Description
- Diese Erfindung betrifft cyclische Harnstoff-Derivate und Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser.
- JF-A-56151720 offenbart wärmehärtbare Harzzusammensetzungen, umfassend ein cyclisches Harz der Formel (P)
- worin n 2 oder mehr ist, d.h., worin der heterocyclische Ring zumindest ein 7gliedriger Ring ist.
- In Chilly et al., J. Org. Chem. 29 (11) :3347-501 (1964) wird die Verbindung der Formel (P) offenbart, worin n 1 und R Ethyl ist. Diese Verbindung wird durch ein kompliziertes Verfahren erhalten.
- Verbindungen mit einem 5- bis 7gliedrigen Ring, wie sie durch die Formel (P) gezeigt sind, aber die keinen Sauerstoff haben, der direkt mit einer Carbonyl-Gruppe verbunden ist, werden von Ulrich et al., J. Org. Chem. 43 (8) (1978) offenbart. Es wird berichtet, daß die Verbindungen, die einen 5- oder 6gliedrigen Ring enthalten, bei einer thermischen Zersetzung keine Ringöffnung eingehen, was ein spezifisches Merkmal einer cyclischen Harnstoff-Struktur ist.
- EP-A-0 240 370 offenbart cyclische Hamstoffe, die denen der Formel (P) analog sind, aber die kein O-Atom zwischen CO und R haben. Diese cyclischen Hamstoffe werden als blockierte Isocyanate in einkomponentigen Polyurethan-Systemen vorgeschlagen. Es wird erwähnt, daß diese durch thermische Dissoziation eine Ringöffnung eingehen können, unter Erhalt eines Isocyanates und eines Amides.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Harnstoff-Derivate haben die Formel (A)
- worin m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 15 ist;
- X -O-, -S- oder -NR&sub1;- ist (R&sub1; ist Wasserstoff oder eine Alkyl-Gruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen); und
- worin R eine Glycidyl-, Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl-, Aralkyl- oder Alkaryl-Gruppe mit bis zu 27 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine solche Gruppe ist, die ebenfalls zumindest eine -CO-, -O-, -S- oder -N-Bindung enthält und ein Molekulargewicht von 15 bis 500 hat, und worin jede Gruppe wahlweise durch Halogenatome, durch Glycidyl-, Hydroxyl-, Nitro-, Cyano-, Formyl- oder Amino-Gruppen oder durch Polyester-, Polyether-, Polyurethan- oder Polyamid-Gruppen mit einem Molekulargewicht von 500 bis 100 000 substituiert ist;
- mit den Vorbehalten, daß dann, wenn m 1 und X -O- ist, R nicht C&sub1;&submin;&sub2;-Alkyl ist, und daß dann, wenn R Glycidyl ist, m 1 ist.
- Ein Verfahren zur Synthese der erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Harnstoff-Derivate, wenn X -O- ist, umfaßt die Reaktion von Propylenharnstoff mit einer Verbindung der Formel Y-COOR (Formel C), worin Y ein Halogenatom oder OR ist (wobei die Gruppen R gleich oder verschieden sind). Die durch die Formel (C) gezeigten Verbindungen sind im allgemeinen Verbindungen, die durch Reaktion von Phosgen mit ROH erhalten werden. Die Verbindungen (C) umfassen Methylchlorformiat, n- Propylchlorformiat, Isopropylchlorformiat, Ethoxyethylchlorformiat, sek-Butylchlorformiat, Benzylchlorformiat, 2-Ethylhexylchlorformiat, Methoxyethylchlorformiat, Tetradodecylchlorformiat, Hexadecylchlorformiat und Phenylchlorformiat.
