Claims (10)
- (a) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (b)폴리올, (c),(ⅰ)할로카본 발포체와 (ⅱ)카복실산 그룹이 비방향족 탄소원자에 결합된 유기 카르복실산을 포함하는 발포제 혼합물 및 (d) 삼량체화 촉매를 포함하는 혼합물을 발포체 형성 조건하에 함께 혼합하여 제조한 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제 혼합물(c)이 (ⅰ) 및 (ⅱ)의 혼합 중량을 기준으로 하여 (i)50 내지 90중량 0%와 (ⅱ) 10내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 경질 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체 혼합물 (c)이 (a),(b) 및 (c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 5내지 20중량%를 구성하는 경질 발포제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제 혼합물 (c)이 (ⅰ),(ⅱ) 및 (ⅲ)의 혼합 중량을 기준으로 한 (ⅰ),(ⅱ) 및 (ⅲ)의 중량% 비율이 각각 25내지 95중량%, 2내지 60중량% 및 0.5내지 15중량%로 되는 비율로 물을 추가로 함유하는 경질 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)는 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트이고 (b)는 작용가가 2 내지 8이며 분자량 또는 이의 평균 분자량이 225내지 12,000인 중합체성 폴리올이며 (i)은 플루오로카본이고 (ii)는 탄소수 12내지 10의 지방족 카복실산인 경질 발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올이 1차 하이드록실 작용가 또는 평균 작용가가 2내지 4이고 분자량 또는 평균 분자량이 250 내지 1,500인 조악한 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 경질 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응물의 비율이 이소시아네이트 당량/총 화성 수소 당량의 비가 1.5:1 내지 8:1의 범위내로 되는 경질 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐 이소시아네이트):(b)1차 하이드록실 작용가 또는 평균 작용가가 2내지 4이고 분자량 또는 평균 분자량이 250내지 1,500인 조악한 폴리에스테르 폴리올;(c),(i) 플루오로카본 25내지 95중량% (ⅱ) 탄소수 1내지 10의 지방족 카복실산 2내지 60중량% 및 (ⅲ)물 0.5내지 15중량%를 포함하는 발포제 혼합물 5내지 20중량% [(a),(b) 및 (c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 한다] 및 (d)반응물의 비율이 이소시아네이트 당량/총 활성 수소 당량의 비가 1.5:1 내지 8:1의 범위내로 되는 삼량체와 촉매를 함께 혼합하여 제조한 경질 발포체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 발포체 혼합물 (c)의 비율이 (b) 및 (c)의 총 중량의 7내지 12중량%를 구성하고 발포제 그자체는 (i) 모노플루오로트리클로로메탄 65내지 85중량%, (ⅱ)측쇄 C4-C8지방족 카복실산 9내지 30중량% 및 (ⅲ)물 2내지 6중량%를 포함하는 경질 발초체.
- (a)유기폴리이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리올, (c)(i)할로카본 발포제 및 (ⅱ)카복실산 그룹이 비방향족 탄소원자에 결합된 유기 카르복실산을 포함하는 발포제 혼합물 및 (d) 삼량체화 촉매를 포함하는 혼합물을 발포체 형성 조건하에 함께 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 제조한 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
