Claims (68)
- 295044?Patentansprüche:j/. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Mikrohohlperlen aus einem filmbildenden anorganischen Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Material erhitzt und über einer Düsenmündung zu einem schmelzflüssigen Film verformt wird, daß ein Blasgas unter einem Überdruck auf die Innenfläche des schraelzflüssigen Films zur Einwirkung gebracht und dadurch der Film unter Bildung von Mikroperlen verblasen wird und daß die Mikroperlen während ihrer Bildung einem periodisch schwingenden, pulsierenden Druckfeld ausgesetzt werden, das auf die Mikroperlen einwirkt und deren Bildung und deren Ablösung von der Düsenöffnung unterstützt.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schmelzflüssige Film aus filmbildendem anorganischem Material über der Düsenmündung einer Koaxialblasdüse gebildet wird, die ein inneres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des Blasgases zu der Düsenmündung und ein äußeres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des genannten Materials zu der Düsenmündung besitzt.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das filmbildende anorganische Material eine Viskosität von 10 bis 600 Poise hat.
- 4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das filmbildende anorganische Material eine Viskosität von 20 bis 100 Poise hat.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das filmbildende anorganische Material eine Viskosität von 100 bis 400 Poise hat.030606/0017-yf-H-
- 6. Verfahren nach. Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blasgasdruck zum Blasen der Mikroperle genügt und niedriger ist als 6 bar.
- 7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Blasgas ein Inertgas ist.
- 8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas dispergierte Metallteilchen enthält.
- 9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas eine metallorganische Verbindung enthält.
- 10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas ein Metalldampf ist.
- 11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas den Film abwärts und auswärts zu einem aus dem filmbildenden anorganischen Material bestehenden, langgestreckten zylinderförmigen Gebilde verbläst, das an seinem äußeren Ende geschlossen und an seinem inneren Ende mit dem Außenrand der Düsenmündung des äußeren Düsenrohrs verbunden ist.
- 12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Bildung des langgestreckten zylinderförmigen Gebildes das filmbildende anorganische Material dem äußeren Düsenrohr kontinuierlich zugeführt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erzeugen des pulsierenden Druckfeldes ein Treibmittel einer Koaxialblasdüse zugeführt030606/001 7wird, über deren Düsenmündung ein Film aus schmelzflüssigem filmbildendem anorganischem Material gebildet wird und die ein inneres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des Blasgases zu der Düsenmündung und ein äußeres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des genannten Materials zu der Düsenmündung besitzt.
- 14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das inerte Treibmittel die Koaxialblasdüsc umstreicht und dadurch auf der Windschattenseite der Koaxialblasdüse fluxddynamisch das pulsierende Druckfeld erzeugt, das periodische seitliche Schwingungen besitzt.
- 15. Verfahren nach Anspruch I4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel im Bereich, in dem die Mikroperlen gebildet werden, eine Lineargeschwindigkeit von 0,3 bis 36,6 m/sek hat und daß es die Mikroperlen mitnimmt und von der Blasdüse wegtransportiert.
- 16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel in dem Bereich, in dem die Mikroperlen gebildet werden, eine Lineargeschwindigkeit von 12 bis 30,5 m/sek hat.
- 17· Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel in dem Bereich, in dem die Mikroperlen gebildet werden, eine Lineargeschwindigkeit von 1,5 his 12,2 m/sek hat.
- 18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abschreckeinrichtung ein Abschreckmittel gegen die Mikroperlen abgibt, um diese schnell abzukühlen und zum Erstarren zu bringen.030606/0017__ / υ ο . 2350447
- 19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel unter einem Winkel von 15 bis 85 Grad zu der Mittelachse der Koaxialblasdüse bzw. des äußeren Düsenrohrs gegen die Koaxialblasdüse gerichtet wird.
- 20. Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel auf der Koaxialblasdüse im Abstand von 0,5 bis 4 Außendurchmessern der Koaxialblasdüse oberhalb der Düsenmündung des äußeren Düsenrohrs auftrifft.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des äußeren Düsenrohrs einwärts verjüngt ist und mit dem Außenrand der Düsenmündung des inneren Düsenrohrs einen engen Spalt bildet und daß das filmbildende anorganische Material durch den engen Spalt gepreßt wird, um über der Düsenmündung der Blasdüse einen dünnen Film aus filmbildendem anorganischem Material zu bilden.