- Die Reaktion wird bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 200ºC, vorzugsweise 50 bis 150ºC, in der Gegenwart eines geeigneten Lösungsmittels durchgeführt. Bei der Reaktion können basische Katalysatoren wie Triethylamin, 1,4-Diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octan, 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undecen-7, Pyridin, Natriummethoxid, Natriumethoxid, t-Butoxykalium und Hexamethylphosphortriamid verwendet werden, falls erforderlich, oder auch nicht. Das geeignete Lösungsmittel ist ein Lösungsmittel ohne aktiven Wasserstoff. Es kann aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die z.B. aus Kohlenwasserstoffen, halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, Ethern und Estern besteht. Bevorzugt sind aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Pentan, Hexan und Heptan), aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol), alicyclische Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Cyclohexan, Methylcyclohexan und Decalin), Petrolkohlenwasserstoffe (wie Petrolether und Petrolbenzin), halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (wie Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chloroform und 1,2-Dichlorethan), Ether (wie Ethylether, Isopropylether, Anisol, Dioxan und Tetrahydrofuran), Ketone (wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Cyclohexanon, Acetophenon und Isophoron), Ester (wie Ethylacetat und Butylacetat), Acetonitril, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid und dgl. Diese Verbindungen können alleine oder in Kombination verwendet werden. In der Reaktion kann ein Polymerisations-Inhibitor nach Erfordernis zugegeben werden, aber dies ist nicht essentiell.
- Ein cyclisches Harnstoff-Derivat, bei dem X -NH- ist, wird entsprechend dieser Erfindung durch eine Reaktion von Propylenharnstoff mit Isocyanat-Verbindungen, dargestellt durch die folgende Formel (E), erhalten:

- worin R und m gleich sind wie in Formel (A).
- Die hier verwendeten Isocyanat-Verbindungen umfassen aliphatische Verbindungen wie Trimethylenmonisocyanat, Tetramethylendiisocyanat, Pentamethylenmonoisocyanat, Hexamethylendiisocyanat, 1,2-Propylendiisocyanat, 1,2- Butylenmonoisocyanat, 2,3-Butylendiisocyanat, 1,3- Butylenmonoisocyanat, Ethylidindiisocyanat und Butylidinmonoisocyanat; Cycloalkylen-Verbindungen wie 1,3- Cyclopentandiisocyanat, 1,4-Cyclohexanmonoisocyanat und 1,2- Cyclohexandiisocyanat; aromatische Verbindungen wie m- Phenylendiisocyanat, 1,5-Naphthalinmonoisocyanat, 4,4'- Diphenyldiisocyanat, 1,5-Naphthalinmonoisocyanat und 1,4- Naphthalindiisocyanat; aliphatisch-aromatische Verbindungen wie 4,4'-Diphenylenmethandiisocyanat, 2,4- oder 2,6- Toluolmonoisocyanat oder Mischungen davon, 4,4- Toluidindiisocyanat und 1,4-Xylylendiisocyanat; kernausgetauschte aromatische Verbindungen wie Dianisidindiisocyanat, 4,4'-Diphenylethermonoisocyanat und Chlordiphenylendiisocyanat; Triisocyanate wie Triphenylmethan-4,4'4"-triisocyanat, 1,3,5- Triisocyanatbenzol und 2,4,6-Triisocyanatotoluol; Tetraisocyanate wie 4,4'-Diphenyldimethylmethan-2,2',5,5'- tetraisocyanat; polymerisierte Polyisocyanate wie Toluidendiisocyanatdimer und -trimer.
- Die Reaktion wird im allgemeinen bei Temperaturen von 25 bis 200ºC, vorzugsweise 50 bis 100ºC in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel durchgeführt. Das geeignete Lösungsmittel umfaßt das oben erwähnte Lösungsmittel. Bei dieser Reaktion können Katalysatoren verwendet werden, z.B. Zinn-Verbindungen (Dibutylzinnlaurat, Dibutylzinnoxid, FASCAT 4102 (M & T CHEMICALS INC.), TK-1, 1L (TAKEDA)), Mischungskatalysatoren (Dibutylzinndijodid/Tetrphenylantimonjodid, Dimethylzinndijodid/Hexamethylphosphortriamid), saure Verbindungen (p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, Schwefelsäure, Salzsäure, Salpetersäure, Trifluorborethylat), basische Verbindungen (Triethylamin, 1,4-Diazabicyclo- [2,2,2]-octan, 1,8-Diazabicyclo-[5,4,0]-undecen-7, Pyridin, Natriummethoxid, Natriumethoxid, t-Butoxykaliumhexamethylphosphortriamid), Metalloxide oder Metalisalze (Manganacetat, Cobaltacetat, Calciumacetat, Lithiumacetat, Zinkacetat, Magnesiumacetat, Antimontrioxid, Bleidioxid, Ferrichlond, Aluminiumtriisopropoxid, -tetraisopropoxid).
