Claims (8)

1. Ein chemischer Prozess zur Depolymerisation von linearen
Polysacchariden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polysaccharid der Wirkung von atomarem Sauerstoff unterworfen wurde.
2. Eine Methode gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bildung von atomarem Sauerstoff aus hypochloriger Säure erhalten wird.
3. Eine Methode gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polysaccharid Heparin ist.
4. Eine Methode gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der pH-Bereich 4 bis 7 in wässriger Lösung ist, und daß die Temperatur 250C bis 1000C ist.
5. Eine Methode gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Umsetzung jederzeit durch Zugabe von Reduktionsmitteln gestoppt wird.
6. Eine Methode gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Produkt der Umsetzung durch ein wassermischbares Lösungsmittel ausgefällt wird.
7. Depolymerisierte Heparine, ausgestattet mit therapeutisch brauchbaren Eigenschaften, erhalten gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 6.
8. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, enthaltend depolymerisierte Heparine, erhalten durch die in Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 beschriebene Methode.
