Claims (8)
- PatentansprücheIi Brennstoffzellenanlage bestehend aus einer Anzahl elektrisch in Serie verbundener Zelleneinheiten und elektrisch leitfähiger Trennplatten zwischen einem jeden Paar anliegender Zellen, wobei eine jede Platte sich gegenüberliegende Oberflächen aufweist, eine jede Zelle eine Anode, eine Kathode und eine zwischen diesen Elektroden liegende Elektrolytmatrix aufweist, und die Trennplatten Gaskammern zwischen einer jeden Platte und der Elektrode bilden, gekennzeichnet durch Kühler (36, 38) um ein Kühlmittel an die Zellen (22) zu führen, wobei die Kühler (36,38) aus einer Anzahl Kühlrohre (60) welche in wenigstens einer Reaktionsgaskammer (32, 34) der Einheit (10, 12) angebracht sind, besteht.
- 2. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlrohre (60) aus einem mit dem in den Zellen 22 verwendeten Elektrolyten verträglichen Mate'ial bestehen.
- 3. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohre (60) aus elektrisch leitfähigem Material bestehen wobei ein nicht kontinuierlicher Ueberzug (73) auf den äusseren Oberflächen der Rohre (60) aufgebracht ist«
- 4. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ueberzugsmaterial ein dielektrisches Material ist.
- 5. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Elektrolyt Phosphorsäure verwendet wird und als dielektrisches Material Fluorkohlenstoffkunststoff.
- 6. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch ein Kühlmittelumlaufsystem (40) welches elektrisch geerdet (53) ist und an welches die Rohre (60) angeschlossen sind.
- 7. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Kühlmittel Wasser verwendet wird.
- 8. Brennstoffzellenanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühler (36, 38) über Leitungen (88) mit dem Kühlmittelumlaufsystem (40) verbunden sind und diese Leitungen eine Strecke hohen elektrischen Widerstandes durch das Kühlmittel bilden, wobei eine verbrennbare Elektrode (86) an dem Ende hoher Spannung der Strecke hohen Widerstandes angebracht ist.609886/0766