- Das allgemeinste Verfahren zur Erzeugung der erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Harnstoff-Verbindungen besteht aus einer Reaktion aus Verbindungen, dargestellt durch die folgende Formel (F):
- worin Z Halogen, eine Alkoxy-, Aryloxy- oder Aralkyloxy- Gruppe mit 1 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; mit Verbindungen, dargestellt durch die folgende Formel (G):
- R-(X-H)m (G)
- worin R, m und X gleich sind wie in der Formel (A), unter Ersatz von Z durch R-X. Die durch die Formel (F) gezeigten Verbindungen konnen leicht durch eine Reaktion der cyclischen Harnstoff-Verbindungen (B) mit Phosgen selbst oder Verbindungen erhalten, die durch eine Reaktion von Phosgen mit ZOH erhalten werden. Zusätzlich werden die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Verbindungen (G) im allgemeinen in Form von Verbindungen verwendet, die aktiven Wasserstoff enthalten und ein Kohlenstoffatom aufweisen, das direkt mit Sauerstoff, Schwefel und Stickstoff verbunden ist. Derartige Verbindungen, die aktiven Wasserstoff enthalten, umfassen Alkohole [x=O] z.B.
- m=1, R: Methanol, Ethanol, Stearylalkohol, Benzylalkohol, Phenanthylalkohol, Phenol, Methylphenol, Bromphenol, Glycidylalkohol;
- m=2: Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Triethylenglykol, 1,3- Butandiol, 1,10-Decandiol, Pentaethylenglykol, 2,5- Furandimethanol, 1,2-Cyclohexandiol, Dicyclohexyl-4-4'-diol, 1,2-Benzoldimethanol, 2,2-Bisphenol;
- m > 3: Glycerin, Trimethylolpropan, 1,2,3-Pentantriol, Pentaerythritol, Dipentaerythritol, Neopentylglykol, Laktose, Xylose, Mannitol, Polyesterpolyol, Polyetherpolyol, Epoxyharze;
- Amine [X=N], z.B.: Methylamin, Ethylamin, Propylamin, Stearylamin, Benzylamin, Anilin, Dimethylamin, Methylethylamin, Diethylamin, Methylbenzylamin, Ethylendiamin, 1,2-Diaminopropan, 1,8-Diaminooctan, 1,2- Phenylendiamin, 2,4-Diaminotoluol, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-1,3- propandiamin, N,N-Bis(2-aminoethyl)-1,3-propandiamin, N,N'- Bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,3-propandiamin;

- Sternpolymer-Verbindungen, z.B. Stempolymere mit einem aktiven Wasserstoff an einem Ende davon, erhalten durch kationische Polymerisation von Pentol und Ethylenoxid;
- Polyesterpolyol-Verbindungen, z.B. Polyesterpolyol, erhalten durch Kondensationsreaktion von polybasischen Säuren (z.B. Phthalsäure, Isophthalsäure, Terephthalsäure, Tetrahydrophthalsäure, Tetrachlorophthalsäure, Tetrabromphthalsäure, Hexahydrophthalsäure, Hyminsäure, Kopfsäure, Succinsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Adipinsäure, Sebacinsäure, Dodecylsuccinsäure, Pyromellitsäure) oder Anhydride davon und polyvalente Alkohole (z.B. Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol, Glycerol, Trimethylolpropan, 1,3-Butandiol, 1,6-Hexandiol, Neopentylglykol, 1,2,6-Hexantriol), Polyesterpolyole, erhalten durch eine Reaktion der oben beschriebenen polyvalenten Alkohole, Epoxy-Verbindungen (z.B. Cardula E, n- Butylglycidylether, Allylglycidylether) und den polybasischen Säuren, Polyesterpolyole, erhalten durch eine Reaktion der oben beschriebenen Epoxy-Verbindungen und der oben beschriebenen polybasischen Säuren, Polyole vom Alkyd-Typ, erhalten durch eine Reaktion von höheren Fettsäuren (Sojabohnenöl, Leinsamenöl, Saffranöl, Kokosnußöl, dehydriertes Castoröl, Paulowniaöl, Colophonium), den oben beschriebenen polybasischen Säuren und den oben beschriebenen polyvalenten Alkoholen, polymerisierten Polyesterpolyolen, erhalten durch Ringöffnungspolymerisation von ε-Caprolactam, ε-Caprolacton, γ-Valerolacton, δ-Valerolacton und β- Methylvalerolacton, und den oben beschriebenen polyvalenten Alkoholen;