- 22. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über einer Düsenmündung ein Film aus schmelzflüssigem Glas gebildet wird, daß ein Blasgas unter einem Überdruck auf die Innenfläche des schmelzflüssigem Films zur Einwirkung gebracht und dadurch der Film unter Bildung von Mikroperlen verblasen wird und daß die Mikroperlen während ihrer Bildung einem periodisch schwingenden, pulsierenden Druckfeld ausgesetzt werden, das auf die Mikroperlen einwirkt und deren Bildung und deren Ablösung von der Düsenöffnung unterstützt.0 30 606/0017
- 23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Film aus schmelzflüssigem Glas über der Düsenmündung einer Koaxialblasdüse gebildet wird, die ein inneres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des Blasgases zu der Düsenmündung und ein äußeres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des schmelzflüssigen Glases zu der Düsenmündung besitzt.
- 24. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Film aus schmelzflüssigem Glas über einer Düsenmündung einer Koaxialblasdüse gebildet wird, die ein inneres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen eines aus einem Inertgas oder einem Metalldampf bestehenden Blasgases zu der Innenfläche des schmelzflüssigen Films und ein äußeres Düsenrohr zum Zuführen des schmelzflüssigen Glases bei einer Temperatur von 1093 bis 1538 C zu der Düsenmündung besitzt, daß das Blasgas durch das innere Düsenrohr unter einem Überdruck auf die Innenfläche des schmelzflüssigen Films zur Einwirkung gebracht und dieser dadurch zu einem langgestreckten zylinderförmigen Gebilde verblasen wird, das aus schmelzflüssigem Glas besteht und an seinem äußeren Ende geschlossen und an seinem inneren Ende mit dem Außenrand der Düsenmündung des äußeren Düsenrohrs verbunden ist, daß während der Bildung des langgestreckten zylinderförmigen Gebildes das schmelzflüssige Glas der Düse kontinuierlich zugeführt wird, daß ein Treibmittel unter einem Winkel von 25 bis 75 Grad zur Mittelachse der Koaxialblasdüse gegen diese gerichtet wird und die Koaxialblasdüse umstreicht und auf der Windschattenseite der Blasdüse fluiddynamisch ein pulsierendes Druckfeld erzeugt und das langgestreckte zylinderförmige Gebilde umhüllt und derart darauf einwirkt, daß es an seinem inneren Ende an einer nahe bei der Koaxialblasdüse lie^nden Stelle flattert, gefaltet, eingeschnürt und geschlossen wird, woboi030608/0017das Treibmittel ferner durch Strömungswiderstandskräfte auf das zylinderförmige Gebilde einwirkt und es von der Koaxialblasdüse ablöst, so daß es frei fallen kann und unter der Einwirkung von Oberflächenspannungskräften Kugelform annimmt, und daß ein inertes Abschreckmittel gegen die Mikroperlen gerichtet wird, um diese schnell abzukühlen und zum Erstarren zu bringen.
- 25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas ein Inertgas ist.
- 26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas ein Metalldampf ist.
- 27. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikroperlen aus Glas einen Durchmesser von 200 bis 10 000 um haben.
- 28. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikroperlen ei ne Wandstärke von 0,1 bis 1000 um haben.
- 29. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treibmittel auf der Koaxialblasdüse im Abstand von 0,5 bis 4 Außendurchmessern der Koaxialblasdüse oberhalb der Düsenmündung des äußeren Düsenrohrs auf— trifft.
- 30. Verfahren nach Anspruch 29» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gegen die Koaxialblasdüse gerichtete Treibmittel von einer Querstrahldüse abgegeben wird, die in einem Abstand von 0,5 bis 14 Außendurchmesser der Koaxialblasdüse von dem Schnittpunkt der Mittelachse der Querstrahldüse (13) und der Mittelachse der030606/0017Koaxialblasdüse angeordnet ist.
