Claims (10)
1. Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten einer kontinuierlich
vorlaufenden Materialbahn (10),
mit einem Maschinengestell (1),
mit einer eine Sonotrode (7) aufweisenden Ultraschal lerzeugungseinheit (6),
mit einem einer der Sonotrode (7) gegenüberliegenden, an dem Maschinengestell (1) abgestützten Gegenwerkzeug (8),
mit Mitteln zum Hindurchführen der Materialbahn (10) durch den Spalt (11) zwischen der Sonotrode (7) und dem Gegenwerkzeug (8)
und mit einem durch ein fluides Druckmedium betätig ten Antrieb zum Anstellen der an dem Maschinengestell (1) verlagerbar geführten Sonotrode (7) gegen das Gegenwerk zeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung (50, 50', 50") zur Dämpfung von Schwingungen der Sonotrode (7) in Anstellrichtung vorgese hen ist, die einerseits mit der Sonotrode (7), anderer seits mit dem Maschinengestell (1) verbunden ist.

mit einer eine Sonotrode (7) aufweisenden Ultraschal lerzeugungseinheit (6),
mit einem einer der Sonotrode (7) gegenüberliegenden, an dem Maschinengestell (1) abgestützten Gegenwerkzeug (8),
mit Mitteln zum Hindurchführen der Materialbahn (10) durch den Spalt (11) zwischen der Sonotrode (7) und dem Gegenwerkzeug (8)
und mit einem durch ein fluides Druckmedium betätig ten Antrieb zum Anstellen der an dem Maschinengestell (1) verlagerbar geführten Sonotrode (7) gegen das Gegenwerk zeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung (50, 50', 50") zur Dämpfung von Schwingungen der Sonotrode (7) in Anstellrichtung vorgese hen ist, die einerseits mit der Sonotrode (7), anderer seits mit dem Maschinengestell (1) verbunden ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die Dämpfungseinrichtung (50, 50', 50") mindestens
ein mit der Sonotrode (7) vorhandenes erstes Element und
mindestens ein mit dem Maschinengestell (1) verbundenes
zweites Element umfaßt, die sich an Flächen mit geringen
Abstand (a) gegenüberstehen, wobei der Abstandsraum (A)
mit einer Flüssigkeit ausgefüllt ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die Dämpfungseinrichtung (50, 50', 50") als Kol
ben/Zylindereinheit ausgebildet ist, deren Kolben
(28, 28', 28") bzw. Zylinder (26, 26', 26") die Elemente der
Dämpfungseinrichtung bilden, und die Flüssigkeit in dem
Abstandsraum (A) zwischen Kolbenumfang (37) und Innenum
fang (27) des Zylinders (26, 26', 26") vorhanden ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die Flüssigkeit ein Öl ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, da
durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (a) 2 bis 50 µm
beträgt.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungseinrichtung
(50', 50") und der Antrieb (25) zu einer Baueinheit zusam
mengefaßt sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die Baueinheit eine doppeltwirkende Kolben/Zylin
dereinheit umfaßt, die an den beiden Enden mit Zuleitungen
(32, 33) für ein die Anstellbewegung bewirkendes fluides
Druckmittel versehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß bei einem Öl als fluidem Druckmittel der Kolben
(28) kolbenringfrei zylindrisch ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß bei Luft als fluidem Druckmittel der Kolben (28")
mit Kolbenringen (35, 35) versehen ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß in dem Zylinder (26") in dem Abstandsraum (A)
zwischen dem Kolbenumfang (37") und dem Innenumfang (27")
zwischen den Kolbenringen (35, 35) mündende Zuleitung (34)
für Öl vorgesehen ist.
