komponenten, die aus der
Polyoxyethylen-alkylether, Polyoxyethylen-alkylarylether,
Polyoxypropylen-alkylether, Polyoxypropylen-alkylarylether,
Polyoxyethylen-Polyoxypropylen-Block-Polymere,
Polyethylenglycole, Polypropylenglycole und dergleichen umfassenden
Gruppe ausgewählt sind, in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis
etwa 30 Gew.- zur Stabilisierung einer agrochemischen
Zusammensetzung, umfassend, als Wirkstoffe, eine
Kombination aus
(A) einer heterocyclischen Verbindung, die durch die
allgemeine Formel
dargestellt wird, in der
X S, CH&sub2; oder N-R² bezeichnet, worin R² ein
Wasserstoff-Atom oder eine Alkylcarbonyl-Gruppe
bedeutet;
R¹ eine Pyridyl-Gruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch
wenigstens einen aus der aus Halogen-Atomen und
Alkyl-Gruppen bestehenden Klasse ausgewählten
Substituenten substituiert ist, oder eine
Thiazolyl-Gruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch
wenigstens einen aus der aus Halogen-Atomen und
Alkyl-Gruppen bestehenden Klasse ausgewählten
Substituenten substituiert ist, bezeichnet;
m 2 oder 3 ist;
Y N oder CH bezeichnet; und
Z NO&sub2; oder CN bezeichnet; und
(B) einer Organophosphor-Verbindung.
2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, worin die
Heterocyclus-Verbindung der Formel I aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die die
folgenden Verbindungen umfaßt
1-(3-Pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2-Methyl-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(2-Methyl-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2-Methoxy-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(2-Methoxy-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(2-Chlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2-Fluor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(2-Fluor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2-Brom-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(2-Brom-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(5-Chlor-2-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,
1-(5-Chlor-2-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2,4-Dichlor-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)tetrahydropyrimidin,
1-(2,4-Dibrom-5-pyridylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylen)imidazolidin,

O,O-Dimethyl-O-4-nitro-m-tolylphosphorothioat
("Fenitrothion"),
O,O-Dimethyl-O-3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridylphosphorothioat
("Chlorpyrifos-methyl"),
S-1,2-Bis(ethoxycarbonyl)ethyl-O,O-dimethylphosphorodithioat ("Malathon"),

4. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, worin die aktiven Verbindungen
(A) und (B) in einer Menge von etwa 0,05 bis etwa 95 Gew.-%
vorliegen.
5. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, worin die aktiven Verbindungen
(A) und (B) in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis 80 Gew.-%
vorliegen.
6. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, worin der Stabilisator (C) in
einer Menge von etwa 0,5 bis etwa 15 Gew.-% vorliegt.