- 31. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas ein Metalldampf ist und daß die Mikroperlen abgekühlt, gehärtet und zum Erstarren gebracht werden und auf der Innenwandung jeder Mikroperle ein dünner Metallüberzug gebildet wird.
- 32. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasgas ein Inertgas ist und die Mikroperlen abgekühlt und gehärtet und zum Erstarren gebracht werden.
- 33· Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des äußeren Düsenrohrs einwärts verjüngt ist und mit dem Außenrand der Düsenmündung des inneren Düsenrohrs einen engen Spalt bildet und daß das schmelzflüssige Glas durch den engen Spalt gepreßt wird, um über der Düsenmündung der Blasdüse einen dünnen Film aus schmelzflüssigem Glas zu bilden.
- 34. Vorrichtung zum Blasen von Mikrohohlperlen aus filmbildendem anorganischem Material, gekennzeichnet durch eine Koaxialblasdüse mit einem inneren Düsenrohr, das an seinem unteren Ende eine innere Düsenmündung zur Abgabe eines Blasgases besitzt, und mit einem äußeren Düsenrohr, das nahe bei der inneren Düsenmündung eine äußere Düsenmündung zur Abgabe des genannten Materials besitzt, wobei außerhalb der Koaxialblasdüse eine mit dieser zusammenwirkende Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, die bewirkt, daß auf der Windschattenseite der Koaxialblasdüse ein periodisch schwingendes, pulsierendes Druckfeld erzeugt wird.030 60 6/0017

Vorrichtung zum Blasen von Mikrohohlperlen aus Grla3, gekennzeichnet durch eine Koaxialblasdüse mit einem inneren Düsenrohr, das an seinem unteren Ende eine innere Düsenmündung zur Abgabe eines Blasgases besitzt, und mit einem äußeren Düsenrohr, das nahe bei der inneren Düsenmündung eine äußere Düsenmündung zur Abgabe von schmelzflüssigem Glas besitzt, und durch eine außerhalb der Koaxialblasdüse angeordnete und mit ihr zusammenwirken äs Querstrahldüse, die unter einem Winkel von 25 bis 75 Grad zur Mittelachse der Querstrahldüse ein Treibmittel abgibt, das auf der Windschattenseite der Koaxialblasdüse fluiddynamisch ein periodisch schwingendes, pulsierendes Druckfeld erzeugt.
- 36. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 35., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des äußeren Düsenrohrs einwärts verjüngt ist.
- 37· Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des äußeren Düsenrohrs durch ein knollenförmiges Element derart verdickt ist, daß der untere Teil des äußeren Düsenrohrs allgemein kugelförmig ist.
- 38. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querstrahldüse eine abgeflachte Düsenmündung besitzt.
- 39· Mikrohohlperlen aus filmbildendem anorganischem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Durchmesser von 200 bis 10 000 ρ und eine Wandstärke von 0,1 bis 1000 pn haben und daß die Wände der Mikroperlen frei sind von flüssigen oder festen Treibmitteln.03 0 606/0017
- 40. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 39» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in ihnen ein Gas unter einem Druck von 0,34 bis 6,9 "bar eingeschlossen ist.
- 41. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 39» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen 5 bis 500 nm dicken Metallüberzug aus dispergierten Metallteilchen besitzen.
- 42. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Durchmesser von 500 bis 3000 um und eine Wandstärke von 0,5 bis 200 pm besitzen.
- 43· Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf ihrer Innenwandung einen 2,υ bis 100 nm dicken Metallüberzug besitzen.
- 44. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 43» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in ihrem Innern ein Vakuum von 10 bis 1O- Torr vorhanden ist.
- 45. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikroperlen miteinander durch einen kontinuierlichen Faden verbunden sind, der aus demselben filmbildenden anorganischen Material besteht wie die Mikroperlen.
- 46. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Schüttdichte der Mikrohohlperlen 8 bis 160 g/l beträgt.
- 47. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Innern der Mikrohohlperlen ein Vakuum von 10 bis 10"" Torr vorhanden ist und sie auf030606/0017ihrer Innenwandung einen 18 "bis 27,5 nm dicken Überzug aus Zinkmetall besitzen.
