Claims (1)
- KAISERLICHESPATENTAMT.Bei der durch das Haupt-Patent charakterisirten Fleischschneidemaschine hat sich herausgestellt, dafs die Schneidemesser auf dem Block gleiten und infolge dessen der Block selbst zerschnitten wird, was nicht nur den leichten Gang der Maschine beeinträchtigt, sondern auch eine schnelle Abnutzung des Blockes und der Messer zur Folge hat.Um diesem Mangel abzuhelfen, ist die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Einrichtung getroffen worden, welche hauptsächlich darin besteht, dafs die Messer in besonderer Weise aufgehängt sind, ohne hierdurch an Beweglichkeit zu verlieren.Auf der feststehenden Achse k der Treibtraverse M sind zu beiden Seiten die Hebeltragstücke N angebracht, an deren unterem Ende sich ein Drehzapfen ο für die Aufhängehebel P befindet, welche andererseits mittelst Bolzens η am Messerbalken drehbar befestigt sind. Der Zapfen η bezw. das in den Hebeln P angebrachte Schlitzloch ρ ist derartig bemessen, dafs die Messer nach oben bei dicker Fleischschicht nachgeben können, während sie bei leerem Block nicht auf diesem ruhen, sondern in den Hebeln P hängen. Es wird demnach mit Hülfe der Hebel eine Entlastung des Blockes von den Messern erzielt, wodurch die Haltbarkeit beider Theile wesentlich erhöht wird.Durch die eigenartige zwangläufige Schwingung des Hebels P können die Messer auf dem Block nicht mehr gleiten, sondern müssen stets schneidend auf das auf dem Block liegende Fleisch wirken.Pateντ-Anspruch:Bei der im Anspruch 4. des Haupt-Patentes No. 4101 5 gekennzeichneten Bewegungsvorrichtung die Anordnung zweier Arme N an der Achse k mit Schlitzhebeln P zur Führung der Zapfen η an den Messern.
