Claims (11)

  1. (1) 비점이 10℃이하인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 2내지 25중량%; (2) 비점이 20℃내지 35℃인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 30내지 90중량%; 및 (3) 비점이 35℃내지 125℃인 불활성 유기 액체 8내지 45중량%로 함유하며, 단 성분 (1),(2) 및 (3)중 하나이상이 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 혼합된 발포제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(1)이 탄소수가 1내지 2이고 비점이 5℃내지 -25℃인 할로알칸을 함유하고, 성분(2)가 클로로플루오로알칸을 함유하여 성분(3)이 탄소수가 1내지 2이고 비점이 40℃ 내지 100℃인 수소-함유 할로알칸을 함유하는 발포제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 탄소수가 1 내지 2이고 비점이 5℃내지 -25℃인 하나이상의 할로 알칸 4 내지 10중량%; (2) 하나이상의 클로로플루오로알칸 50내지 75중량%; 및 (3) 탄소수가 1내지 2이고 비점이 40℃내지 100℃인 수소-함유 할로알칸 20내지 40중량%를 함유하는 발포제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(1)이 1,1-디플루오로에탄, 1,1,1-클로로디플루오로에탄, 1-클로로-1,1,2,2-테트라 플루오로에탄, 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되고; 성분(2)가 트리클로로플루오로메탄, 클로로플루오로에칸, 클로로플루오로에탄, 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되며; 성분(3)이 메틸렌 클로라이드, 드클로로에탄, 트리클로로에탄, 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 발포제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 (1) 1,1,1-클로로플루오로에탄; (2) 트리클로로플루오로메탄; 및 (3) 트리클로로에탄을 함유하는 발포제.
  6. 하나 이상의 활성 수소-함유 화합 및 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합된 발포제 1 내지 50중량%를 함유하는 혼합물.
  7. (Ⅰ) 분자량이 250 내지 1,500이고 1급 하이드록실 작용성이 2 내지 4인 조 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 및 (Ⅱ) (1)1,1,1-클로로플루오로에탄 4내지 10중량%; (2) 트리클로로플루오로메탄 50내지 75중량%; 및 (3)트리클로로에탄 20 내지 40중량%를 함유하는 발포제 25내지 35중량% (Ⅰ)과 (Ⅱ)를 합한 양을 기본으로 함)를 함유하는 혼합물.
  8. 발포체-형성 조건하에 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트, 중합체성 폴리올, 및(Ⅰ) 비점이 10℃이하인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 2내지 25중량%; 비점이 20℃내지 35℃인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 30내지 90중량%; 및 비점이 35℃내지 125℃인 불활성 유기 액체 8내지 45중량%를 함유하며, 단 성분(1),(2) 및 (3)중 하나이상이 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 혼합된 발포제를 함께 반응시켜(여기서, 반응물의 비율은 전체 활성 수소 당량에 대한 이소시아네이트 당량의 비율이 0.90:1 내지 4:1범위내인 정도이며 단 이소시아뉴레이트 촉매가 존재할 경우 비율은 약 1.15:1을 초과한다)제조한 경질 발포성 중합체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, Ⅰ.폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐 이소시아네이트); Ⅱ.1급 하이드록실 작용성이 2내지 4이나 이의 평균값이고 분자량이 250내지 1,500 또는 이의 평균값인 조 폴리에스테르 폴리올; Ⅲ. (1)1,1-디플루오로에탄, 1,1,1-클로로 디플루오로에탄, 1-클로로-1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 성분 4내지, 10중량%; (2)트리클로로 플루오로메탄, 디클로로트리플루오로에탄, 디클로로플루오로메탄 및 이의 혼합물 50내지 75중량% 및 (3) 메틸렌 클로라이드, 디클로로에탄, 트리클로로에탄, 및 이의 혼합물 20내지 40중량%중에서 선택된 혼합된 발포제; 및 Ⅳ.이소시아뉴레이트 촉매를 함께 반응시켜(여기서, 반응물의 비율은 전체 활성 수소 당량에 대한 이소시아네이트 당량의 비율이 1.75:1 내지 3:1 범위내인 정도이다) 제조한 경질 발포성 폴리우레탄-폴리이소시아뉴레이트 중합체.
  10. 비점이 약10℃이하인 하나이상의 할로카본 2내지 25중량%를 비점이 20℃내지 35℃인 하나이사의 할로카본 발포제 30내지 90중량%를 함유하는 성분(2) 및 비점이 35℃내지 125℃인 불활성 유기 액체 8내지 45중량%를 함유 하는 성분(3)중 하나이상에 용해시킴(여기서, 성분(1),(2) 및 (3)중 하나이상은 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유한다)을 특징으로 하여 혼합된 발포제를 제조하는 방법.
  11. 발포체-형성 조건하에 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트, 중합체성 폴리올, 및 (1) 비점이 10℃이하인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 2내지 25중량%; (2)비점이 20℃내지 35℃인 하나 이상의 할로카본 발포제 30내지 90중량%; 및 비점이 35℃내지 125℃인 불활성 유기 액체 8내지 45중량%를 함유하며, 단 성분(1),(2) 및 (3)중 하나이상이 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 발포제를 함께 반응시킴(여기서, 반응물의 비율은 전체 활성 수소 당량에 대한 이소시아네이트 당량의 비율이 0.90:1 내지 4:1 범위내인 정도이며 단 이소시아 뉴레이트 촉매가 존재할 경우 비율은 약 1.15:1을 초과한다)을 특징으로 하여 경질 발포성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
