Claims (11)

Patentanspruch e
1. Ein poröses polymeres Medium mit einer geringen Affinität für Amidgruppen enthaltende Stoffe, enthaltend:
- ein poröses polymeres Substrat, und
- einen oberflächenmodifizierenden polymeren Stoff mit einer geringen Affinität für Amidgruppen enthaltende Stoffe, wobei der oberflächenmodifizierende polymere Stoff in situ an der Oberfläche des porösen polymeren Substrats gebildet wird und damit kovalent verbunden ist, und wobei der oberflächenmodifizierende polymere Stoff aus einem mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe aufweisenden monofunktionalen Monomer gebildet ist.
2. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse polymere Substrat einen Stoff mit C-H Bindungen enthält, die unter Einfluß von ionisierender Bestrahlung Radikale bilden können.
3. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse polymere Substrat ein Polyamid enthält.
4. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polyamid Nylon 66 ist.
5. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die poröse polymere Membran einen hyrophilen Stoff enthält.
6. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der polymere Stoff einen Stoff enthält, der an anhängenden Hydroxylgruppen reich ist.
7. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse polymere Substrat und das Medium mikroporös sind.
8. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den oberflächenmodifizierenden polymeren Stoff bildende Monomer eine ethylenisch ungesättigte Verbindung enthält.
9. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Amidgruppen enthaltende Stoff eiweißartige Stoffe umfasst.
10. Das poröse polymere Medium nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium eine Adsorptionsfähigkeit für eiweißartigen Stoff von weniger als 100 Mikrogramm pro QuadratZentimeter gemessen nach dem Bovine Serum Albumin Adsorptionstest hat.
11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines porösen polymeren Mediums mit einer geringen Sorptionsfähigkeit für Amidgruppen enthaltende Stoffe, in dem man
ein poröses polymeres Substrat mit einer Lösung in Berührung bringt, die eine monofunktionelle monomere Verbindung enthält, die mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe hat und die ein Polymer bilden
kann, das eine geringe Affinität für Amidgruppen enthaltende Stoffe aufweist; und
das polymere Substrat und die monomere Verbindung mit ionisierender Strahlung bestrahlt,um eine Polymerisation der monomeren Verbindung an der Oberfläche des Substrats herbeizuführen und das Medium zu bilden.
