Claims (9)

113 770.3 THE DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Polyurethan-Polyisocyanurat-Hartschaumstoff, hergestellt durch Vereinigen eines Gemischs aus
(a) einem organischen Polyisocyanat;
(b) einem Polyol;
(c) einem Treibmittelgemisch aus
(1) einem Halogenkohlenstofftreibmittel und 15
(2) einer organischen Carbonsäure, bei der die
Carbonsäuregruppe an einem nicht-aromatischen Kohlenstoffatom hängt, und
(d) einem Trimerisierungskatalysator
unter Schaumstoffbildungsbedingungen.
2. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittelgemisch (c) 50 - 90 Gew.-% (.1.) und
50 - 10 Gew.-% (2), bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht (1) und (2),enthält.
3. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittelgemisch (c) 5-20 Gew.-%, bezogen
auf das Gesamtgewicht (a) , (b) und (c), ausmacht. 30
4. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittelgemisch (c) zusätzlich
(3) Wasser in solchen Mengen enthält, daß die gewichtsprozentualen Mengen (1), (2) und (3), bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, 25-95, 2-60 bzw. 0,5 - 15 Gew.-% ausmachen.
5. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (a) aus einem aromatischen Polyisocyanat, (b) aus einem polymeren Polyol einer Funktionalität von 2 bis 8 und eines Molekulargewichts von 225 bis 12 000 oder eines Durchschnittswerts derselben, (1) aus einem Fluorkohlenstoff und (2) aus einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1-10 Kohlenstoffatom(en) bestehen.
6. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Polyol um ein Rohpolyesterpolyol
einer primären Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2 bis 4 oder eines Durchschnittswerts derselben und eines Molekulargewichts von 250 bis 1 500 oder eines Durchschnittswerts desselben handelt.

7. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktionsteilnehmeranteile derart sind, daß das Verhältnis Isocyanatäquivalente/gesamte aktive Wasserstoff äquivalente in einen Bereich von 1,5:1 bis 8:1 fällt.
8. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 1, hergestellt durch Vereinigen
(a) eines Polymethylenpoly(phenylisocyanats); 25
(b) eines Rohpolyesterpolyols einer primären Hydroxylfunktionalität von 2-4 oder eines Durchschnittswerts derselben und eines Molekulargewichts von 250 bis 1 500 oder eines Durchschnittswerts desselben;
(c) 5-20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht (a), (b) und (c), eines Treibmittelgemischs aus
(1) 25 - 95 Gew.-% eines Fluorkohlenstoffs,
(2) 2-60 Gew.-% einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1-10 Kohlenstoffatom(en) und
(3) 0,5 - 15 Gew.-% Wasser und
(d) eines Trimerisierungskatalysators, wobei die Reaktionsteilnehmeranteile derart sind, daß
c das Verhältnis Isocyanatäquivalente/gesamte aktive
Wasserstoffäquivalente in einen Bereich von 1,5:1 bis 8:1 fällt.
9. Hartschaumstoff nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittelgemisch (c) 7-12 Gew.-% des Gesamtgewichts (a), (b) und (c) ausmacht und das Treibmittelgemisch selbst
(1) 65 - 85 Gew.-% Monofluortrichlormethan,
(2) 9-30 Gew.-% einer verzweigtkettigen C.- bis CR-aliphatischen Carbonsäure und
(3) 2-6 Gew.-% Wasser
enthält.
10· Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyurethan-Polyisocyanurat-Hartschaumstoffs, gekennzeichnet durch Vereinigen eines Gemischs aus
(a) einem organischen Polyisocyanat;
(b) einem Polyol;

(c) einem Treibmittelgemisch aus
(1) einem Halogenkohlenstofftreibmxttel und
(2) einer organischen Carbonsäure, bei der die
Carbonsäuregruppe an einem nicht-aromatischen 30
Kohlenstoffatom hängt, und
(d) einem Trimerisierungskatalysator unter Schaumstoffbildungsbedingungen.