- Polyurethanpolyol-Verbindungen, z.B. Polyurethanpolyole, erhalten durch Additionsreaktion von z.B. Isocyanat- Verbindungen (z.B. Ethylendiisocyanat, Propylendiisocyanat, Tetramethylendiisocyanat, Hexamethylendiisocyanat, 1-Methyl- 2,4-diisocyanatcyclohexan, 1-Methyl-2,6- diisocyanatcyclohexan, ω,ω'-Diisocyanatdiethylbenzol, ω,ω'- Diisocyanatdimethylaminotoluol, ω,ω'- Diisocyanatdimethylxylol, ω,ω'-Diisocyanatdiethylxylol, Lysindiisocyanat, 4,4'-Methylenbis(cyclohexylisocyanat), 4,4'-Ethylenbis(cyclohexylisocyanat), ω,ω'-Diisocyanat-1,3- dimethylbenzol, ω,ω'-Diisocyanat-1,4-dimethylbenzol, Isophorondiisocyanat, 2,4-Toluidendiisocyanat, 2,6- Toluidendiisocyanat, 1,5-Naphthylendiisocyanat, 4,4- Methylenbis(phenylisocyanat), Triphenylmethantriisocyanat) oder Polymeren davon an eine überschüssige Menge von niedermolekularen Polyolen (z.B. Ethylenglykol, Propylenglykol, 1,3-Butylglykol, Neopentylglykol, 2,2,4- Trimethyl-1,3-pentandiol, Hexamethylenglykol, Cyclohexandimethanol, Trimethylolpropan, Hexantriol, Glycerin, Sorbitolsorbitan, Sucrose, Pentaerythritol), Polyurethanpolyole, erhalten durch Additionsreaktion von Polyol-Verbindungen mit verhältnismäßig niedrigen Molekulargewichten der Polyetherpolyole, Polyesterpolyole, polymerisierten Polyesterpolyole und Acrylpolyole an Isocyanat-Verbindungen wie Monoisocyanat, Diisocyanat und Triisocyanat;
- Polyamidamin-Verbindungen, z .B. Polyamidamin-Verbindungen, erhalten durch Additionsreaktion der oben beschriebenen Isocyanat-Verbindungen an Verbindungen wie Ethylendiamin, 1,2-Diaminopropan, 1,4-Diaminobutan, 1,2-Phenylendiamin und N-(2-Aminoethyl)-1,3-propandiamin.
- Diese Reaktion wird im allgemeinen bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 200ºC, vorzugsweise 50 bis 70ºC unter Verwendung der oben beschriebenen Lösungsmittel ohne aktiven Wasserstoff durchgeführt. Bei der Synthese können Katalysatoren je nach Erfordernis verwendet werden. Wenn X Sauerstoff ist, sind zinnhaltige Katalysatoren geeignet, während dann, wenn X -NR&sub1; ist, die Reaktion ohne Verwendung von Katalysatoren abläuft.
- Erfindungsgemäß können verschiedene Arten von cyclischen Harnstoff-Derivaten durch Variieren von R gebildet werden.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Harnstoff-Derivate bilden Verbindungen mit ein oder zwei Isocyanat-Gruppen beim Erwärmen, d.h. entweder
- O=C=N-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;-NH-CO-XR oder
- O=C=N-(CH&sub2;)&sub3;-N=C=O + HX-R.
- Da die Verbindungen mit Isocyanat-Gruppen im allgemeinen als Härtungsmittel verwendet werden, sind demzufolge die erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen Harnstoff-Derivate als Verbindungen nützlich, die Isocyanat-Härtungsmittel latent enthalten. Zusätzlich können die erfindungsgemäßen Derivate ebenfalls als Zwischenprodukte für eine Synthese von verschiedenen Arten anderer Verbindungen verwendet werden.
- Diese Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf bevorzugte Ausführungen detailliert beschrieben.
