Description
Zur Behebung dieser Schwierigkeiten müssen diese
Aus der DE-OS 23 59 431 ist ein Kondensator bekannt, bei welchem zum Abbau der hohen Kantenfeldstärke ein Randstreifen aus einem Metall, insbesondere Aluminium, mit einer Dicke von kleiner als 25 nm aufgebracht ist, das anschließend durch einen elektrochemischen und/oder chemischen und/oder Temperaturprozeß bei Gegenwart von Sauerstoff und/oder Wasser in eine hochohmige Verbindung überführt wird. Für regenerierfähige Kondensatoren ist dieses Verfahren jedoch wenig geeignet, da die Gefahr besteht, daß bei der Behandlung der ganze Belag oxidiert wird.