- 48. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Innern der Mikrohohlperlen ein Vakuum von 10 bis 10 vorhanden ist und sie auf ihrer Innenwandung einen 15 bis 40 nm dicken Metallüberzug besitzen.
- • 49. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 48, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie die Form eines abgeplatteten Rotationsellipsoids haben.
- 50. Mikrohohlperlen nach Anspruch 49, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre mittlere Schüttdichte 8 bis 24 g/l beträgt.
- 51. Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Durchmesser von 200 bis 10 000 um und eine Wandstärke von 0,1 bis 1000 um und auf ihrer Innenwandung einen 2,5 bis 100 nm dicken Metallüberzug besitzen und in ihrem Inn«0,97 bar vorhanden ist.sitzen und in ihrem Innern ein Gasdruck von 10~ Torr bis
- 52. Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas nach Anspruch 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf ihrer Innenwandung einen 2,5 bis 9,5 nm dicken, durchsichtigen Metallüberzug besitzen.
- 53· Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas nach Anspruch 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf ihrer Innenwandung einen 10,5 bis 80 nm dicken, reflektierenden Metallüberzug besitzen.030606/0017
- 54. Dämmstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mindestens zum Teil aus Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 44 besteht.
- 55. Dämm-Formkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er dispergierte Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 44 enthält.
- 56. Dämmplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 48 und einen diese bindenden Klebstoff enthält.
- 57« Dämmband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 48, einen diese bindenden Klebstoff, eine Unterlage für die Mikroperlen und einen Klebstoff für die Unterlage enthält.
- 58. Formkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Füllstoff enthält, der aus Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 42 besteht.
- 59. Kunststoffzusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Kunststoff und einen Füllstoff enthält, der aus Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 42 besteht.
- 60. Geblasener Schaumstoff aus Kunststoff oder Harz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Kunststoff und einen Füllstoff enihält, der aus Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 42 besteht.
- 61. Formkörper aus Beton, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Füllstoff enthält, der aus Mikroperlen nach Anspruch 45 besteht.030806/0017

Sonnen-Flachkollektor, gekennzeichnet durch eine durchsichtige äußere Abdeckung, eine innere Abdeckung und eine zwischen der äußeren und der inneren Abdeckung parallel zu ihnen angeordnete, schwarzüberzogene ebene Absorberplatte aus Metall, mit deren unterer Fläche zahlreiche in gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnete Rohre für ein Wärmeaustauschmedium verbunden sind, wobei zwischen der oberen Fläche der schwarzüberzogenen, ebenen Absorberplatte aus Metall und der äußeren Abdeckung ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, der mit Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas gefüllt ist, die auf ihrer Innenwandung einen durchsichtigen Metallüberzug besitzen, und zwischen der unteren Fläche der ebenen Absorberplatte aus Metall und der inneren Abdeckung ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, der mit Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas gefüllt ist, die auf ihrer Innenwandung einen reflektierenden Metallüberzug besitzen.
- 64. Sonnen-Rohrkollektor, gekennzeichnet durch eine durchsichtige äußere obere Abdeckung, parallele seitliche Abdeckungen, eine gekrümmte untere Abdeckung mit reflektierender Innenfläche und ein sich längs der Mittelachse des Kollektors erstreckendes und auf seiner Außenseite schwarzüberzogenes Doppelrohr für ein Wärmeaustauschmedium, wobei zwischen dem Doppelrohr und der oberen Abdeckung, den seitlichen Abdeckungen und der unteren Abdeckung ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, der mit Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas gefüllt ist, die auf ihrer Innenwandung einen dünnen, durchsichtigen Metallüberzug haben.030606/0017
- 65. Sonnen-Flachkollektor nach Anspruch 63» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durchsichtigen Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas einen 2,5 bis 9>5 nm dicken Überzug aus Zinkmetall und die reflektierenden Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas einen 10,5 bis 80 nm dicken Überzug aus Zinkmetall besitzen.
- 66. Sonnen-Rohrkollektor nach Anspruch 64, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durchsichtigen Vakuum-Mikrohohlperlen aus Glas einen 2,5 bis 9»5 nm dicken Zinküberzug besitzen.
