Claims (8)

1. Bandschneidevorrichtung mit:
einer Schneideeinrichtung, die zum Schneiden durch nur eine Schicht eines Mehrschichtbandes angeordnet ist, einer Antriebseinrichtung, die zum Betätigen der Schneideeinrichtung steuerbar ist, einer Positionssteuereinrichtung zum Steuern der Position der Schneideeinrichtung zwischen einer inaktiven Position und einer Schneideposition; und Mittel, die in Reaktion auf die Positionssteuereinrichtung zum Bereitstellen eines Bremsvorganges an die Antriebseinrichtung steuerbar sind, wenn die Schneideeinrichtung die inaktive Position erreicht hat.
2. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Antriebseinrichtung einen elektrischen Motor und die Bremseinrichtung Mittel zum Kurzschließen einer Versorgung der Rotorwicklungen des elektrischen Motors aufweisen.

Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Positionssteuereinrichtung eine Nockenscheibe mit 0 einer darin ausgebildeten Spur aufweist, die Schneideeinrichtung einen Trägerarm enthält, der ein Schneidemesser trägt, wobei der Trägerarm ein in der Spur geführtes Ende aufweist, und die Antriebseinrichtung die Nockenwelle zum Drehen bringt.
4. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die auf die Positionssteuereinrichtung reagie-
rende Einrichtung ein durch eine Auskragung bzw. einen Vorsprung auf der Positionssteuereinrichtung betätigbarer Schalter ist, die Auskragung in einer derartigen Position angeordnet ist, daß sie den Schalter betätigt, wenn die Schneideeinrichtung in der inaktiven Position ist.
5. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schneideeinrichtung eine Streifenschneideanordnung umfaßt, die einen spritzgeformten Plastikhalter zur Aufnahme einer Schneideklinge aufweist.
6. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Halter Trageflächen aufweist, die sich unterhalb einer Fläche des Halters erstrecken, aus dem die Klinge herausragt, wobei die Eindringtiefe der Klinge während des Schneidens gesteuert bzw. kontrolliert wird.
7. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei der Schneideabschnitt der aus dem Halter herausragenden Klinge im Bereich zwischen 100 und 120 &mgr;&igr;&eegr; liegt.
8. Bandschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7, wobei die Klinge aus einem Keramikmaterial hergestellt ist.
