Claims (2)
1. Verfahren der Herstellung von Dauerformen für Gießereizwecke, insbesondere
Gußeisen, Stahl und Metalle, durch Glühen einer Mischung eines Kohlenstoff enthaltenden
Materials mit einem verkokbaren flüssigen Bindemittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung aus gemahlener
Retortenkohle und gewalztem Ruß besteht, welche Mischung unter Zusatz von Borsäure
mit dem dünnflüssigen verkokbaren Bindemittel versehen, stark gepreßt und
dann in bekannter Weise in einem geschlossenen Ofen durchgeglüht wird.
2. Formmasse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus 6 Teilen Retortenkohle,
1,5 Teilen gewalztem Ruß, 2 Teilen Gasofenteer und 0,03 Teilen Borsäure
besteht.
