Description

  • Vereinigter Rollen- und Heizplatten-Trockner für Furniere Es sind vereinigte Rollen- und Heizplatten-Trockner zum Trocknen von Furnieren und anderen plattenförmigen Körpern bekannt, bei welchen die Furniere durch Förderrollen a, ai, b, c vorwärts bewegt und abwechselnd einmal mit einer unteren Heizplatte d und das andere Mal mit einer oberen Heizplatte e in Berührung gebracht werden. Die Heizplatten werden durch Dampf, Heißwasser oder ein anderes Heizmittel erwärmt und übertragen ihre Hitze auf die durchlaufenden Furniere und trocknen diese. -je nach der Dicke der zu trocknenden Furniere muß der Abstand zwischen den Rollen b, c und den Heizplatten Bund e verändert werden.
  • Die Neuerung besteht nun darin, daß die zu Paaren zusammengefaßten Heizplatten d und e senkrecht beweglich und gegeneinander ausbalanciert sind. Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Furniertrockners gemäß der Erfindung. Die Platte d ist durch eine Zugstange f und die Platte e durch eine Zugstange g _ an einem zweiarmigen Hebel h aufgehängt. Ihr Gewicht wird dadurch ganz oder teilweise ausgeglichen. Zweckmäßig wird der rechte Arm des Hebels h ein wenig größer gewählt als der linke, oder bei gleicharmiger Ausführung wird die Platte e ein wenig schräger gewählt als ' die Platte d, so daß sich sowohl die Platte e wie auch die Platte d mit einem geringen Druck gegen das durchwandernde Furnier anlegt.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Vereinigter Rollen- und Heizplatten-Trockner für Furniere, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu Paaren zusammengefaßten Heizplatten (d, e), von denen die eine oberhalb und die andere unterhalb der Förderrollen angeordnet ist, unter Ausgleichung ihrer Gewichte durch ein Hebelgestänge (h) verbunden und senkrecht verschiebbar sind.