- Propylenharnstoff (730 g, 7,3 mol) Triethylamin (404 g, 4 mol) und Dichlorethan (1,5 l) wurden in einen Reaktionskessel gegeben und auf 82 bis 85ºC erwärmt. Dann wurde eine Lösung aus Benzylchloroformiat (604 g, 4,0 mol) in Dichlorethan (0,5 l) tropfenweise zu der erwärmten Mischung in etwa 1 h gegeben, mit anschließendem Fortsetzen der Erwärmung unter Rühren für eine weitere Stunde. Die resultierende Lösung wurde kondensiert. Rohe Kristalle wurden mit Wasser gewaschen und dann getrocknet. Phenoxypropylenharnstoff (438 g; 49,3 %) wurde durch Säulenchromatographie erhalten.
- NMR (1H): 7,40 bis 7,17 (m, 3,89 (t), 3135 (dt), 2,27 (tt).
- IR (cm&supmin;¹) : 3240, 1780, 1675.
- Schmelzpunkt: 149 bis 151ºC.
- Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (1,0 g; 4,5 mmol) und Ethanolamin (0,5 g; 8,2 mmol) wurden in Dioxan unter Erwärmen bei 50ºC aufgelöst. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 30 min lang gerührt. Das resultierende weiße Präzipitat wurde futriert und dann mit Ether gespült, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (790 mg; 96 %)
- NMR (1H): 7,27, 4,70 (t), 3,84 (t), 3,43 (t), 3,30 (t), 3,20 (t), 3,12 (dt), 1,78.
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3350, 1710, 1630.
- Schmelzpunkt: 151 bis 153ºC.
- Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (10 g; 45,5 mmol) und Triethylenglykol (3,4 g; 22,7 mmol) wurden in Dioxan (50 ml) unter Erwärmen aufgelöst. Die resultierende Mischung wurde 10 h gerührt, und die resultierende Lösung wurde konzentriert. Ein rohes Produkt wurde durch Säulenchromatographie aufbereitet, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (1,8 g; 15 %).
- NMR (1H): 5,99, 4,36 (t), 3,7 bis 3,6 (m), 3,30 (dt), 1,96 (tt)
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3300, 1760, 1700.
- Cp: 62976 (EH-Typ 25ºC).
- Schmelzpunkt: 225 bis 230ºC.
- Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (1 g; 4,5 mmol) und Benzylamin (1 g; 9,3 mmol) wurden in Dioxan (40 ml) unter Erwärmen auf 50ºC aufgelöst. Die resultierende Lösung wurde unter Rühren für 30 min erwärmt. Nach Bestätigung der Vollendung dieser Reaktion durch Dünnschichtchromatographie wurde das Reaktionsprodukt durch Kondensation erhalten. Die erhaltenen rohen Kristalle wurden mit Ether gewaschen, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (975 mg; 93 %).
- NMR (1H) : 9,54, 7,29 (m), 4,49 (d), 3,87 (t), 3,37 (dt), 1,94 (tt)
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3225, 1715, 1680.
- Schmelzpunkt: 159 bis 162ºC (farblose, nadelförmige Kristalle)
- Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (0,89 g; 4 mmol) und Hexamethylendiamin (0,24 g; 2 mmol) wurden in 20 ml Dioxan durch Erwärmen aufgelöst. Nach 1 h wurde die Vollendung dieser Reaktion durch Dünnschichtchromatographie bestätigt, und dann wurde das Reaktionsprodukt durch Kondensation erhalten. Das erhaltene Rohprodukt wurde mit Ether gewaschen, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (705 mg; 94%).
- NMR (1H): 9,23, 3,26 (m), 5,42, 1,92 (tt), 3,83 (t), 1,54 (m), 3,33 (dt), 1,35 (m).
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3300, 1700, 1630.
- Schmelzpunkt: 196 bis 198ºC (farblose prismatische Kristalle)
- Eine Mischung aus Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (1,0 g; 4,5 mmol), Benzylalkohol (2,4 g; 22,2 mmol), Dibutylzinndilaurat (20 mg; 0,6 Gew.-%) und Dimethylaminopyridin (20 mg; 0,6 Gew.-%) wurde für 3 h bei 100ºC unter Rühren erhitzt. Nach Bestätigung der Vollendung dieser Reaktion durch Dünnschichtchromatographie wurde das Reaktionsprodukt konzentriert, und die resultierende rohe Substanz wurde durch Chromatographie getrennt, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (600 mg; 56,4 %).
- NMR (1H): 7,34 (m), 5,52 (br), 5,28 (s), 3,78 (t), 3,32 (td), 1,96 (tt).
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3225, 3120, 1780, 1725, 1700.
- Schmelzpunkt: 108 bis 110ºC (farblose prismatische Kristalle)
- Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (1,1 g, 5 mmol), Hydrochinon (1,1 g; 10 mmol) und Dibutylzinndilaurat (20 mg; 2 Gew.-%) wurden unter Erwärmen in Dioxan (30 ml) aufgelst. Die resultierende Lösung wurde für 4 h bei 100ºC unter Rückfluß gehalten, unter Erhalt eines weißen Präzipitates. Dieses Präzipitat wurde filtriert und mit Methanol gewaschen, unter Erhalt der Zielsubstanz (840 mg; 67 %).
- NMR (1H) : 6,97 (d), 6,79 (d), 3,71 (t), 3,15 (brt), 1,88 (t), 9,40.
- IR (cm&supmin;¹): 3340, 1780, 1660.
- Schmelzpunkt: 225 bis 230ºC.
- Hexamethylendiol (10,7 g; 0,091 mol) und Phenoxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (40 g) wurden in Dioxan (300 g) bei erhöhter Temperatur aufgelöst, und dazu wurde Dibutylzinndilaurat (1 g) zugegeben. Die resultierende Lösung wurde unter Erwärmen bei 85ºC für 8 h vermischt. Das Reaktionsprodukt wurde konzentriert, und das rohe Produkt wurde mit Ether gewaschen. Das gewaschene Produkt wurde mit Benzol durch Säulenchromatographie gereinigt, unter Erhalt von Hexamethylendioxycarbonylpropylenharnstoff (18,3 g; 50 % Ausbeute).
- NMR: 6,71 (b,s), 4,21 (t), 3,75 (m), 3,32 (d, t), 1,88 bis 1,47 (m).
- Schmelzpunkt: 74 bis 77ºC.
Claims (5)
1. Cyclisches Harnstoff-Derivat, dargestellt durch die
Formel (A):
worin m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 15 ist;
X -O-, -S- oder -NR&sub1;- ist (R&sub1; ist Wasserstoff oder
eine Alkyl-Gruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen); und
R Glycidyl-, Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Aryl-,
Aralkyloder Alkaryl-Gruppe mit bis zu 27 Kohlenstoffatomen oder
eine solche Gruppe ist, die ebenfalls zumindest eine
-CO-, -O-, -S- oder -N-Bindung enthält und ein
Molekulargewicht von 15 bis 500 hat, und worin jede
Gruppe wahlweise durch Halogenatome, durch Glycidyl-,
Hydroxyl-, Nitro-, Cyano-, Formyl- oder Amino-Gruppen
oder durch Polyester-, Polyether-, Polyurethan- oder
Polyamid-Gruppen mit einem Molekulargewicht von 500 bis
100 000 substituiert ist;
mit den Vorbehalten, daß dann, wenn m 1 und X
-Oist, R nicht C&sub1;&submin;&sub2;-Alkyl ist, und daß dann, wenn R
Glycidyl ist, m 1 ist.
2. Derivat nach Anspruch 1, worin m von 2 bis 15 ist.
3. Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines Derivates nach Anspruch 1
oder 2, worin X -O- ist, umfassend die Reaktion von
Propylenharnstoff mit einer Verbindung der Formel
Y-COOR, worin Y ein Halogenatom oder OR ist (wobei
Gruppen R gleich oder verschieden sein können).
4. Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines Derivates nach Anspruch 1
oder 2, worin X -NH- ist, umfassend die Reaktion von
Propylenharnstoff mit einem Isocyanat der Formel
R- (N=C=O)m.
5. Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines Derivates nach Anspruch 1
oder 2, umfassend die Reaktion einer Verbindung der
Formel (F):
worin Z ein Halogenatom oder eine Alkoxy-, Aryloxy- oder
Aralkyloxy-Gruppe mit 1 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen ist,
mit einer Verbindung der Formel R-(X-H)m.
